- Narinder (10/5): - stayed at the Ramada Hotel for the second time, and once again I had a great experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was also very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. - Gray and Terri (1/5): Never checked in! - I booked at last minute on booking.com. Recv'd a confirmation. Began driving to location and got a phn call from Ramada to say that there was a mistake and they had no room available.
Thanks for the heads up but it was certainly dissappointing and inconvenient. I answered this to be sure the circumstances are not ignored and it does not happen to someone else.

- Sarah (1/5): Rude staff did not stay. - Did not end up staying there. Staff was very rude.
- Winner (8/5): - the room was not cleaned the next day, and also I could hear the noise in the next room from people having sex, so I couldn't sleep.

- Kristen (6/5): - The staff was so friendly. The pillows on the king bed have been better days. Very flat and tiny. The hotel really needs to get a ice machine! Other than thoes 2 things it's a great place to stay.
- Jamie (7/5): -
- Norman (7/5): - Newly renovated Security at rear of property
Limited parking in front
- Delcie Stoodley (10/5): It was very convenient - The location is great because it is near all the places I needed to go The people upstairs were a bit noisy during the night and dogs were barking on our floor.
- Marie (5/5): - I liked the size of our room. I didn’t like the location, I didn’t like how squeaky and thin the floors felt.

Staff barely acknowledge us , they were were chatting on there phones instead , (not company business) don’t find that very professional.

- Ivy (8/5): Very friendly staff - Parking was great and it was convenient to where we had appointments No complaints
- Carissa&Tiara (1/5): I almost slipped outside the property - Smelt like drugs The staff attidutes
- Carissa&Tiara (1/5): Sickening. People do drugs & drink in this hotel. - The size of the room. The staff would not give our damage deposit back due to stains, all hotels have to clean up after their guests, we cleaned everything else so they’re just being greedy with money.
- Amaka (9/5): -
- Steven (10/5): - Not applicable Hot water was lacking
- Lorelee (5/5): -

- Carl (7/5): Good clean hotel. Good price. - No breakfast location. Not many perks but thats ok. The price was good. And a new building. The AC was great. would have been nice to have an ice machine on thev3rd floor.

