It was new and clean and the location is excellent The staff couldn't help that a cab service is fine and a little understanding of the control times because you've been using the apartment since 3:00 and leaving 10:00. I have a problem in the morning for my appointment with the control hours until 10:00. I was 20 minutes later, and a Stab lady didn't understand this little time later, and stayed at my door with angry faces.

Die Betten waren nur 160cm breit. Kopfkissen sehr fest und voluminös. Toilettenspülung nicht effektiv, der Wasserablauf in der Dusche nicht Fachgerecht.

The staff at the appartments were incredibly helpful and friendly. The appartment itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated Some of the pre-arrival communication was a little complicated and the system also crashed on me several times. Whilst the concept is good as pre-checkin gives you access to a whole heap of information, I was unable to access it despite completing all the required information. However, the staff on the desk on arrival managed to sort everything out

It was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. It would have been good to have a larger bed in master bedroom. The mattress was comfortable but sloped inwards to the middle.

The beds should be king size in all 3 rooms as there is plenty of space for this. Master is king but other 2 beds are queen. Check out time is too early at 10am!

- Anne (10/5): Lovely apartment in great location. - The location is fantastic - walking distance to lots of sights as well as close to buses & the Tube. The apartment is modern, stylishly furnished & well equipped. The staff are available 24/7 and responsive. The heating and cooling are good. We had no view - only into a light well but at least there is natural light. There is to no ability to store luggage if you arrive early or leave late.

- Natalie (9/5): Wonderful Location, Lovely Building & Apartment, I would definitely stay here again! - The location was even better than I realized when I booked! The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, and an even shorter walk to Westminster Abbey with Big Ben right across from there. You can catch the tube from there, or there's a closer station that lets you avoid the crowds. The proximity to landmarks was very cool especially considering how otherwise quiet the street was. There was foot traffic of course, but the building was definitely removed from the hustle and bustle of tourists while being conveniently close to attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The apartment is in a repurposed Fire station and the building still has a lot of the original character - which is something else I didn't realize when I booked but was delighted with. The apartment itself felt luxurious with quality materials, finishes, and very comfortable beds. I have a hard time with bedding when I travel but these beds were so comfortable that I would stay here again just to know that I would get truly great sleep! The apartment was beautiful; the hard wood floors were a lovely chevron pattern, the unit had a functioning and intuitive washer (and Dryer!) and the kitchen was the stuff dreams are made of. I literally took photos as inspiration for my upcoming kitchen remodel. There were 2 bathrooms in the unit - 1 ensuite, and 1 main bathroom in the hall. Both had bath and/or showers and that allowed us each to have our own bathroom space. The bathrooms had marble tile, plenty of towels, and were well equipped and comfortable. We ordered Uber Eats a couple of times and it would have been nice to have a way to buzz the delivery person in, versus having to go downstairs to meet them. We've had that option in other places we've stayed with Booking and its so nice after a long day to give the delivery person a nice tip and have them drop the food right at your door. While the under floor heating is a wonderful feature, there was no way to easily turn it down. We found ourselves cracking windows, which worked fine for 2 adults, but if there were children in the apartment we likely wouldn't have had that option. Conditioner in the shower would have been great too. There was shampoo (that smelled great) but with longer hair, I was glad that I thought to bring my own.

Det var dubbel täcken på sängarna och det gick inte lösa singelräcken. Vi bad också om utcheckning kl.11 istället för 10 men det gick tydligen inte heller .

It would have been useful to have a dedicated microwave. We were told that the oven could also function as a microwave….however we are familiar with that kind of arrangement and this oven did not appear to have a microwave function. Also, the instruction manual for oven made no mention of a microwave function. There was no glass tray in the oven. Microwaves can’t use metal trays.

Wszystko było idealnie czyste, łóżka wygodne, a wnętrze nowoczesne i przytulne. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Lokalizacja doskonała – w pobliżu Big Bena i metra, więc łatwo było się wszędzie dostać. Naokoło pełno knajpek i miejsc z pysznymi śniadaniami. Odbiór kluczy odbył się sprawnie i bez najmniejszych problemów. Polecam z całego serca! ❤️

When I asked them, they say that “air conditioned” doesn't necessarily means all the rooms are air conditioned. Booking weren't supportive as well. 2- No cleaning service available, if you request cleaning you have to pay more than 100 or if I remember 170 pound for a daily cleaning. 3- Checking out at 10am. They will send you email and knock on the door if there is any delay. 4- at around 6 pm, there is no reception and you will be on your own.

- Jorge (9/5): Great apartment, small beds - The apartment is (almost) fantastic. It's a new development and it's been done with great care and detail. The bathrooms are truly exceptional. The kitchen is great (just lacking microwave) and big. The location is just 15 minutes away from the Big Ben, 5 minutes from a tube station The beds are surprisingly small, which feels out of place in such a great apartment. After a long day exploring London, the one thing you look forward to most is a comfortable night’s sleep, and unfortunately the beds don’t deliver. It’s a shame they didn’t invest more care into this, because the beds should really be the top priority.

- Rich (5/5): Plumbing and electrical issues known and not disclosed - Stayed in the penthouse suite which had large balconies off a few rooms. I loved the location of 4 Greycoat Place as it is very central. I offered a 5 which is harsh, but the problems should have been remedied as the property owners are well aware of the issues which are not disclosed prior to renting. The electrical glitches that I am now reading about by numerous past tenants. Going to the washroom in the dark or showering in the dark is not expected from a “luxury” stay in London. Having five people utilize one shower does not make for good mornings (unless some can shower in the evening). This was done with our phone lights. “September 3” (we were staying August 29/30/31) was the date we were promised the electrician would come. How does this help us? The plumbing is unacceptable. I now see that others have had issues with the toilet overflowing. “Quick fix”, yes, but not before having to bail out water until the problem was resolved. There is a second bathroom off the main bedroom which (somehow the lights work there?) was off limits for some reason or another. The shower drain. Water pools in and around the tub requiring a large squeegee to be used to pull the water to the drain. Very inconvenient to do after every shower. Especially in the dark. Electrical issues of the main hallway lights not working have also been discussed in the thread, and were still existing when we stayed. Again, unacceptable if not disclosed. Requested compensation and was offered 15%.
