• Francisco Javier (8/5): Bien en general; tranquilidad al lado del mirador de Licabetus - La ubicación, la terraza, la disponibilidad de gimnasio Algunas cortinillas no funcionaban bien; la cama era demasiado blanda, un día el desayuno no llego a la hora prevista, por lo que no pude desayunar. Además, la primera hora del desayuno es de 0730-0800, por lo que puede que sea tarde si vas por viaje de trabajo. Tampoco me gusta que puedan tardar hasta quince días laborables en darte la factura, cuando es algo que deberían proporcionar en cuanto se paga el alojamiento

• Geraldine Adelina (8/5): Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön und absolut empfehlenswert. - Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass das Apartment an sich sehr sauber war und man viel Stauraum für seine Sachen hatte. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll. Auch die Lage des Apartments ist super, da vieles zu Fuß gut erreichbar ist. Zudem ist die Gegend angenehm ruhig. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und einfach, was die Anreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Leider war der Wasserkocher innen nicht sauber und hatte viele Kalkrückstände. Das ist nicht besonders angenehm, wenn man den Wasserkocher benutzen möchte. Außerdem befanden sich im Waschmaschinenfach noch Rückstände von Personen, die die Maschine zuvor benutzt haben. Auch hier sollte künftig besser auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Für Gäste mit einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre es außerdem schön, wenn mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt würden.

• Yigit (1/5): Dirty, unhygienic, and not worth staying at - The check in/out process is easy. Other than that there is not much to like about the facilities. First, I want to note that I have stayed in many budget accommodations and generally have a high tolerance for lower standards. My girlfriend and I spent three nights in the terrace room. There were small flies and spiders in the room, which I can usually overlook. However, visible spider webs in the corners suggested that the room had not been properly cleaned. The comforters and bedsheets also had noticeable stains. Even so, I was still willing to be understanding. The bathroom consistently had an unpleasant smell. Opening the windows was not a viable solution, as there were no screens or protections to prevent flies from coming into the room. The toilet was the last straw. The seat was so loose it might as well not have been attached, sliding around every time you sat down to the point where you were essentially sitting on bare porcelain. At that point, it was clear that even the most basic standards of maintenance were being ignored. There was also inconsistency in communication. Upon arrival, there was a sign indicating that luggage storage was available. However, on our last day, we were told that the hotel does not offer this service. Taken together, this reflects a level of neglect and disregard that is difficult to excuse. I would not stay here again under any circumstances and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

• Γεωργια (7/5): - Ωραία τοποθεσία δίπλα στον Λυκαβηττό κοντά στα Εξάρχεια και το Κολωνάκι με τα πόδια. Καθαρό και καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο ένα τέτοιο κατάλυμα με τέτοιες τιμές να μην διαθέτει χώρο αποσκευών! Δεν είχε σεσουάρ μαλλιών ούτε κάψουλες καφέ.

• Marcel (7/5): - Apartament czysty, położony nie przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Bardzo blisko z tego miejsca można dostać się na popularny punkt widokowy wzgórze Lycabettus. Pokój przestronny, kuchnia z ekspresem na kapsułki. Dodatkowo w pokoju są dwie klimatyzacje pozwalające na (w moim przypadku) dogrzanie się. W marcu w pokoju było poprostu zimno i bez tego było by naprawdę ciężko. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzami poprzez whatsapp i bezkontaktowa rejestracja całkowicie na plus. Wszystko załatwia się przez telefon. Mam mieszane uczucia co do obiektu, głównie z kilku powodów. Forma śniadania dostarczanego do pokoju bardzo słaba. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, ale z małym wyborem. Za kawę do śniadania należy dopłacić od 2,5 euro, w pakiecie jest co prawda sok, niestety drugie dnia go nie dostałem (pewnie wina dostawcy). W pokoju są też absolutnie nie szczelne okna, wręcz są szczeliny pomiędzy oknem a parapetem. Każdy pojazd przejeżdżający w nocny mnie budził. W pokoju nie było też suszarki do włosów. Prysznic taki jak na zdjęciach, bardzo mały.

La cosa peggiore è sta - Pulita e ben equipaggiata Non e’ un primo piano e’ un basement quindi molto rumoroso, ad ogni entrata e uscita dal condominio si sente il rumore della porta principale o dell’ascensore molto forte. Non consente di dormire tranquillamente.

