• Veronica (1/5): Vergogna - Niente Prenoto la struttura per 5, specificando che c è anche una donna anziana e che da Pisa saremmo arrivati in treno. Prendiamo il treno alle 7 ma mi viene comunicato dal proprietario, quasi all'arrivo!!! che la prenotazione è stata cancellata per problemi di infiltrazioni al soffitto dell'alloggio. Quindi ci ritroviamo a Roma senza alloggio con una donna anziana e con problemi di mobilità. Ora dico, ci sta che queste cose possano succedere, ma una persona che fa questo lavoro non lascia così allo sbando delle persone, soprattutto in una città come questa nel weekend poi durante il giubileo che è difficile trovare una struttura all'ultimo, per cui è stato vergognoso che il proprietario non si sia preoccupato minimamente, se n'è lavato completamente le mani invece di prodigarsi a trovarci una soluzione o quanto meno ad aiutarci. non solo veramente poco professionale ma anche poco umano. Alla fine abbiamo trovato una sistemazione pagando molto meno con persone gentilissime che hanno aiutato mia madre in tutto!

• Sharone (10/5): Feels like home - Everything about it was wonderful! It was very spacious and clean. Our stay was so comfortable that it felt like home. The location is also very accessible to all major tourist attractions. Maybe the distance from the metro station (Cipro), I have two oldies with me, so an 8-10 minute walk to and from the station is quite a challenge for them, but if it's just me, i won't mind.
• Ivček (10/5): Exceptional - We spent three pleasant days in the apartment. Everything was as expected – the accommodation is comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We rate the cleanliness a 9, while everything else deserves a solid 10. The host deserves special praise – very approachable, kind, and always ready to help. Thanks to his attitude, our entire stay went smoothly and without any issues. We recommend this apartment and would consider coming back again. 10min walking distance from Vatican City.
• Rodolfo (3/5): Avoid - Unnecessary headaches and deceiving host/property. - Avoid, the headaches are not worth the place. There are several important issues to highlight. First, be aware that the apartment’s actual location does not match its advertised description. The host uses a misleading address to attract customers. The property, which was supposed to be just a few meters from the entrance to the Vatican Museums, was reportedly "damaged," forcing them to relocate us to another apartment 700 meters away. While this might seem minor, it was the main reason we booked these apartment, as it posed a significant problem due to our companion’s mobility issues. There were multiple deceiving and concerning practices done by the host, as he mentioned there are multiple properties under his account. He explicitly said, they list several apartments on the same Booking.com profile. In our case, they overbooked us and relocated us to a less desirable properties under false pretenses (e.g., claiming the original unit is unavailable), something they said after we reached out to check-in the day of the reservation at 13:00. Misrepresentation of quality: The host describes the alternative property as "luxurious," though it features basic IKEA furniture. Additionally, the apartment lacks parking despite they mentioned it includes it. The host inflated the price to offset public parking costs (20 Euro per day), which, while a alternative solution in Rome, cannot match the safety or convenience of private parking. Finally, the host canceled our booking and marked it as a no-show. This tactic complicates interactions with Booking.com support and blocks guests reviews. That might be the reason why they have such a high rating.

• Douglas (10/5): Highly recommend place to stay with family in Rome - Perfect stay for our family group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Excellent location near the Vatican with spacious, clean rooms. Francesco was an outstanding host - super responsive and accommodating with our late checkout request. Highly recommend for families visiting Rome The only thing I'd say is the only one bathroom but we were aware of that already when we booked the room.

If we had more than 2 people in the apartment it would have been difficult to function living out of suitcases on the floor. We used one bed to sleep and the other two beds as suitcase stands.

Nice safe area to walk back from city centre in the evenings. Clean and comfortable for our short stay. Natalia, the host was very helpful from the time we made the booking until the end of our stay.
