A pesar del ambiente de la calle la habitación está totalmente insonorizada y no se escucha nada La habitación tiene todo lo necesario La cama es muy cómoda Tiene un balcón con unas vistas preciosas y con mesas y sillas para pasar ratos Ropa de cama y toallas fantásticas Por fuera de la habitación está dispuesto un mueble con lo necesario para hacer te o café El personal contestaba a todas nuestras preguntas, aconsejandonos El ventilador del baño es muy ruidoso y no sé desconecta al apagar la luz Nevera es muy pequeña solo cabe 2 botellas de agua, no se puede guardar pe fruta La ubicación es perfecta pero se agradecería disponer de informacion previa acerca la normativa de acceso a vehículos en la zona, restricciones y lugares para poder estacionar y/o aparcar

• Muneer (1/5): - Unfortunately, due to a force majeure situation, we were unable to stay at the hotel and had to completely change our trip. Even after multiple requests and clear explanations that strikes declared in Italy would not only disrupt our stay but also our critical return travel by air, the hotel still chose to charge us in full. We faced the same issue with two other hotels, and both showed great understanding by waiving the charges. This decision reflects poorly on the level of customer service and left us very disappointed.
• Millie (8/5): Very good stay with lovely view - Great view, quiet, easy to access, great location, amenities, decent shower and comfortable bed+pillow Some miscom with the WhatsApp coordinator saying there was laundry on site when there wasn’t - so FYI no washing machine. Also you can’t store your bags before you check in and after you check out anywhere in the property - there is a storage locker site close by which was handy, but again, for the property to be 10/10 you need a storage area.

• Bruce (3/5): Isolation phonique médiocre, extrêmement bruyant, équipement vétuste, bien situé , propre. Expérience désagréable et trè - Propreté, situation géographique globale . Personnel réactif. Demande d’ajout d’oreiller accordé rapidement. Matelas passable. Le sommier du lit n’est qu’une vulgaire planche avec 8 trous. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Fenêtre tellement vieille, aucune isolation phonique, qu’il est parfois impossible de dormir jusqu’à 4h du matin. La place en dessous est extrêmement bruyante, cela peut durer toute la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolée entre elle ni la porte, ce n’est pas un vrai hôtel. Checkout relativement tôt,10h. Sèche cheveux très vétuste. Pommeau de douche à changer. Manque l’ampoule dans la lampe de bureau. Pour que cette location soit un minimum honnête il faut changer les fenêtre et rajouter de l’isolation entre les chambres. Rapport qualité prix à revoir.

• Léa (8/5): Vraiment sympa - Le séjour a été vraiment sympa. La chambre est cosy et l’emplacement est idéal, tout est accessible à pied. Le propriétaire est très réactif, ce qui est appréciable. Le seul point moins pratique, c’est que la salle de bain est à l’extérieur de la chambre, ce qui oblige à sortir à chaque fois. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon logement à Milan et j’ai passé un bon moment.
• Tobias (8/5): - Milano ist eine Reise wert, ein schöner Altstadtkern und ein paar schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten. Italienische Küche. Und Milano ist nicht so überlaufen. Ein sehr gut ausgebautes U- Bahn Netz womit man ganz Milano erreichen kann. Italien an sich ist ein sehr reisefreundliches Land.

• Jose (1/5): Terrible Experience - Location was convinient Staff was not helpful. They didn't supply enough toilet paper and towels and when I asked them to supply then they wanted to charge me 20 euros for it. Also, even though the location is good, the room was terrible. You can hear every single thing that's happening outside, even conversations from the next room. And on top of that the hotel is located in from of a church, which plays it's bell several times in the morning since early hours. I could not get any sleep in this place and weekends are the worst from all the people partying in the streets.

