The kitchen is shared and lacks essential utensils. The Wi-Fi never works. The host is rude and imposes an unreasonable, non-refundable condition. I do not recommend staying here and will not repeat my experience. I regret my stay.

Parking of bikes is strictly prohibited in the premises, which wasn't mentioned in the description. We didn't want to leave bikes outside and risk the theft. We asked for cancellation once we realized this. However, we didn't get our money back. Communication with personnel was terrible. I don't recommend it at all.

- ALAIN MAUGER (9/5): Un bon plan pour une nuit à Krems - L'emplacement, le calme, la propreté, le confort du lit font que ce logement est un très bon choix pour y passer une nuit. Dans la rue, le stationnement est gratuit entre 18h00 et 8h00 pendant la semaine. La cuisine est bien utile même si son équipement est minimaliste. Les contacts, genre réseaux sociaux, fonctionnent très bien. Pas grand chose, juste l'équipement minimaliste de la cuisine.

- magdalena (5/5): Guter Preis, für eine Nacht schon ok. Sauber sieht aber anders aus. - Die Anmeldung über Link und Angabe der Daten mag ja ganz ok sein wenn man am PC sitzt. Am Mobiltelefon war es äußerst mühsam. Warum ich bis ins kleinste Detail ausfüllen und hochladen muss kann ich nciht nachvollziehen. Also wirklich mühevoll und lästig. Der Zugangsact bevor wir überhaupt in die Wohnung konnten. Aus den Fotos war auch nicht ersichtlich das es ein Gemeinschaftsraum ist und mehrere einzelne Schlafzimmer. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr preiswert gemacht. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Küche war nicht überragend. im Zimmer waren Haare, Schmutz etc am Boden, es war an einigen Bereichen Staubig.. Oberflächlich ok, aber wirklich sauber war es nicht.

Man wird schriftlich auf viele Regeln hingewiesen und auf die monetären und anwaltlichen Sanktionen bei jedem Verstoß. Das soll wohl Sicherheit vermitteln, wirkt aber einschüchternd und ziemlich unfreundlich.

Mein ebenerdiges Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf den Bahnhofsvorplatz (Fenster mit Jalousien sind allerdings einigermaßen schall- und blickdicht)

- Oberwalder (4/5): Zu hell zum schlafen, falls man es überhaupt schafft hinein zu kommen - Der Kaffee, den man sich in der Gemeinschaftsküche zubereiten kann, ist gut, es war sauber und des Nächtens leise. Die Lage neben Bahnhof und Innenstadt günstig. Ohne Hilfe eines Anrainers wäre ich nicht in die Unterkunft gekommen. Kein Personal vor Ort, per Telefon niemand erreichbar. Man muss per WhatsApp ein Self-Check-in machen - auf diese Idee wäre ich selbst nie gekommen. Das Zimmer war zwar adrett eingerichtet, das Bett ein hartes Fouton, die Nachttischlampe ohne Birne. Über ein Innenfenster, das sich nicht verdunkeln lässt war der Raum über Nacht viel zu hell, um (angenehm) schlafen zu können.

E la posizione Avrei voluto dare un punteggio più alto, ma anche se carina, la stanza era talmente piccola che sul pavimento non c'era spazio a sufficienza per aprire 2 valige. E il letto addossato alla parete da un lato e con un passaggio minuscolo dall'altro non era facilmente raggiungibile. Soprattutto, lo scarico della doccia non funzionava, di conseguenza l'acqua allagava il bagno oltre che ristagnare sui piedi mentre ci si faceva la doccia.

Am Anreisetag wurden aber die Formalitäten (Schlüsselbox) plötzlich wieder verändert; ich wurde aber nicht verständigt und stand dann um 22:30 Uhr bei winterlichen Temperaturen vor dem Haus und kam nicht rein. - Im Zimmer liegen vierseitige (!) Geschäftsbedingungen inkl. zahlreichen Verboten ausgedruckt auf, die auf booking.com nicht erwähnt sind.

Geen fatsoenlijke stoel om lekker in te zitten. Kamer super klein. Overal camera's, dus je voelt je nogal gecontroleerd. Geen mogelijkheid om fiets te stallen. Louche volk hangend bij station. Slecht bed met kuilen en continu kraken. Aan een kant tegen muur zodat in en uitstappen moeilijk is.

- Claudia (5/5): - Zimmer sehr schön,gross, sauber und zentral gelegen..allerdings funktionierte leider die Heizung nicht oder nicht optimal da es eiskalt war im Zimmer und auch im Aufenthaltsraum.Man konnte dort nicht sitzen weil es dort echt eisig war. Über WhatsApp war die Kommunikation zwar gut allerdings frohen wir trotzdem in der macht da die Heizung eben nicht oder nicht gut funktionierte.Aussentempertir minus sieben graf draußen bei unserem Aufenthalt, da war das dann nicht lustig in einem eiskalten Zimmer zu schlafen.es wurde sich zwar entschuldigt, und bedankt für den Hinweis allerdings keine Entschädigung angeboten.
