- Peter (3/5): Avoid until refurbished - The location was good,the kitchen was ok Leak in the roof,apartment not clean,no power at 1st,and then went off again.damp in second bedroom,1st bedroom bed was very wet,unable to use it,had to wash the bathroom towels as they were wet and not clean.the sink in the bathroom didn't hold water,leak under kitchen sink. Weren't told there was building work going on in the flat above until the day before,scaffolding everywhere including on the steps down to the flat which made access difficult and as a result were unable to use the patio. Also there was no mention of it being a basement flat.