• Forshaw (1/5): THE JAIL WITHOUT A SHOWER - Nothing i at the easylife appointment. It should be called a hard life . It was a jail All the furniture was old and worn looked dirty . The photos. Made it look big. It was very small. No communication. Between management. Bathroom paper. You had to the tap running in the sink. So water would barely come out of the shower... I felt like i was camping 🏕 .. I have never complained before. Im not that kind of person.....it was our first holiday together, and it was meant to be a joyful time together .. we just got stressed out. I think our relationship is over, so thank you, easy life ..i work many hours to pay for the vacation 😴. ... a couple of things. I tripped from the tiny balcony into the room .be of the height of the step .if you have any health conditions or not, do not go to this property ..the top floors are dangerous.. i would like my money back. And an apology. Are we going to get this.? I think not. They will just wait until the next victims arrive. ..disgusting.

• Ahmed (5/5): Location is good, services not so good - Location is good but difficult to reach with bags and that's the only thing good about the place - NO HOT WATER - NO WATER PRESSURE - COMMON AREA ENTRANCE IS SO SMALL A NORMAL SIZED PERSON CAN'T GO THROUGH IT, HOW CAN YOU BRING A SUITCASE? - IT WAS RAINING THE WEEK WE WENT TO MILAN AND THERE WAS NO HEATER IN THE ROOM. THE HEATER WAS INSTEAD THROWING OFF COOL AIR.

I would book there again if they provide an extra key which were supposed to be in the bath room which facing my room ,, so when I booked the room the wash room is not inside the room and I knew that but private bathroom .. Late and some times no respond at all .. no recrption

• Abigael (4/5): The room was pretty and comfortable. I just didn’t like the experience staying there. Room for improvement. - Beautiful room. Good location. Great heater. Comfortable bed. Happy I was able to leave my luggage prior to the check in. I didn’t like the check-in experience. I needed to sign a virtual contract which I found odd. Not everything was well explained in their instructions so I had to WhatsApp their reception quite a lot and sometimes they didn’t answer for a bit. Check out is quite early: 10am where most accommodations allow you to stay until 11 and even sometimes until 12. I asked but they couldn’t accommodate. They advertise that Netflix comes with a subscription but the credit card wasn’t updated so I had to add my acc and make sure to log out before leaving. No kettle for tea. No luggage storage so I had to find one and pay.

Location was fantastic - right in the centre, walkable to everywhere and close to transport options. Beautiful outlook over the square and church. Asked for more toilet paper but unfortunately none delivered despite promised. Quite thin walls.
• Anushka (5/5): Good location and clean, but not well managed - The location was great! The place was cutely done up. Simple decor and clean on arrival. 1. Out of 3 days, we got hot water 1 day only. It was 6°c, and the management offered to call the plumber but said they don’t know how long it will take if they call one. For a temporary solution, they said I should leave the sink tap running while I have a shower to ensure the hot water flows faster.. such a chronic waste of water encouraged by the management who put signs in our room talking about how they are sustainable in their efforts - it felt so wrong! 2. While booking it said that there is daily cleaning from 10am-12pm everyday, but for 3 days our room wasn’t cleaned or tidied. 3. The walls are SUPER THIN!! We could hear everything in the next room - including them placing their keys on the table and the toilet flush. It was a bit odd.

The property was easy to locate with the San Lorenzo landmark.The elevator for 3 floors was a bonus. The hot water tended to run out. As Californians, we are mindful of water, yet the water didn’t last long. Perhaps a bigger tank or on demand system with timer would solve it.

