Heinrichs (5/5): Preis Leistung entspricht nicht - Das einzige und richtig gut war die Lage, ....leider schon alles... ...die Wohnung entspricht leider nicht dem Preis,alle Matratzen waren durchgelen,alt, Wäsche und Zubehör hat schon bessere Jahre erlebt, sehr hellhörig, absolut nicht sauber,es gibt in der Küche nicht mal einheitlichen Besteck,die möbelgriffe gehen ab,sobald mann was aufmacht,hat man es in der Hand, die Leisten an der Decke gehen ab,die Gardinen im Schlafzimmer sind ein Witz, wenn man ausschlafen möchte...,Sofa im Wohnzimmer stinkt,ist richtig ekelhaft, unsere Tochter ist nimmt Medikamente, was das Immunsystem betrifft, ich musste die ganze Wohnung erstmal zu unserer Zufriedenheit sauber machen, also sehr viel Verbesserung ist noch in Aussicht hoffentlich Nur die Lage
Marko (7/5): Schöne FeWo in sehr guter Lage mit kleinen Unschönheiten. - Uns hat die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand sehr gut gefallen. Bequem war der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Ausstattung der FeWo war mehr als ausreichend. Das Doppelbett auf der Empore ist recht klein - zu schmal. Das gesamte Gebäude ist äußerst hellhörig. Die Dunstabzugshaube und die Lampe in der Küche benötigen mal wieder eine gründliche Reinigung.
