• Nurul Intan Syuhada (10/5): Would love to be back here again! - I had such a wonderful stay here and honestly, this was one of the best stay i have ever had while travelling. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful. It was cozy attic style, very comfortable, and the view was genuinely breathtaking. The location was also amazing, literally walking distance to the Old Town which made exploring so convenient. It was slightly confusing to find at first, especially after arriving tired with luggage but Belma the host responded to my messages incredibly fast and personally welcomed me at the front door. She guided me through everything patiently so it became very easy afterwards. The area is a little uphill so carrying luggage can be tiring but honestly the location and the overall experience made it completely worth it. What truly made this stay special was Belma herself. She informed me earlier about a leaking issue in the unit and even kindly offered me a free cancellation because she didnt want me to feel uncomfortable or deal with any inconvenience. Thankfully the issue had already been fixed and even when it slightly happened again during my stay, i genuinely didnt mind at all because of how responsible, honest and caring she was throughout the entire process. She was warm, welcoming and even introduced me to her big fluffy dog 🥹 She also left coffee and some Bosnian treats for me, which I absolutely loved so much that i ended up searching for them in stores to bring back home with me 😂 One moment i’ll never forget was when i missed the last cable car back. Belma immediately responded to my distressed messages, guided and waited until i reached to an area accessible by taxi, helped me call a cab and stayed on the phone with me until i safely arrived back at the Old Town. As a solo traveller, that level of care and kindness was deeply appreciated 🥹 I also accidentally left behind my newly bought neck pillow and she informed me almost immediately.
• Anel (10/5): - Mycket bra läge! 2 minuters gång ner till Bascarsija. Vi sov över med en 3 och 5 åring. Dom klarade backen upp tillbaka till huset utan problem. Ägaren till huset är oerhört gästvänlig, hon köpte mat till och oss som låg och väntade på oss då vi anlände sent.

We got there very early in the morning and were able to store our luggage and even got to check in a few hours early. Only thing was the couch was hard as a rock but it wasn't a big deal to us

• PGD009 (10/5): Amazing apartment with an amazing host - Everything. Location was super convenient. Host Belma was super friendly and kind. She provided us great places to visit. Apartment is spacious and worth the money. Cleaning is superb. Bedroom with a view was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Communication was fast and easy. For me its all about the host and her hospitality. Also dogs and cats were nice too. Highly recommended. Thanks
• Irina (10/5): Divna domaćica, uredan, čist i pet friendly smještaj. - Veoma smo zadovoljni boravkom u ovom stanu. Nemojte da vas zavara zgrada i okruženje — stan je kompaktan, ali u potpunosti odgovara opisu i slikama. Domaćica nam.je unaprijed javila da je bila poplava prije par dana i da madina za ves ne radi i dala opciju da otkažemo, što je nama bilo veoma korektno. Riječ je o potkrovlju, ima mali kuhinjski kutak gdje možete pripremiti kafu. Posteljina i kupatilo su bili besprijekorno čisti, a pogled je zaista divan. Domaćica je izuzetno ljubazna i uvijek dostupna za sve što vam zatreba. Posebno nam je bilo drago što je smještaj pet-friendly, što je zaista rijetkost u BiH. Preporučila bih ovaj smještaj svima koji su na budžetu i kojima je potreban ugodan i čist prostor za noćenje, a ne za duži boravak.

Zelo slabo stopnišče v drugo nadstropje z strupenim vonjem po vlagi 3. Vonj stanovanja obloženega v lesni fabjon, ki se je mešal z pretiranim vonjem čistil, ki naj bi zakrili strupeni vonj po vlagi 4. Pred prihodom objavleni podatek da so imeli poplavo pralnega stroja pred nami, ki pa je že očitno tako že dalj časa

• Smiljana (10/5): Wonderful stay with a kind host - The accommodation was perfect! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including cable TV. The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk from Baščaršija. The host's sister, Belma, is very kind and friendly and was always available via messages. I would definitely recommend it! Our whole stay was truly wonderful!