- Siji (8/5): -
- Tye (8/5): Some things exceeded my expectations, some things didn’t meet them. - The kitchenette was quite nice, especially the provided cookingware. I also liked the aesthetic of the room. The tap in the tub seemed to be a little janky, with a reduced flow when set to hot. The water also took a while to heat up.
- Fe (10/5): Clean hotel, nice staff and will definitely come back. Highly recommended 👍 -
- Lizhong (8/5): -
- Olha (1/5): - the room was very dirty
the maid entered the room without checking if there were still people there in the morning even though the check out is at 11 expect them to come to you at 8 without knocking on the door
- Kim (9/5): -
- Sharol (6/5): Fair - Room is decent and affordable price Cant sleep because you can hear the footsteps upstairs
- Daniel (8/5): - The location was proximate to the things we needed to be near - a range of restaurants were enough from QSO's to sit down locations. Parking was ample and the property was in good condition and rooms well kept
- Georgios (4/5): -
- Mariya (10/5): - The service was perfect the room was even better everything was really good best hotel I've ever been to I recommend to everyone who goes there Everything was really good 👍
- Michael (1/5): - There was an extremely drunk individual in the suite above us and it took multiple calls from different rooms and a threat to call the police for something to be done. Next morning there appeared to be a bullet hole in the front door of the lobby and residents other residents were talking of a shooting. Terrified and will never be going back
- Eva (10/5): -
- Keara (8/5): - It’s very clean and modern
- Patrick (8/5): I was satisfied. Good value. - Clean, reasonably quiet, everything works
- rj ian (7/5): - Location is good No restaurant!!!!!!!
Hallway traffic is noisy echoing
- Edina (10/5): - Our stay was great as always. This location does not have a breakfast option and that would be very nice if in the future it is offered. Location is great. Parking is convenient. Staff is super professional and friendly. Property is very clean. This is pet friendly hotel. Great for the value. All was great. No complains.
- kalyna (2/5): Rude male staff. Had to ask for a bunch of things I should NOT have to ask for. - Clean room. Clean sheets. 1. Rude male staff infantilized me and called me "rude". LMWFAO. Everyone loves to call a woman "rude" when I know what I deserve, and demand it unapologetically.
I told them a thing or two and will not be returning. No one treats me badly. ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM PAYING MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO STAY THERE.
2. No wifi in the gym. At $100+ a night, you better have wifi in the gym.
3. The gym floor was actually filthy and I had to ASK front desk staff 3+ times to clean it. Hair everywhere, dust, and it is in the musty basement. Front desk balding male said "you should not have to ask that many times" but then did not proceed to ensure anything was cleaned. Typical male and incompetent as hll.
4. I truly think travelodge or an inn of some sort would have heeded to my requests with more rigour, and no problem.
5. Had to ask the housekeepers to clean my room everyday which is yet ANOTHER thing I should not have to make the effort to do at a hotel.
6. Male who checked me out falsely charged me the damage deposit.
SAVE your money and pay for a Comfort Inn/Days Inn. YIKES.
- Mitchell (1/5): - The hotel it’s self was okay The parking was less then ideal, multiple blind spots in the back on the cameras where intoxicated people would be hiding behind dumpsters clearly using right next to the entrance. We actually had to leave early because of how unsafe we felt our belongings and ourselves to be. The front desk was calling to report an intoxicated person outside with what they thought was a gun as we were checking out,and that was after first responders had already came to the property. I understand the location presents a higher level of concern however with no security, multiple blind spots on the cameras, and staff that was less then reassuring our concern for safety overweighed the nice facilities.
- Akashkumar (1/5): -
- Enock (8/5): - Keep up the amazing work There was no breakfast
- Edina (10/5): Great staff and very clean hotel. -
- Edina (10/5): Staff is very professional and friendly as always. Clean hotel. -
- Irma (4/5): -
- Vica (7/5): -
- Kali (2/5): Good location, won’t stay again.i did not get to sleep - Close to train station Hotel was locked upon arrival. The front desk clerk was not dressed professionally. I had to ask if he worked here. They advertised free breakfast which they don’t offer at this location?? Like what? Your website says you do. It was very noisy. Guests on our floor (and others) were very loud until past 4am.
- Sidonia (6/5): Not the standard I am used at Ramada hotel - Close to where we needed The floor was not clean, and the bed sheet had stain marks from previous visitors. When I told reception at check out, he didn't even apologize. We only saw it in the morning. Loud noise from some visitors until 3AM. There is no ice machine on the property. The position of the TV make it impossible to watch from bed.
- Kristy (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean rooms Back parking lot was not lit well
- Juliet (10/5): Clean and you can cook your own food - Complete kitchen stuff
- Antilia (9/5): -
- Amanda (1/5): - There is absolutely nothing that stood out about this hotel. It was the first time I stayed there and I stayed there for over a week for work and Leisure.
I stayed in the same room for six nights and not once was the bedding changed. I had to ask for towels every day as there were two people staying in the room. The only thing they took out every two days was the garbage. They didn't even wipe the counters down in the kitchenette I booked. There is laminate flooring in the unit and along the frame the floors were really dirty and in the corners as well. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself. I was accused of flushing a diaper down the toilet causing it to overflow and damage I had to pay for.
I can assure you there were no diapers disposed of in a toilet. Their own maintenance man told me via text message because (he didn't speak English) that I shouldn't have been charged for the clogged toilet...this was a previous issue.
I will add that the toilet and bathtub we're both plugged and overflowing. This happened several times over the week I was there.
This is damage that was done by the previous occupants. I can assure you that I have never had an issue with any hotels that I've stayed in in the last 40-plus years. This is the first time I have ever had a damaged deposit taken for anything.
The toilet and bathtub overflowed a few times that week. This just told me that they're septic unit wouldn't even be able to flush a tampon based on their explanation of what was flushed "a diaper"but could not provide evidence of this.
- Katherine (7/5): -
- Gaynell Elaine (10/5): Loved the staff and hotel - Traveling with my aunt who is 97... she loved the hotel as staff were friendly and very helpful for her. The room size was great as she had a walker and she had plenty of space to move around. NA
- peter (8/5): -
- Ceanna (3/5): Our room was gross. I don’t even think it had been cleaned except the bed made - The bath tub How filthy it was
- Marie Yovana (8/5): - Clean hotel, calm environment
- Princess Olive (7/5): -
- Maria Luz Y (7/5): it was good - the night person behind the front desk can be more helpful and accommodating with our small request
- Graeme (6/5): -
- Alex (8/5): -
- yol (10/5): -
- Melvin (7/5): -
- Shella (8/5): -
😔
- Paul (4/5): disappointed probably wont use again - sufficient parking hot water working correctly or informed prior. noise on balcony next to room at 3 am. people out smoking
- Benjamin (8/5): -
- Shannon (9/5): -
- Garry (2/5): - I had prepayed with my credit card which was left on file but forgot my card at home and wasn’t allowed to check in
without it. So my friend whom I was bringing there for his birthday had to use his credit card. We were in for the evening with nothing to do and the TV wouldn’t work. The consierge got it going after several tries but it quit shortly after.
- Shoa (9/5): -
- Moberly (7/5): - Still haven't received my receipt
- Christie (8/5): -
- Angelika (8/5): -
- Colby (4/5): Would not come back! - Not impressed! Way over priced for the neighborhood. Parking was not good, expensive SUV left parked off to the side of the hotel. People going through the garage cans beside hotel. Room, floor squeaked as you walked. Sink in the kitchen dose not make sense to use. Faucet is way too big for sink. Toilet is small and low. Tub was great. Small pillow on a king bed. Needed eight pillows at the small size. TV was big.
- Robert (5/5): Disappointed - What breakfast? Cleanliness, urine stains around the base of the toilet and the mini fridge had a broken freezer door.
- Ludivine (5/5): -
- Tetiana (10/5): -
- Kori (5/5): I wouldn’t bother going back - It was clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Main doors were locked on arrival, about 830pm. No ice machine in the building. No cold water, only warm or hot. Walls are paper thin. Sound barrier between floors was non-existent. I will not return to the property
- Alan (2/5): -
- Precious (1/5): Disappointing because of the advertised lies! - The website promotes free breakfast, reason I booked this hotel. It was a hoax! No breakfast free or paid! Nada! The lies of providing free breakfast
- Justin (4/5): - Comfortable beds! Generous room size with the kitchenette. Price for the room was ok for what we got. Location was in a kind of sketchy area, lots a down on life folks walking around. Parked in front of the building, would not feel safe parking in the back. The walls and floors were very thin, the folks above us were heavy heel walkers with shoes on, woke us up early each morning. Had to call front desk for more towels as there were not enough provided for the amount of people in the room. Had to call down for more toilet paper as well. Both calls to front desk staff were met with lack luster attitude and did seem like they cared to help us and were making their day worse. The WIFI in the room would not connect. We had a kitchenette, but only a work desk to sit at, there is plenty of room to have a table and chairs to eat at.
- Krystal (5/5): It did the job but the loudness past midnight sucked - Decent room. Price was good. Kitchenette was nice We could hear everything in the next rooms. Kids were running around the hallways until past midnight.
