Nur-Edaliza (6/5): as much as i like the location, the overall experience was just bitter. - Location is indeed SUPERB. Truly convenient. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The instructions were provided in fragmented, piecemeal messages, which made the entire check-in process unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. Despite informing you of my arrival time in advance, responses were delayed, and I was left waiting without clear guidance. This lack of coordination reflects very poorly on the overall management. Basic and essential information, including the WiFi details, was not proactively shared. I had to request it myself, which should not be the responsibility of a guest. The presence of multiple individuals in the chat group did not translate into efficiency or responsiveness. On the contrary, it created confusion and did not result in timely assistance when needed. I wasted more than half an hour simply trying to access the elevator and locate the apartment. It was not indicated anywhere that Unit 05-05A is located within 05-05. There is no reasonable way a guest would be expected to know this without clear prior instruction. This oversight caused unnecessary inconvenience and distress upon arrival. For context, this is not my first time staying in an apartment, and I have never encountered such disorganized key collection procedures or unclear instructions before. The entire experience has left a very bitter impression. I strongly urge you to review your check-in process, communication protocols, and guest support responsiveness to prevent future guests from going through a similar ordeal.

Lai yee (9/5): - Cozy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There are many food and supermarkets nearby. So convenient. A little noise from upstairs and the neighbors.
SALINA (8/5): Overall it’s a nice and wonderful stay - The unit is great and comfy. Don’t like the lift scanner to scan the QR. It requires many times of scanning before it can track it
Eliora (3/5): Overly complicated check-in process - The room was clean. I was disappointed with the check-in process as it was unnecessarily complicated. First, I was asked to pay a security deposit, which is not always required at other places. The condo guards were not helpful, and the machine shown to me on WhatsApp was not working. I was sent back and forth between the building guard and the carpark guard, who then requested all the details I had already provided earlier via WhatsApp. This entire process took almost 30 minutes just to complete check-in. Additionally, the QR code system for carpark access was unreliable and often failed to work at the gantry, making it frustrating to drive in and out. Overall, the process was inefficient and time-consuming. Unfortunately, I do not intend to return for another stay.

Nor (4/5): Good location but check-in process plus daily registration is extremely cumbersome & inconvenient - Long, cumbersome & time-wasting process to enter the premise. Although copy of ID, all personal details were given prior to check-in and a QR code already received, I was required to register same details at a machine following which a new QR code will be given to access the property. After almost 10 attempts, no new QR code were given. I had to contact the property manager and a new QR code was finally sent to my phone. I then have to use a PIN code to open the mailbox to access a lockbox where another PIN code is required to get the access card & key for the unit. Despite having the new QR code & the access card, we had problems taking the lift to the unit. It took many attempts before the lift worked. At the unit itself, we have to use another PIN code to unlock the door. We also have to make several attempts before the door opened & for each unsuccessful attempt, we had to wait for 3 minutes before the digital screen appears. All-in-all, it took us almost 1 hour & we finally got into the room at 9.00PM . The security steps were registration, new QR code, mailbox, 3 different PIN codes in addition to having a card access. This is akin to trying to access Fort Knox & indeed the worse check-in experience I have ever had. The next morning, we were stuck in the lift because the QR code was no longer valid. I was told it is valid only for 24 hours (eventhough it was less than 24 hours from the time we checked in). I was informed that daily registration is required to get new QR code, meaning if you book for a week, you need to re-register every day for 7 days!!! Please really look into this process which could be much much more streamlined.

Frankie (8/5): Great place with plenty of security. - Security was good. You needed a qr code to access to the building n lift and needed a pin to the main door n room door. Plenty of eateries nearby You will have a problem printing the qr code from the self help machine at the entrance if u are not using ur own sg number. Thank goodness the security guard is kind enuff to help register my info n get the qr code sent to y watapps number. The only setback is can only park at visitor lot which are all not sheltered. Lastly, I booked for a studio with balcony but was given 1 without a balcony.

I came so far but it was raining but I didn't check in. It was a very bad experience.😠

Lee (4/5): Skytree stay - New building. Conveniently located. Close to Aeon No dedicated parking. Process of getting of QR code was quite tedious and time consuming. There is no rail or hook for hanging clothes and bath towel in the bathroom . The bathroom door lock was damaged and not able to be locked. There is no pantry. It is also noisy for it is closed to the busy road.

I am deeply concerned about the lack of professionalism and disregard for guest privacy and security demonstrated by JBcity Home management. My experience was highly unsettling and unacceptable. First, due to their disorganization, they mixed up the room keycards, leaving me stranded at the mailbox for over 15 minutes. Despite my repeated explanations, it took far too long for them to realize their mistake and provide a solution. The most alarming incident occurred when two strangers entered my room while I was inside! This was a clear violation of my privacy and safety. When I reported the incident, the management dismissed it lightly, claiming they were "just trying to swap the keycard to the correct one." Such a response is entirely inadequate and fails to acknowledge the seriousness of the breach. I felt my privacy was blatantly violated, and the management's follow-up—merely a few apologetic text messages—was insufficient and unprofessional. This experience has left me with no confidence in their ability to ensure the security and well-being of their guests. As a result, I will never patronize any properties operated by JBcity Home again, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution. Guest privacy and safety should be a top priority, and their negligence in this regard is unacceptable.

Lim (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing Listing is advertised as a whole apartment with various rooms shown in picture but we only got a 2 bedder studio apartment which can only accommodate 3 adults. When approached owner to check, they mentioned able to fit 4 pax the pictures in the listing is misleading as the unit was a dual key unit and this booking only allowed asses to one part of the dual key apartment. .

Jia (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay with Poor Cleanliness and Unhelpful Staff - Good location I stayed at this guesthouse on June 2nd. When I checked in, I found that they hadn't cleaned it. After informing the staff, they apologized and offered us a late check-out as compensation, even though we told them this compensation was not applicable for us since our flight was at 12 PM. However, when we returned to the guesthouse two hours later to rest, we were told the room still wasn't cleaned. It took several calls to get through to them, and even then, the call quality was poor, so we hung up. When we finally got back to the room, it wasn't clean at all. The trash from the previous guests hadn't been taken out, and I even suspected that the bed linens and towels hadn't been changed, so I didn't dare to use them. The bathroom was full of trash, and there was a lot of hair on the room floor. Even more outrageous, there was still water left in the cups from the previous guests. I really didn't feel like complaining to them anymore because it seemed they weren't proactive in solving the problem; they just kept apologizing and offering a late check-out whenever we complained. I am extremely disappointed and will never stay at this guesthouse again.

Bedsheets on the single bed were stained and blanket was pathetically thin. not suitable for air conditioned room usage at all. On the queen bed, strands of hair were still there and smells like someone's perfume. Indicated that the bedcover was not replaced after the previous guest checked out. Respond from the team was very slow. Toilet were wet when we check in. Overall not satisfied.

The information given was wrongly provided and we had to access in/out of the suite to collect keycard to access. 3. When we get the key to the right room, the auto keypad cannot be accessed. We have to text the team for their help. 4. The room given since like last minute set up and no extra toilet paper, no side table or tv console and the wifi setup box/ cable place on floor. 5. Room not suitable for 3 pax/ adults. The single bed does not have a proper blanket. 6. Spend too much time change room.
