• Ana María (1/5): 🛑 stop!!!! Horrible - El 1er día me comuniqué con el Dueño por el teme check in , no había nadie, la llave no aparecía . Después le comuniqué que había problemas con el Ac y fue la última vez que supe de él,3 noches sin AC con 80 de temperatura 🤒. Sin comentarios

• Raffaele Lobozzo (2/5): Ho dormito in posti brutti e sporchi. Questo li supera tutti - Proprietario pronto a rispondere Un posto orrendo. Separato dalla strada solo da una vetrata, sporco e poco curato. Il letto è in cima a una specie di impalcatura pericolante e traballante. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta è stata l'assenza di sapone in bagno, in qualunque sua forma. Sono dovuto uscire alle 23 per trovare un sapone per lavare mani e faccia. E quando mi sono lamentato col gestore lui mi ha prontamente risposto che non forniscono sapone per evitare reazioni allergiche. Beh sì, a giudicare dallo stato dell'appartamento, il proprietario deve essere allergico al sapone.

• Ashawani (1/5): Pessima è dir poco - Il fatto che comunque è in una posizione comoda per chi come me lavora da pendolare. Tutto, la cucina è malmessa, il soppalco traballa, il bagno è sporco, dice di avere utensili ad esempio il bollitore ma non c'è. C'è una macchinetta del caffè, rotta pergiunta. È un locale lasciato alla deriva di chiunque. Sono stato per 5 giorni per motivi lavorativi. Ah i fornelli funzionano male. La tv ha tutti i canali sballati, era sporco ovunque persino nell'armadio, se ci volete andare fatelo ma siate pronti al peggio! Ps: il proprietario neanche l'ho mai visto.
• MANIKANDAN (1/5): - Very worst room ever i met in my life. No safety. Its glass main door. Its not safety. And too much smell inside room like cigeret. One picture is near the stairs to toilet. Its noted " In case of emergency" with red letters and black mask. Its look very annoying and feeling not safe. And balcony door not good. Its broken lock. And cupboard upside of kitchen stove is broken and if you cook something will fell down in our pots. Water shower in bathroom is not good. Completely very bad clean. And no clean sheets and towels in room. Its look horror even if no clean . With bad smell. After we entered apartment my kids cried not to be there. We were searching a new hotel in the midnight with small kids. And unfortunately we didn't get anyone and all booked. And we suppose to stay two nights with no sleep and all. Everything not good
• Eladyel (4/5): No nono no, no - Mi è piaciuta solamente la posizione, di fronte al posto dove dovevo passare questi due giorni. Anzitutto, l'host non ha nemmeno spiegato dove si trovava l'appartamento ed è subito parso molto scocciato. Avevo avvisato che probabilmente saremmo arrivati tardi. L'appartamento si chiama Zuretti 42 e sulla strada c'è un palazzo con la scritta, enorme, Zuretti 42 sul portone, quindi appena siamo arrivati abbiamo iniziato a suonare al custode che non ha risposto, per fortuna che passava un ragazzo, molto gentile che ci ha mostrato la "stanza" dicendo che spesso le persone sbagliavano. La stanza è un ex negozio, la porta era aperta le chiavi erano sul tavolo. La stanza è in condizioni fatiscenti con macchie sul divano, sul materasso (notate perché tolgo sempre le lenzuola quando vado via e le metto in bagno), la lavastoviglie è mostruosamente incrostata e sporca, nel frigo abbiamo trovato un tappo vecchio e il piano induzione è rotto. Lo sporco è un po' ovunque, solo il pavimento era bello pulito. Impossibile dormire sul "soppalco" traballante, fatto con tavole da ponte e tubi innocenti e raggiungibile arrapicandosi su una scala pieghevole di quelle che si mettono per salire sul sottotetto. Ci sarebbero molte cose da aggiungere, ma avrei potuto sopportare tutto, tranne la muffa nera nella doccia, semplicemente removibile con un po' di candeggina.
• Belinsky (1/5): Ужас - Нічого!!! помещение не приспособлено для жилья, скорее всего раньше там бьіл бар. Белье грязное, скорее всего еще и с клопами или блохами. Везде грибок ( на кухне, в ванной). На балконе гора мусора и пепельрица полная бичков! Мебель и кухонние принадлежности в ужасном состоянии. Душевая лейка разбита, настроить горячую воду очень сложно. Если хотите испортить себе отпуск - бронируйте…
• Zuriñe (1/5): Pésima y lamentable - Nada -- Ponía una ubicación donde había un portal y no estaba ahí, si no que era un bajo en medio de la calle. - Cuando llegamos no nos estaba esperando el dueño, dejó las llaves dentro con las puertas abiertas. - Toallas de ducha sucias. - Según entras hay un andamio donde tiene puesto una cama encima y otra debajo. - Armarios rotos, en cocina y salón, estaba todo bastante sucio y tenía un olor raro el apartamento . - La ducha estaba llena de puntos de humedad, con puntos negros, la mampara estaba rota. El agua de la alcachofa sale a cuentagotas, si tienes mucho pelo y te lo quieres lavar lo más seguro que tardes una hora en ducharte. El agua salía fría o ardiendo no tenía punto medio. - Fue imposible cocinar, la placa estaba rota, el horno no podía estar más sucio, solo se salvaba el microondas. Solo había un vaso y dos de chupito. Sé digno en dejarnos vasos de plástico. - Había 6 bolsas de basura en la terraza, olía fatal. - Ponía que había wifi y no era cierto no habia manera de conectarse, pusimos la contraseña del wifi en todos los usuarios que había activos - Nos picaron bichos y no sabemos que fueron. - El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. - Sábanas rotas y sucias, la cama de arriba incómoda, la de abajo se salvaba. - Tenemos vídeo de todo ello que lo corrobora.

