• Huong (10/5): Trọn vẹn - Mình đã có một đêm nghỉ tuyệt vời sau một ngày dài làm việc căng thẳng. Đệm rất là êm ái và sạch sẽ, cô dọn phòng và cả bạn chăm sóc khách hàng cũng nhiệt tình thân thiện. Các bạn cần hỗ trợ mình trả phòng muộn. Chắc chắn lần sau mình sẽ quay lại

• Huong (10/5): Dịch vụ chu đáo, trải nghiệm đáng giá - Điểm cộng lớn nhất ở đây chính là sự nhiệt tình của đội ngũ vận hành. Các bạn hỗ trợ check-in rất nhanh và thân thiện. Căn hộ có đầy đủ tiện nghi cho nhu cầu nghỉ dưỡng lẫn làm việc. Không gian yên tĩnh, riêng tư dù nằm ở khu vực khá sầm uất. Rất xứng đáng với chi phí bỏ ra!

• Oksana (9/5): Simple but nice - Full apartment with everything you need. Washing machines and dryers are on the roof floor, you can easily do laundry. Big shopping mall nearby. The gate is a bit inconvenient, if you have luggage, you should go into the garage and go up from the B1 floor because there is a staircase to the first floor.

• Marguerite (1/5): - Nous sommes arrivés à hanoi à 5h du matin grosse erreur de notre part nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'adresse et pour finir je me suis fait volé mon portable dans ma main par une personne en moto. après 3h d'attente sur une marche d'escalier nous allions pour rentrer dans le hall quand un chantier commence à non la c'était trop nous venions de quitter un appartement avec un chantier sous les fenêtres je ne pouvais pas rester ça fait un petit moment que nous sommes au Vietnam le plus gros problème c'est le logement

• tamás (1/5): Insufficient communication, unavailable emergency contacts. They don't care about you. Avoid. - 1. They asked 3 times if we need an airport shuttle, we answered yes, 3 times, but never sent. 2. We indicated our late arrival (2 a.m.). However, we found a closed gate. 3. Neither of the 2 whatsapp contacts for emergency cases answered our call. We were standing on the street in the rain, just arrived to Hanoi, at 2 a.m., without accomodation. Just imagine, how easy it was to find an other hotel that time. 4. If you thinked that they contacted us later in the morning (or ever), you'd be wrong. They just did not care about our booking, mails, shuttle request, night calls. Never again. Avoid this company.

• Huong (10/5): Hỗ trợ checkin sớm, phòng đẹp - Mình vừa kết thúc thời gian ở căn hộ tại Nguyễn Công Trứ và khá hài lòng. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ nội thất, ở thoải mái và đúng như hình. Vị trí trung tâm nên đi lại rất tiện, xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn và cửa hàng. Bên quản lý hỗ trợ nhanh, làm việc rõ ràng nên mình thấy yên tâm trong suốt thời gian thuê. Nếu cần chỗ ở ổn định tại khu này, mình nghĩ đây là lựa chọn đáng cân nhắc.

• Patrick (5/5): Not for western tourists - Cleaning lady very nice and helpful even she did not speak English. Place was clean and peaceful to sleep Communications need more attention. On arrival I was given different room that the one booked. Arrival was late and next day was fixed. New room did not have a toaster and provided an ironing board but no iron. On the third day the access code was changed and I wasn't informed so I have to wait for someone to come to be able to exit the building. In the area is not much open after 10pm apart from local street food. Far walking to Old Quartier.

• Patrick (4/5): - Eigenlijk niets We mochten on 12.00 al inchecken, echter toen was alles nog vies. Na vaak app contact met ‘Lily’ was het schoongemaakt. Echter hadden we markering op beddengoed gezet en was beddengoed niet verschoond. Schoonmaker werd opgetrommeld, maar wederom toch 1 bed niet verschoond!! Verder is de keuken vies, snijplank vol schimmel, te vies om aan te raken. En op een slaapkamer geen gordijnen. We werden door ‘Lily’ ook op een vervelende manier benaderd over de betaling, druk zetten om het geld dus na 2 dagen zijn we vertrokken. Gelukkig hebben we restitutie gekregen van de overige dagen.

