• James (5/5): If it weren’t for the location this would be a complete bust. - Location and nice apartment 2 forks!!! Plates were cracked and chipped. Furniture is cheap and nasty. This place in in dire need of an upgrade. Absolutely disgraceful.
• Keeley (10/5): Copious food choices nearby, central to CBD and South Brisbane, the perfect stay for more than a night - Price, location, check in process and the apartment itself were all excellent. Cannot fault the stay I had. It was perfect for my work trip and I definitely would stay again.

• Gary (8/5): Average but comfortable - Location It was difficult to find the entrance to the apartment block. There is no number visible from the footpath. Naming the apartment Epicentre is confusing because the block of units had a different name. Best to remove Epicentre or rename to match the unit block. The door key is a very poor quality copy of the original. It was difficult to push into the door lock and exceptionally difficult yo remove after unlocking. Someone is going to break the key inside the lock and then the owner will have bigger problems. Instant coffee, teabags would add a welcome touch. TV was stuck on one channel (7???) and could not switch to ABC or any other channel offering. The crack in the bathroom vanity is not a good look.

• Lindsay (7/5): Very convenient for my trip to see Wagner's Ring Cycle - Very convenient for Qpac, near supermarkets & restaurants. Apartment was spacious & quiet. Clean Bathroom: the sink plug needs to be lifted out & cleaned: I suspect its completely blocked with hair. Also, would've been nice to have either soap & shampoo dispensers in the shower, or a least a shelf to put my toiletries on. Also, the shower door needs a good scrub. A second bedside table would've been nice, as would some cushions on the very uncomfortable sofa. Also, suggest you put in some drinks coasters to protect your furniture

• Sue (5/5): Inconvenient - no iron or ironing board, no TV and no hairdryer. Not great for a work related trip. - Location was good. It was clean and modern There was no iron and ironing board. The TV didn't work (no local TV at all and internet only by second night). The hairdryer had an overseas plug so couldn't be used.
• Lyndsay (7/5): On arrival you have to call someone and you have to wait for them to come to let you in - Location good for what I wanted The apartment felt very bare and spartan. Had to use a chair to reach microwave and cupboards.
• Linda (8/5): Great convenient place to stay. - Great location, neat and clean, spacious unit. Collection of keys after hours was not as described. Information said lock box on side of building 450 metres away from residence, whereas the keys were actually on a side fence in what looked like a big padlock. A better description would be helpful. The hairdryer had an international plug so could not be used.
• Filimon (9/5): Was a great experiemce - location was fine. It located conveniently in town and in vicinity of many amenities. Room was clean and was easy to collect keys on arrival. As a visitor from abroad, a little bit more accurate description of the property would have been helpful. I was looking for 'Epicentre' rather than Harmony apartments, and took me a while to figure it out.