• Satmir (5/5): Good location & view, box standard room for a premium price. - The main attractions to this property were the view, the location and access to Netflix, that’s where it stops. As soon as I walked in and took my shoes and socks off I could immediately tell the floor wasn’t cleaned properly. The bed was advertised as one double bed but in fact it’s a twin single pushed together and as my partner likes sleeping in the middle of the bed she found it uncomfortable. The duvet covers had button up slots across all four sides instead of your usual bottom slot which usually buttons up. This caused a whole nightmare when sleeping as the buttons weren’t done up properly and the duvet in the middle of the night would fall apart and you’d be touching your bare skin on the ACTUAL DUVET, for me that’s disgusting. The bathroom - drainage issue in the sink, the sink would fill up before you’re even done using it which was annoying as we had to clean the sink of any excess liquids from cleaning ourselves after the sink had eventually drained, without any cleaning products this as well was something we didn’t want to deal with but had to. The shower was dated and the water pressure in the shower was minimal. The water would also change temperatures constantly from hot and cold with hot water taking some time to get working entirely. Customer service - customer service before arrival was great can’t complain. Provided with check in details as my flight was severely delayed which were easy enough to follow. I had requested a special request as it was my partners 25th birthday and I politely asked if something could be done to decorate the room a little as a gesture to my partner and was happy to pay for this service. The staff member who I spoke to via their WhatsApp number assured me the room can be decorated and it would be free of charge. This at first was extremely generous and kind of them to offer and left me reassured that when we’d walk in it would make her day/night. When arriving absolutely nothing that was promised was done and I just think what’s the point of saying something will get done and then not actually actioning it?

It is above a bar which is open to the street and the windows have no insulation. It is a huge grungy party area and you could hear everything. The tram also runs on this street which is loud and shakes the building. One day, the cleaner did not bring toilet paper and when I called the number to ask for some, the man said he would call the cleaning service. I asked if they would come today to bring the toilet paper, he said “probably not” and hung up. Unacceptable Bedding was just a thin sheet and fleece throw blanket with holes

• Maha (8/5): Great stay with stunning Cathedral views, close to the Duomo. Cool room with effective AC, - View: Our room (401) had a balcony with an amazing view of the Cathedral Museum. It was especially beautiful at sunrise and perfect for photos. Location: It’s a 10-minute walk from the Duomo, close to bus stops, a street full of thrift stores, and lots of great restaurants. AC: Coming from Saudi Arabia, I was worried about the summer heat, but the room had a great AC unit that kept it cool and comfortable. Sustainability: They use eco-friendly products like shampoos and soaps, which was a nice touch. Tram noise: A tram passes right in front of the unit. It’s fast, so the noise lasts about 30 seconds. Cathedral bells: The bells ring a few times daily, but the noise isn’t too bad. Bar noise: The bar next door can get noisy on weekends. If you go to bed early, you’ll probably sleep through it. with all that in mind, I will still be considering this room as an option in the future

• Gabbriela (7/5): Great location for a few night stay - The property was very easy to locate with clear instructions to enter the building and room. Was very clean, bed was comfortable, with a large bathroom. The balcony was a lovely extra addition to the room. I did have a few knocks on my door throughout the two nights and felt like the door was not secure enough at times which isn’t very comfortable a female solo traveller.

Clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. We needed an iron and extra hairdryer and the host managed it for us within few hours. Also shoutout to the cleaning lady that was folding our clothes everyday and color-sorting it, even creating ready outfits. It was adorable and unexpected. Nothing :)

• Alexandra (10/5): Very relaxing and memorable experience in Milano - This apartment was amazing—very close to the city centre, within a 15 minute walk, and it had AC and a cute terrace overlooking the Colonne di San Lorenzo across the street. The cost was quite reasonable for a well kept hotel in Milano close to the Duomo.

• Siniša (10/5): Milano - Everything was great; room, food and the atmosphere of the town. Communication was easy and place was just like they said. We loved every minute in Milano! We have arrived by car and parking was a major problem! Hopefully we will not have any parking tickets!

• Selin (3/5): Poor - Good location, moderate facility. If you are a female solo traveler, stay away from the room 403. It doesn't have a balcony, that beautiful room with balcony image belongs to room 401. At room 403 private but separate bathroom concept is ridiculous. Bathroom door is not useful, you have to use a key that not always locks as it has to be. There is a hook on the door you have to trust it to keep you safe when you use the bathroom. Most of the rooms were empty when I arrived and I wanted to change my room & offered to pay extra just to get rid of that bathroom they didn't accept it. Location is good area is safe but I expected better room conditions.

• Kleanthi (10/5): Exceptional - The room was really clean and modern with great decoration. It has a wonderful view and a nice balcony. The position of the room is near the city center as you can reach duomo in a few minutes on feet. We truly recommend this accomodation.