• Irina (10/5): - Don’t let the exterior of the building fool you — as soon as you step inside, the apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed in warm beige tones that create a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, a large bathroom, and a washing machine, which is especially convenient for longer stays. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from the master bedroom is absolutely lovely. Curtains provide excellent privacy so you can fully relax. The location is perfect — just a few steps from Baščaršija, yet the apartment is tucked away in such a quiet and peaceful area that it truly feels like you’re outside the city. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and it’s clear that a lot of care and attention is put into every detail. The apartment feels safe, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The host was wonderful — kind, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Communication was smooth and effortless, which made the entire stay stress-free. What we appreciated the most is that the place is pet-friendly, and it was heartwarming to see that the neighbors also care about animals. We truly felt at home here and will definitely come back next time — and bring our pets with us!

Il giorno stavo meno possibile in casa

Flies, cats, dog n the smell emitting frm the animals or whatever is a putoff. Also they don't hve dishclothes. They gve us a roll of paper towel. in their kitchen no broom to sweep out and kitchen utensils n pots very few. We tried our best to keep it clean abd only could do what was possible.

• Inna (10/5): Очень уютные и светлые апартаменты с отличным расположением и гостеприимными хозяевами. - Квартира светлая, выполнена в белых тонах, уютная и комфортная.. Расположение отличное — всего 4 минуты пешком до рынка Башчаршия и старой части города, где можно почувствовать местный колорит. Дополнительным плюсом является возможность бесплатной парковки (вне высокого сезона это особенно удобно). Хозяева говорят по-русски, очень приветливые и отзывчивые — всегда готовы помочь и подсказать.

• Marina Reis Santos (9/5): O centro de Sarajevo a uma curta distância! - Desde o início que a comunicação com a Belma foi excelente! Super simpática e prestável! O apartamento estava super limpo e a localização é excelente! A nós não nos afetou muito mas eu recomendaria algum tipo de cortina para as janelas pois assim que o sol nasce o quarto fica iluminado. O único ponto menos positivo foi o facto de faltar uma porta no chuveiro e, com receio de molharmos tudo, ficamos limitados a tomar banho.

Everything was great. I would just recommend that you double-check that you have all the details for self check in before your arrival. I got the code that was meant for another tenant, and not having the locker key code gave me a bit of a scare on my late arrival 🙃 also I did not know that the owners sister leaves in the same building and my mobile Internet wasn't working. It got all sorted out that evening.

The host’s sister is a wonderful person and always available. The room has excellent soundproofing, a great shower, and a washing machine. The apartment has VERY low ceilings due to the sloped roof — it looks different in the photos. We constantly had to duck or climb over each other. If you're over 5'11" (180+ cm), it gets uncomfortable. From time to time, I also noticed a smell from the cats living in the house, though it wasn’t a major issue.

The big room has an amazing view day and night. It is also very close to bascarsija, just the street is up to a slope. At the house we just had problem with hot water. • Andrea (9/5): Excellent small apartment to enjoy Sarajevo with a view - The location was super, 4 minutes by walking to the main centre, but a little high over the old town giving a wonderful view of the city. Great value for money, two queen size beds and two different rooms. Excellent communication with the owners, super nice and helpful. No blackout curtains and the light comes out early in the morning. Perfect for early birds, less if you want to sleep a little longer.

Faruk and his sister are very friendly and accommodating. And gave us lots of useful information and advice. Two good size double beds and a sitting area and bathroom. Great view from the window too. We had some issues with the WiFi but couldn’t be helped, all fixed now.

• Nurul (10/5): A very warm apartment with great distance to Old Town - Cozy and comfortable apartment to stay. We really enjoy it even we booking 1 night. Got huge master bedroom and living room to spend a precious moments with family or friend. A complete apartment with kitchenette and washing machine were is a bonus to stay here. In terms of parking space, open parking space available based on first come first served. Faruk is a good host. He tell everytings how to self check in this apartment. Apart of that, his sister where living in same level, are also helping us during check in and check out. Recommended to stay here as it’s very near to famous Sebilj Fountain. Just 5-7 min walks to Bascarsija and you can stroll around the old town of Sarajevo. Nothing
