Top Notch customer service - The place looks super decent but, after i chekc out, my whole body went itchy mode and i have alot of places with something like flea bites or bug bites, it hurts, it bleeds and my whole body is basically just started healing after i check out. Most likely the beds are dirty including the sofa. The place IN GENERAL is okay. Lots of security and the customer service is top notch. But unfortunately the place is a bit meh. If ur going w friends i would 6.5/10 recommend IF ur going places at KL. But with family? I wouldn’t recommend at all. Gonna face loads of problems. The place is im a dirty state that cant be seen w the naked eyes. Got irritated and itchy skin.

- Shihab (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great.pool view was great. Room bed shit was little bit dirty. The towel they provided it was horrible. Please the guest the new towel and the cooking dish was dirty and unusable. Please provided more like shampoo, conditioner. There is no tissue. Washing machine with no detergent for on or two night stay you have to buy the detergent or you can use the paid washing machine in the lobby.

- Jerry (4/5): Below average stay - Accessible location, easy to get to the city with under 15 minutes (without traffic). Convenient store below the condo. The condition of the room is nothing like the pictures shown, it’s worn down and quite dirty (even the color of the walls are different). Wifi is not stable and cell signal is not good in the room.

- R (7/5): Good value for enjoying the swimming pool and its view - at least a night. - It has a great view of the swimming pool, that's is the reason I booked this hotel. Price is very reasonable, good enough to enjoy the pool and view for day and night. Has a super market at the ground floor, very convenient. Good for value stay. Room size was spacious, great for two people. The owner(or management) rejected to provide more towels, it was 1 person 1 tower per night. We used towels for first night during the shower and pool as well, would like to keep the wet towels for swimming next day but they rejected and exchanged 1 to 1. Could be flexible, didn't request extra but just wanted 2 towels for 2 nights. They should indicate this fact on the reservation page or could send the information via chat in advance. Put strong naphthalene in the bathroom, smell in the room was horrible.

- Julia (1/5): Don’t come here !!! - The view of the towers at night was the only good thing we can think about . Dirty , busy , noisy, cockroach infested room , uncomfortable bed lots of dodgy characters in the building .
- Ewelina (2/5): Very dishonest service!!!! - Basen Very dishonest service!!!! :( Indian guy from the service stole our gold ring which cost 400 euros, we forgot take ring when checking out. We wanted to go back for it but he checked it before and stolen it. I don’t recommend this place, they cheat with the booking price too and charge a higher amount after booking and don’t let you know!!

- Muhammad (1/5): Bad - The host was super rude, he shouted at me disrespected me and he told me he is the owner and he will not give me the the room and since its already paid i don't have choice, i raised complaints to the booking.com team but useless and at the end when i told him i am gonna call the police he gave me the room but the same same room i booked he gave another room in Block A which is super dirty, and in building 2 lifts doesn't work and literally i wait 30 mints to go down and everyday its same to wait for lift. There check in time and checkout times are super pathetic he will not give you room before 3:30pm and at 11:00 you must leave the room otherwise 20$ per hours they will charge this was the worst stay in my 8 years of travelling. Just a suggestion for all, don't go with advance payment for this property check first then pay. Disrespectful behaviour Poor services and lying Treating host as animals
- Saifullah (4/5): Disappointing - Service The owner should give me the unit stated in booking.com. But instead, owner gave another unit. That is not enough favility as stated. Then I got to change my room, but still, I should get floor 13. But what I got was floor 34, and it is so bad waiting for a lift to get at that level. Please, booking.com, you should give a warning to the owner like this.
