• Pauly C (8/5): - Clean, location, very roomy Did not like having to use your cell phone and internet to get in and out of the building every time. Also the faucets in both bathrooms leaked very badly all over the counters.
• Fiona (9/5): Great property with everything you need and in a perfect location. - It was easy to access the apartment and it was very well appointed. The location was perfect with easy access by walking to the Duomo. A second set of keys would have been helpful.

• محمد (5/5): اداره غير متعاونه - الموقع والمرافق فقط بالنسبه للاداره جدا فاشله ولايوجد تعاون ابدآThe location is good but the management is bad انقطعت عنا الكهرباء ولم يأتي احد للمساعده وقمنا نحن بتوفير احد لاصلاحها وانقطع الواي فاي ولم يتم توفير بديل الا بعد يومين وعند الاتصال بهم يقومون بتعطيلنا وعدم الرد للاسف Our electricity was cut off and no one came to help us. We provided someone to fix it. The Wi-Fi was cut off and no replacement was provided until two days later. When we contacted them, they disconnected us and unfortunately did not respond.
• Sultan (9/5): المكان جدا رائع وجميل - الموقع جميل ونظيف ومرتب جدا وقريب من ساحه الدومو وسوف اكون منصف ان الاثاث والارضيات والحمامات كلها جديده ونظيفه كثرة التعليمات التي خلف الباب والشروط المخالفات بالغرامه طلبت تمديد ساعتين حتى وصول السياره لنقل الحقائب فتم الرفض والاعتذار لوجود جدول نظافه مما اضرني لحمل كل الحقائب في الشارع حتى وصول السياره

• نوف (1/5): - المكان قريب من الدومو تقريباً عشر دقايق او اقل مشي صاحب المكان سيء جداً انتظار اكثر من ساعه ونص عشان تسجيل الدخول ولا يرد عليك ولا يقول لك وين الباب يخليك على لوكيشن الموقع وتوقف تنتظر احد يدلك وين الباب ويلا تقروش ساعه اسال ومحد يعرف وينه لانه ببساطه شقه وحده داخل عماره سكنيه وفوقها المكيفات ما تشتغل وفجاه تطفي عليك الكهرب ولا يرد عليك عشان تعرف وش الحل تجربه لن تتكرر

• Evelyn (10/5): It’s a great apartment. would stay there again - The property was very clean and had a starter pack of dishwashing supplies and one extra t paper. Also included shampoo and bar soap for hands. It was no more than 1 mile from everything. There were 2 sets of keys which was very nice. The property has a microwave built in but was not listed as a feature. I was worried until I got there. List it. In second bathroom could use a trash can. It would be nice to have at least one channel of news in English.
• Hilary (6/5): Disappointing - Excellent location, comfy warm rooms, good bathrooms , spacious, reasonably quiet I have rarely written a negative review but..... Inability to communicate with "host", AI-like generated responses to get into property when front gates were locked and instructions to open failed. (fortunately after some time, a neighbour property owner had a key and helped.) After initial apologies by "host" there was no follow up to this whatsoever. Stark decor in what could be a lovely place to stay if it had a few personal touches.
• As (7/5): Good - Like the location near to Duomo. Very close to 2 halal eateries. Apartment very spacious for 3 of us. Not equipped with basic necessities at the kitchen. The kitchen has a stove but I had to buy my own lighter. Had to buy salt and also cooking oil. Even no extra rubbish bag, although we stayed for 6 nights. Asked us to get our own from grocery shopping. Did not have that personal touch. Had to wait for a while for the main gate to open as reply from them via whatsapp was slow. Make sure you have steady data. The only place so far that I have stayed, which lacked these basic necessities.
• Amy (10/5): We came for a visit- Milan is an easy city to navigate and the apartment was great. I highly recommend it- especially as - The apartment was very clean and in a great location! It was convenient to the Duomo and Metro stop as well as restaurants and shops. It was nice to have the washing machine for laundry. We brought our own travel size laundry detergent and only used 2 tsp for the 30 minute wash cycle. We mostly ate out, but cooked one meal at the apartment as well as had yogurts and fruit for breakfast. There is a Carrefour Market nearby if you want food/etc. We didn’t take pictures of the inside, but it looked just like the pictures. It was all good!
• Brian (7/5): Centrally located apartment close to everything in Milan. Functional buy not luxurious. - Great location. Large space. Functional. Spartan decoration. Only 1 key with locks that did not work well. check-in required phone call that too many tries to connect.
• Mutaab (9/5): Worth every €. - Cleanses and location. The blanket shall be renewed. It seems too old.
• Rovena (5/5): Passable - The position of the apartament It was not clean. The drain at the sink in a bathroom was going bad. The light was not enough in the living room. The neighbours from the upper floor were made a lot of noise until 2 am. Coffee machine is droping water from the tank on the table. The entrance door in the building was closed and the key was next to the apartment door at 3 rd floor ( imposible to get it) .For 30 minutes nobody answer to the support Phone number