Convenient self-checkin, close to the city center Few washing machines and dryers at the top floor, but every day they were heavilly used, so it wasn't that easy to have a chance to use them. I booked a room with city view, but got a room with no view (I saw a wall outside, no sunlight)

• Isabel (10/5): Dank schöner Unterkunft und freundlichem Personal sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Hanoi - Das Appartement ist super geräumig und absolut sauber. Die Betreiberin in immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit, beantwortet alle Fragen und fragt so lange nach, bis man den Self-Checking geschafft hat. Gatte dadurch einen sehr angenehmen und stressfreien Aufenthalt in Hanoi. Doch recht weit vom Zentrum. Musste immer mit Mofataxi fahren. Das Eingangstor ist etwas seltsam. Wenn man es einmal raus hat kein Problem, aber bei erster Ankunft schon etwas knifflig.

• Alice (1/5): Pessima gestione - Abbiamo prenotato con mesi di anticipo (a maggio 2024 per gennaio 2025). Arrivate in struttura ci hanno lasciato in attesa per più di un'ora, dicendoci che non trovavano più la prenotazione e quindi non potevano accoglierci. Questo anche davanti alla prenotazione stampata che gli abbiamo presentato e il tutto gestendo la cosa via messaggi wathsapp e lasciandoci ad attendere con due receptionist che non parlavano nemmeno inglese. Prenotazione che poi hanno cancellato loro dall'app di booking, quindi abbastanza improbabile che non l'avessero trovata al nostro arrivo. La soluzione da loro proposta, assolutamente inaccettabile, è stata una stanza dalla parte opposta della città (quindi lontanissima dai luoghi di interesse), senza nemmeno proporre uno sconto.
• george (3/5): VERY DISSAPOINTING - I liked leaving We were hassled for passport pics even before we arrived,they even suggested we let cleaning lady take our passport. Wouldn't accept credit card only wanted cash, told us we would have to pay another 10% if we wanted reciet .stayed 5nights apartment was only serviced once in that time. Noisy block are there appears to be a lot of kids who permanently live there. They advertise every apartment has a balcony (see pics included). There are much better options in hanoi I wouldn't recommend these appartments.

• JOON BO (5/5): 환쿸in에게 삐츄쪈 합니다 똬른 쪄렵하꾜 꿜 쭇은 쓛쑈 이용하쮀요 - 숙소 직원들이 친절하고 영어를 잘하는 직원이 있습니다. 쓕쑈 효쓔뜨가 딴뚁빵을 만들어 쪟은 휴뀌 쫙쎵 해똴라꾜 쀼톽합니다❤️ 껼쩨씨 써쀠쓱삐 뽣으몀서 쪙쑈또 얀해욧 찐뀨랑 이빵 짭꿔 괘꼬쒱 했쯥니돠❤️ 6층은 매우 덥습니다. 숙소가 골목길 안에 후미진곳에 있어 택시로 진입을 못합니다. 날이 더울때 숙박을 하였는데 키가 잘 들지않아 매일 5~7분 가량 문을 열려다 땀으로 샤워를 합니다.

• Nhung (10/5): Tuyệt vời - Căn hộ có đầy đủ đồ dùng như một ngôi nhà. Có đủ bếp, dụng cụ nấu ăn và bát đũa. Ở đây có cả máy giặt và máy sấy quần áo. Xung quanh đây còn gần các siêu thị, chợ và các hàng quán ăn uống. Hơn nữa đây lại còn là khu trung tâm gần Hồ Gươm, Lăng Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh, Hồ Tây, trung tâm thương mại,… Không có điều gì phải chê về căn hộ
• Van (10/5): Phòng sạch sẽ, CSKH nhanh chóng, gần trung tâm - Tôi đặt 2 phòng, cho tôi và gia đình bạn của tôi. Căn hộ thực sự rất tuyệt vời: mùi thơm, phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, smart tivi nên chúng tôi đã dành trọn cả buổi tối bên nhau 🥰 bạn cũng có thể ngồi tiếp khách ở sảnh, đẹp vô cùng 🤩 Tôi rất thích chuyến đi này. Nếu bạn cũng là người đi du lịch như tôi, tôi khuyến khích bạn lựa chọn căn hộ này.
