• Daniela (9/5): - The location, the accommodations and comfort - everything was great. The place is spacious, clean and cozy! The hosts are responsive, flexible and assisting. The area is safe, lively yet calm, out of the way of the crowds but close enough to be perfect for walking to almost everything. We’ve been there twice and I am already looking to book it again soon! The only downside is having to go to the bathroom through the bedroom but it’s not enough of a hassle to dampen the overall experience.

• Justo (9/5): Para repetir - Con todo lo necesario para estar comodo y muy buena localización, nos recibieron a la llegada muy amablemente y ayudando en lo necesario
• Rada (6/5): Tolle Lage - leider stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht - - Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. - Das Apartment ist sehr groß. - Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. - Kontakt sehr einfach mit der Unterkunft; es wurde immer direkt geantwortet (WhatsApp, Booking, ...) - Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Straße - es war sehr laut nachts. - Im Bad ist ein komischer Geruch gewesen und es war leider nicht sauber. In der Küche lagen Haare z.B. Sehr enttäuschend für den Preis. - Matratze für das Babybett war leider nicht ganz gut (zu weich und zu groß) - Einrichtung zum Teil fragwürdig (seltsames Bild im Schlafzimmer) Grundsätzlich empfehle ich die Unterkunft keinen Familien oder Gruppen. Das Apartment eignet sich gut für Paare oder Alleinreisende. Ein weiterer Tipp von uns ist es ein Taxi vom Flughafen zu buchen statt den Transfer sich organisieren zu lassen. Auf dem Hinweg mussten wir ganze 85€ zahlen. Auf dem Rückweg haben wir ein Taxi bekommen und haben 55€ gezahlt zum Flughafen.

• EMILIE (9/5): Best appartment ever ! - Appartement très bien situé : à 20min du Colissé, de la fontaine de Trevis et du centre historique. à 5 min des supermarchés, pharmacie et station de métro. Très propre et spacieux. Lit extrêmement confortable et douche avec une pression incroyable :-) Immeuble très calme. Rajouter un deuxième torchon dans la cuisine. Nettoyer le sèche cheveux qui est plein de poussière. Vérifier que tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont propres car ce n’était pas le cas :-(

• yanis (9/5): Le logement était top. Sauf le canapé-lit qui m’a rendu une nuit infernale puis j’ai mis le matelas par terre directemen - L’emplacement était top : proche de tout Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable. Il y avait un creux au milieux du lit qui était sous forme d’une banane.

• Enrique (9/5): Elegant location minutes away from main attractions - This property is very well located, minutes away from major attractions like Traiano’s column and Victor Manuel monument and next to the Forum and Coliseum. It is a modern decorated and minimalist apartment in very nice building with a functional old style elevator. The building has a concierge during certain hours (‘portiera’ if you are familiar). The metro and stops for main buses are walking distance. The kids loved the sofa bed. It’s a Natuzzi (if you are a connoisseur and know the brand, it is real leather and top design… the Ferrari of sofas). Nothing in particular that we did not like. The street noise is noticeable at times (mainly because of ambulances) but you’re in Rome and the double paneled windows plus electric operated blinds will save you the hassle. Also there’s independent air conditioning in both rooms. We had some issues with it and the property management took care of it in no time.
• Daniela (10/5): Modern, comfortable and clean, top located, spacious apartment - The apartment and building are very nice, top location walking distance (approx or less than 1km) from Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Colosseum, Barberini square. The place is spacious, nice spacious bathroom, comfortable and clean. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and very helpful, providing recommendations and tips for tours, restaurants, connecting fare from/to airport. Near the apartment there are pretty good restaurants and Gelaterias. I wish there would be washing/dryer machine for best convenience while traveling with kids, but this didn’t hinder our experience.
