- Amenah (4/5): Good location, hot sleepless nights. - The location. It is in the heart of everything. We waited 30 minutes outside for a cleaning lady to let us in. The air conditioner didn’t work properly in one room and the host couldn’t get anyone out to fix it. It was 27 c• at night/29 during the day inside. couldn’t sleep for two nights cause we were so hot.
- Kerry (10/5): Perfecto! - This property was perfectly located, nicely furnished and absolutely charming. It is everything a traveler from another country envisions when staying in a modern apartment in a historical building in the best tourist location in Rome. Mario the owner was AMAZING! He met us promptly, gave us restaurant and tour information and was available if we had any questions. At the end of our stay we realized that we had forgotten our passports where we hid them in his apartment. Mario offered to retrieve them and drove them to the train station to meet us, saving our trip! We would stay here anytime we visit Rome and I highly recommend you do the same to create the perfect Italian experience in Bella Roma! Grazie Milli Mario! Nothing.
- Siyuan (10/5): Recommended - Perfect place to stay in Roma with all the sightseeing spots in a walkable distance. And there are plenty of restaurants that are open until midnight, so it’s also safe and convenient for a person travelling alone.
And the room is actually more spacious and nice than in the pictures. Can be quite noisy, and it’s not easy to find the entrance for someone who comes to Italy for the time. It’s a tiny door that you would never think as a hotel or a B&B. I recommend the host to post some pics of the gate
- Seitz (8/5): Very good - Location
- Nate (9/5): Perfect place but needs a hand rail for narrow stairs. - Gorgeous space and great location The stairs to kitchen and bathroom are narrow and need a had rail. Since the floor/ stair treads/ wall are all white, it is probable you will miss a step and or trip. Seriously needs a hand rail.
- Manuela (9/5): Wonderful. A great small apartment in the heart of Rome. - Excellent location, perfect for visiting Rome
- Fran (10/5): Great place when in Romr - Host very helpful and friendly, rooms clean and comfortable and location excellent.
- Máté (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (7/5): We booked this primarily for location. I would look for another place next time. - Location was good. Lots of restaurants and easy walking distance to most sites The lay out is odd-seating area is for only one person, kitchen ( which is minimal) and bathroom are an awkward half flight up. Lots of ambient light. Also, we booked this place because we wanted a washer and it didn’t function.
- Rachelle (9/5): Clean, Modern and comfortable place near all the action. - Excellent location. The space is modern and very comfortable. The shower was sometimes a bit of an issue. The water sometimes ran warm instead of hot. The space could also use a suitcase rack to set your suitcase on, instead of on the floor. Otherwise, the property was amazing. Cozy, clean and you could not ask for a better location.
- Odd (9/5): Superb - Location is suberb. In addition to all which is mentioned here, it was nice to lean onto the window sill and just look at the street life below - even if it is kind of a side street. To tight bathroom. I had to back out and in ;) But this is how it is with a 500 years old bulding. So no problem.
- Way (1/5): Ridiculous! - The location was the only good thing about this property The property is the smallest I have ever seen. The owner suggests that there are two beds, when in fact, there is one bed and one chair, which folds out into a very uncomfortable cot. The room has a very dangerous set of steps with no fall protection. This would be illegal in the USA.
- Alexander (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - It's a great place overall. Apartment is clean and neat, more than enough for a couple. You will find all what you need here plus the view onto an old little lane with restaurants. It's just few steps from a busy spot with coctail bars and pubs but it tays quiet at the same time. Piazza Navona with all street food and street art is about 2 minutes walk, Pantheon in less then 10 minutes, Vatican City in under 20 minutes walk. There is about 10 supermarkets in the area, out of this, there is 3 which are open 24h and they are about 2 minutes walk. Aside from the perfect city centre location, great price or apartment itself, there is also an owner, Mario, a great guy to meet, a very kind and helpfull person...whatever you need, he's there to help you out, give some information about the area, direct you to right places and will show best spots for Italian food. We are definitely going back to this spot, especially if you, like us, like a night life, beeing in the middle of it is very comfortable. Nothing really. We found no cons of this place.
- Anastasia (8/5): Best location in Rome-needs some attention to the details to achieve maximum comfort - Amazing location, great value for money. In the heart of the city,in one of the busiest and most picturesque neighborhoods!Even if the neighborhood was noisy, the windows had very good isolation. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, almost broken in some parts. In general we had the feeling that it is a bit dirty(even though we saw the cleaning lady upon our arrival) and everything was somehow torn out.
- Mcafee (10/5): Exceptional - Location, was air conditioned.
- Lu (8/5): Very good -
- Franca (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was located in a perfect stop in Rome. You were 10 to 15 minutes from all the attractions. I was so impressed with how comfortable and clean it was. It was a steel with the price. Would definitely recommend it to anybody 👌
- Nathan (8/5): Very good - Location, cooking facilities, washing machine. No tea or coffee supplies.
- Cornelis (8/5): Very good - Location. Good apartment. Accommodating and friendly host. To get to kitchen and bathroom there are some stone steps with a slight curve.
There is no handrail or small security device on top
