• Nascimento Da Silva (7/5): Ho una grande critica a fare DOVETE CAMBIARE IL MATERASSO HO DORMIRO SOLO UNA SERA E MI SO SVEGLIATO PIENO DI BRUFOLI HO - Molto vicino alla stazione è molto facile da muoversi a Milano avendo la fermata della metro e treno vicino. Ho una grande critica a fare DOVETE CAMBIARE IL MATERASSO HO DORMIRO SOLO UNA SERA E MI SO SVEGLIATO PIENO DI BRUFOLI HO DOVUTO SPENDERE CERCA 50€ dí pasticche e anche crema perché ho avuto una reazione allergica

• MoCa (1/5): UNA VERGÜENZA - PELIGRO SANITARIO Experiencia muy muy horrible. La persona que alquila es inlocalizable, me dejó una hora en la calle, no nos pudimos comunicar porque no habla inglés, me habló fatal y me envió un link a youtube porque no era capaz de explicarme cómo entrar al alojamiento que ya había pagado anteriormente. Me enviaron para que hiciera el checkin 5 VECES, pidiendo que pagara 12 euros 5 VECES. Lo más grave: la suciedad es extrema. Como persona alérgica sufrí una crisis respiratoria por la acumulación de polvo tanto en la cama como en el baño y cocina. El trato es hostil y negligente. Si buscas seguridad e higiene huye de aquí. Por supuesto publicidad engañosa, el alojamiento no cumple con los estándares mínimos de habitabilidad. Si valoras tu salud y tu seguridad HUYE DE AQUÍ.

• Paolo T (6/5): Peripezie varie... - La vicinanza con la stazione centrale Ho dovuto fare parecchie peripezie ,l appartamento che avevo prenotato era inagibile per lavori di manutenzione del bagno mandato in un secondo appartamento inagibile perché il bagno perdeva acqua,rimandato in un terzo appartamento passabile ma con il riscaldamento abbastanza freddo ma spesso saltava il contatore oltretutto l appartamento era abbastanza freddo.Cque è una cosa indecente che con quello che si paga ci rifilano appartamenti poco decorosi.

Difícil localizar o apartamento, as informações prestadas para encontrar o alojamento não foram as melhores. Casa de banho com mau cheiro. Sem ar condicionado, apenas uma ventoinha que funcionava muito mal. Utensílios de cozinha sujos. O apartamento necessita de alguma intervenção.

• Paolo T (6/5): - Mi è piaciuto la vicinanza alla fs centrale,i vari locali dove mangiare c'è da sbizzarrirsi l appartamento comodo per essere vicino ai mezzi con cui è facile spostarsi ;il prezzo per la qualità dei servizi che offre a mio avviso è un po alto.La location nel insieme non è male anche se mancava la caffetteria unico neo è il bagno che lascia molto a desiderare sanitari stravaccato addirittura il bidet con delle perdite però ci si adatta... In primis il bidet che perde acqua...

Tenia Check in a las 14 hasta las 14:15 no había recibido las instrucciones para entrar. Después de insistir y hablar con el responsable, las enviaron. Al entrar al alojamiento estaba en un pésimo estado de limpieza. Sin sabanas limpias, papeles por todos lados, el baño tapado. Al hacerle el reclamo al dueño, la única respuesta que obtuve fue que me corto la comunicación, sin poder volver a comunicarme. No pude quedarme, las condiciones de higiene eran insalubres. Tuve que pagar otro alojamiento, y nadie se hace responsable, ni el dueño, ni Booking

• Klariza (1/5): The worst - None When we arrived the cleaning lady was still in there while talking to someone on the phone and asked us to wait until she finishes cleaning, it was already past our announced check-in time so she's been there for a while. The announcement pictures are NOTHING like the actual apartment, everything is either dusty, with mold, or not functioning. None of the two stove tops are working, we were provided by a stove top that works with electricity. The bathroom is a disaster, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and it was evident that they don't check up on it as there are mold growing and could be removed by regular cleaning. Under the sofa, there is also an uncleaned spot with sticky residue and we would not like to know what it was. Overall please DON'T be fooled by these pictures

Also has hidden fees. - Nothing Nothing the place was dirty toilet was broken, windows were cracked, trash under the bed, found a preservative under the mattress, the floor was dirty. The costumer service was unprofessional.

• Adrians (6/5): Good. - Location was very good. Close to Central Station. Pretty Good. Hosts are great! The facilities inside. Everything is a bit stale, but for the money it is expected.

• Jayantika (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment is fantastic and it was generally quite straight forward to access I think the apartment is ideal for 2 people who want a place to just keep their things whilst they're out most of the day. My group was 3 people who just needed somewhere to sleep so it was fine but very cramped. Also lack of A/C was a bit of a problem as it was really really hot over July

The property was not clean, shower is in bad shape, there are water leaks and wifi was not working at all. I would never book this place ever again.

• Simran (4/5): Worst experience so far of my life on booking.com - I had booked an apartment close to the central station of Milan for easy connectivity. Two days before my stay, I was informed that my reservation had been changed to another apartment without prior notice, and the new place was very far from the center. The booking was non-refundable, and I had already paid the price. The new apartment I was assigned was not up to the standards advertised on the website. The amenities were subpar, and wifi was not working, there was no lock in the bathroom and no coffee maker, which all were advertised in the booking. The overall experience wasn't what I expected. Furthermore, during fast check-in, when I signed a contract, I did not authorize any changes to my reservation, and even my invoice has the original address I booked. This last-minute switch was a major convenience and disrupted my travel plans. I would like to request at least a partial refund for my stay, I have already contacted the property service manager, but they are not replying back to me. I also request you review your booking policies to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else in the future. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend anyone to make their stay in this property.