• Sanja (1/5): - Nothing. When we entered the apartment we were first shocked and very disturbed. The location was very scary because it was right by the street and anyone could easily break in so it did not feel safe. Second the moment we stepped in it smelled like cigarettes and rotten Indian food. The floors were very dirty and there was hair and dust everywhere. As if that was not enough the beds looked dirty and the bedding looked unwashed. In the room there is also a red see-through wall decoration in the shape of a hand which was filled with some kind of white powder. To state the obvious, this led us to belive that the people that are renting this out did cocaince or some kind of drugs. Furthermore the couch in the the room had large dark stains on it and was covered in dirt and dust. There was also a big bowl filled to the brim of old,mushy, used cigarettes on the balcony. The kitchen and especially the oven was filled with crumbs and dust. The toilet in the bathroom was broken and the water in the shower smelled like rotten fish. I would not recommend staying here since the money is not even worth this. The pictures looked so much more promising than the reality. We were expecting to come to something much better and cleaner but we were severely disappointed.

Il letto è inutilizzabile perché la scala è di latta e si rischia di farsi male o cadere. Lo scarico del condizionatore cade su un portaombrelli e fa chiaramente rumore mentre gocciola. Semplicemente non hanno messo un tubo per mancanza di attenzione. Il posto è sporco, poco pulito. Per il prezzo si può dire che va bene, anche per la posizione. Suggerisco di lasciare un solo letto e migliorare il condizionatore. Il letto superiore è impossibile da raggiungere. Migliorare la pulizia.

• Krisztina (6/5): Jó helyen van 3 átutazó vendègnek. - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a pályaudvar mellett van. Tágas lakás. Büdös van, dohányfüst szaga beitta magát mindenbe. A kanapé gusztustalan. A galéria fapadlója nyikorog. A galériára vezető fémlépcső rosszul kivitelezett, használata kényelmetlen és hangos. A falon lévő fürdőszoba szekrények rossz helyen vannak. Közvetlenül az utca járdájára nyilik a szobaajtó.

• Gvantsa (1/5): Bad - The bed was clean and comfortable, which was a small relief during our stay. The location of the apartment was also convenient for getting around the city. The apartment was very dirty and everything except for the bed was old, worn-out, and poorly maintained. The kitchenware was especially unclean, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The photos and description on the listing were misleading.

• Peter (2/5): Do not stay here. - Nothing The bed is located on the top of scaffold (literally) in the lounge room. Anyone not fully fit and well balanced could not access the bed as the stairs leading up to the landing are very unstable and dangerous. The shower head had broken off rendering the shower unusable. There was no toilet paper supplied in the property. Accessing the property was extremely difficult as inadequate instructions were provided and no-one answered the phone when you phoned the contact number supplied.

• Quluyeva (9/5): Superb - First of all, I will start from the positive thoughts: 1. It was close to Milan Central Station by foot 20 minutes. And there is no need to use some buses or trams. 2. Home was clean. 3. Check in was smooth, it is not self check in, but were similar to it. 4. Host was taking calls quickly when I need answers. Negative thoughts: 1. At the beginning I thought that he will give us baby crib, as it was shown in the offers. But then he said unfortunately it is not available. It was late, as I booked it before asking, as I was beliving every information in booking.com is free and correct. 2. At the beginning also he was not answer me so quickly, it also took some days.

• Aleksandra (5/5): Maybe in winter its not that good stay, but near to the central station - Good location So cold, the air conditioner is next to the bed and it was warm, but downstairs so cold 🥶 same in the kitchen, the place looks like a garage but for the money maybe its okay if you stay in the bed all the time xD
• Andreea-rita (8/5): Very good - The location was very close to the train station, so very convenient. The apartament looks pretty good. There was water leaking from the ceiling, I don't understand why. Also, the front door leads directly to the avenue and it is uncomfortable.

• Atanas (5/5): I was not satisfied with this room. - This property is located near Milan Central Station. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the station, which is convenient for those traveling by train. From the outer door on the street you enter directly into the room. The double bed is on a metal structure with a height of about 1.9m. The bed is reached by a metal ladder that creaks and wobbles. Not convenient for elderly people. The toilet door was damaged. Probably some vandal took revenge on this host.