Blocked pipes in the bathroom were causing the water to overflow, upon reporting the plumber came next day which was great, however the problem didn't go away and cockroaches started coming out in the bathroom. Located on the top of the hill (yes it was in the name) problems with getting Uber etc

Out of the route but in a safe and nice neibourhood - Very good commuication with the place manager- answers were very prompt and all our requests were well managed. Very quiet place in a very good district. Incredible view from the roof top You need a taxi to get to the center so guests need to be ready for this. The roof top has also apartment there so you cant sit there late in the evening and talk laud in order not to disturb people. Breakfasts are not so great (good juice and sweet part- sandiwches are quite big but more shop quality than a bar or restaurant). Bathroom needs some changed - plastic shower courtin does not work, some towel hangers could be installed

Expres do kawy na kapsułki - można dokupić w sklepie, Na piechotkę 25min do PL.Syntagma. Z górki... po drodze liczne knajpki. W centrum bylo bardzo głośno tu można było spać dłużej... POLECAM!

• Lilla (9/5): Kicsit használtabb, mint a képeken látszik. Megérkezéskor a kanapé full hajszálas volt. Egész héten nem volt kedvem ráül - A környék szép volt, bár az épület megközelítése a magasság miatt nehezebb. Emelkedő, rengeteg lépcső. Mondjuk az egyik busz, azt hiszem, h a 60-as, kb szemben áll meg, azzal be lehet menni a Syntagma térig. De erre csak 3 nap után jöttünk rá és a google map sem adja fel….szóval addig minden nap másztunk. Van mosógép, vasaló. Tágas. A tetőterasz nagyon szuper.

• Miriam (1/5): Decepcionante - No me gustó nada Totalmente defraudada en todo. Alrededores: en uno de los peores barrios de Atenas, Exarcheia, el barrio anarquista que no pisa la policía, las calles desiertas, llenas de pintadas y grafitis, no hay negocios por la zona. Apartamento: el pulsador de llamada del ascensor en planta baja no funciona, tuvimos que subir hasta la primera planta con las maletas, una vez dentro del apartamento, que no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, nos encontramos con que no tiene horno, el menaje de cocina eran dos ollas sucias y poco más, la ducha con hongos en las juntas de los azulejos, el secador no funciona, la terraza privada del apartamento con las luces fundidas…todo maravilloso… Tardamos en pedir un Uber y reservar otro alojamiento 30minutos.

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed for two nights at the apartment on Kosmo Melodou 30 in Athens, and overall it was a very positive experience. The place is well-equipped with everything you might need — microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, even though I personally didn’t use most of it, it was great to know it’s there. Also, two strong air conditioners made a big difference during the hot weather — huge plus. The only real downside was the issue with the building’s main entrance door, which slams shut very loudly at night. Since it’s on magnets, it always closes by itself, and that loud bang echoed through the whole place. My apartment’s own front door was slightly loose in the frame, so every time someone entered or exited the building, it would shake and rattle. Unfortunately, it woke me up multiple times both nights — probably 4–5 times each night. Despite those two issues, everything else was more than fine. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. For the price I paid, it was far above expectations. I’m not lowering my rating, but it’s only fair to mention the door noise at night— thing that could easily be improved.
• Jessica (9/5): Superb - Great location on Mt Lycabettus, roof terrace with views over Athens. We had some issues with the water heater which the host resolved very quickly which we were very grateful for. Property is quite small for the price.
• Mike (7/5): Great with quick respnce for the host by needs improvement. - No hot water for shower. Need t change apartment only for shower and then come back to my apartment. Some internal windows could not lock.

• Stanislava (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable apartment 😌 We had everything we needed. We like the location very much on the top of the hill, and it isn't far from the center. There's amazing view and a very nice terrace. The floor wasn't clean enough.
• Dmm (9/5): Top apartment spacious with great views - We had two apartments. One on the first floor and one on the top floor. The apartment on the top floor was light and airy with two balconies. Fabulous views. We had access to the rooftop which was spectacular. The apartment on the first floor was modern but dark - below street level with a small window that wasn’t private. Just be aware that the apartments are on a steep hill - there is a bus that runs past the apartment but the metro is a steep walk. The restaurants are mainly below the apartment so if walking it is very steep.
• Gerald (10/5): At this place you can feel like a greek god! - Wonderful place, excellent service, incredible view over the whole town from the roof-top! There is no better place if you are going to visit concerts at Lyccabettus Mountain. 30mins walk to the city-Centre. Very delicious breakfast delivered in the Morning, small Gym in the House, seems to be in a rather safe place in Athens! Maybe it’s not the most quiet Place in the world, for Athens it should be more than ok.

• Sophie (10/5): Excellent value for money - The property was extremely good value for money. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The property was comfortable and air conditioned. The location was about a 30 minute walk into town which meant it was quiet and not too busy. Not a dislike but it was at the top of a hill which was quite slippery to walk down if it had been raining

• Taria (8/5): Nice, big apartment - The place is very nice, clean and convenient. For my taste it has a little to few interior and seems a tiny bit empty for its size. However it’s a nice place to stay and I would come back. When we arrived at night the electric door opener didn’t work and we had to call the host. Luckily there was an extra key and we were able to enter.
