• Kamalpreet (8/5): Less touristy - Looks newly renovated, great bathroom. Comfortable bed. Fantastic air conditioning Far out from town, a bit hard to get back at night. But this is also what I liked about the location, felt away from the touristy stuff
• Ali (9/5): Superb - Self check-in was really helpful for us. The room and bathroom are clean and in great condition. There are some nice coffee shops and stores in the neighborhood. Some necessary kitchen stuff was not available, but overall it was acceptable.
• Paola (6/5): Pleasant - Super comfy bed and great location near metro and private car park. The shower tray was completely blocked, so I could only have a very short shower to avoid overflow. The coffee machine didn’t work (I’m familiar with them, I tried to work out what the issue was, with no success). When I messaged the property they thanked me for letting them know about the issues I encountered, but there was no hint of an apology. I hope they provided to rectify the issues for the next customers.
• Sam (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is absolutely beautiful, everything is new and extremely clean. Metro line C is a 2 minute walk away, as are many bus lines. Matteo was a wonderful host, always there to answer any questions. When I asked him a week before our trip if he had an iron, he apologized and said that there wasn't one in the apartment. However, when we arrived, there was a small iron in the apartment, which was enough to take some great photos of Rome with your ironed clothes. All recommendations from me.

• Adrian (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very clean, spacious as in the photos. Supermarket near, metro station near with a very important mention: Note that the metro L3 has a modified schedule until.end of June and the last train for Mirti is at 20:30 from San Giovanni and the last train for San Giovanni is at 21:00. After that there is a bus MC3, but happens to be very busy. The fact that we had just one toilet papar sealed and the rest of the rolls were used. The fact that the hotel slippers are not provided. The fact that the kettle was with scale deposits. The same thing was in the water container from the coffee machine. Also, a cut chopper will be very useful to be in the kitchen.
• Anna (10/5): We felt very comfortable and would definitely return again! - The apartment is designed as if for personal use, not just for rent – everything is well thought out for convenience. There’s a hairdryer, coffee machine, bidet, dishwasher, and it made our stay very comfortable. 1. The boiler and radiators don’t work simultaneously for long. You either need to turn on the boiler every hour or choose hot water only without heating, which was a little bit inconvenient. There are air conditioners for heating, but we specifically needed the radiators. 2. The neighbours in the separate apartment on the right (not the ones sharing the kitchen) were noisy, and it was quite noticeable in our room with the Trevi name.

• Júlia (9/5): Superb - The apartment was nice and modern, very well equipped. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, there are restaurants and shops nearby. Metro station is only a few minutes walk which is very convenient. Communication with Matteo was effective, he always replied quickly and was helpful. One useful thing to note which is not in connection with the apartment is the fact that the city is preparing for the 2025 jubilee, so the whole city is full of construction works. Therefore if you travel to Rome for the attractions, it might not be the best time to do so. Other then this, we would definitely recommend Domus Mariani :)
• Inés (10/5): Great apartment! - The apartment is new, the furniture is pretty and the bed was really comfortable. It’s really a great place to stay for a few days in Rome. The metro is really close, you’ll have to count 1h to get to the city center at certain hours.
• Dina (10/5): Exceptional - We had a really pleasant stay here! Room had everything we needed, shared kitchen was convenient - there is a fridge and coffee machine, so that we were able to enjoy morning coffee and a cold drink after a long walk in the evening. Room itself was perfect as well - bed is very comfy and I especially enjoyed pillows. Bathroom has a nice shower and everyone is extremely clean! They also have daily cleaning service in the morning, so common areas are also spotless all the time. Location was good - metro stop is very close and also several buses can be used as alternative. And there are a lot of good places to eat around this apartment. One of the best gelatos we tried during a week in Rome was from a place around a corner here. Host was very quick in communication and friendly.

The room and toilet were extremely clean. Thelocation was amazing, 3 minute walk to the metro with which you get to the most important places in Rome

Peter was great, we had a lot of space, furniture, bathroom.. everything was like in a booking photos. 😍 Nearby you can get true Italian experience, mornings in lokal bakery with croissant and cappuccino, the best gellato we tried in Rome is also nearby…Metro station mirti is near, only thing that you need is to transfer to metro A..if you want to go to the city center, so who dont like to spend a time in a transportation …🙄 But it s a like 30 minutes… All in all… for Domus Mariani all recommendations!! ❤️❤️

Got only 1 roll of toilet paper as a couple for 4 days/3 nights, when the cleaning staff came they only made the bed but did not refill the toilet papers, we had to use tissues, next door neightbours are really noisy, we heard children screaming after 11 in the night and the parents loudly talking early in the morning, could not get that much sleep by this

• Edward (10/5): Cute, reasonably-priced apartment in Eastern Rome. I would stay there again. - I was looking for a basic B&B in the area of eastern Rome, near where my niece lives. This location was perfect for that, only a few blocks from there. The location is one block from a metro station, making it easy to get from Domo Mariani to almost anywhere in Rome. There are three bedrooms, individually lockable, around a common kitchen and living room area. The apartment is on the second floor but there is an elevator to get you there. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities in the neighborhood. Nothing really. This was a lower cost option to other available hotels and B&B, but the apartment exceeded my expectations for that amount of money.
