• Ming Wei (1/5): - 沒有 非常糟糕的房源 1. 樓梯非常骯髒且窄小，而且事前沒有告知，導致我們的嬰兒車完全無法搬上樓 （有事先告知屋主我們會帶幼兒） 2. 房間很髒，一進房椅子上就有前房客留下的指甲，枕頭、拖鞋水漬明顯 3. 廁所明顯霉味，抽風設備積滿灰塵 4. 桌上水痕明顯 5. 到處都是灰塵，連衣架上都是灰塵 我們只住了一天就沒辦法住下去，小孩身上起疹子，住宿房不同意全額退款 住宿提供的解決方式是建議我們嬰兒車可以停一樓，他們會告知其他房客，請我們不用擔心被偷（但樓梯間很髒）。如果我們嫌髒就請我們自己搬上二樓 住宿體驗非常差！！ 強力不推薦各位來這邊住

• Marion (10/5): - We had an excellent stay at this apartment. It was comfortable for a family (3 adults, 2 kids) and equipped well (great washing machine/dryer in particular, an oven, a toaster). The beds were comfortable (4 double beds 140cm). We found several nice local shops in the neighbourhood (look for the dorayaki place close to Otsuka Station) and we liked the convenient access to the Yamanote line to explore Tokyo.
• Patrick (5/5): L'appartement, situé dans un quartir agréable et ppratique, pourrait être mieux amanagé - Emplacement parfait dans le quartier résidentiel d'Otsuka. De nombreux commerces à proximité, ainsi que 2 ligne de métro, dont la yamanote. Très pratique. Le propriétaire ou gestionnaire est très réactif s'il y a des demandes. L'appartement est proposé pour 8 personnes, nous étions seulement 4 et je ne sais pas comment 8 personnes peuvent y résider. Il n'y a aucun meuble pour ranger des vêtements, tout doit rester dans les valises. J'ai du bouger les canapé car j'avais fait tomber quelque chose, et la poussière est partout dessous les meubles ! L'appartement nécessite un ménage général. Les propriétaires ont choisi de mettre 4 lits pour 2 personnes pour louer pour 8, mais cela est trop, sauf si vous aimez être entassés. Tous les meubles sont collés au mur, et il est difficile d'ouvrir les rideaux. L'immeuble est très bruyant, au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un bar ouvert tard le soir, où les gens dansent. Les deux derniers jours une famille dans l'appartement au-dessus de nous était très bruyante, avec des enfants qui courraient partout très tôt le matin. Je suis allée leur dire.
• MIM- (7/5): Вы будете ходить по неудобной лестнице и жить с мусором - Тихий спокойный район, рядом с двумя станциями метро/JR. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, кроме места для хранения вещей. Состояние внутри хорошее. Кухня полностью оборудована. Кровати 1.5 спальные, две из которых в отдельной спальне и две за перегородкой в гостиной-кухне. Для 4х взрослых комфортно, для большего количества тесновато (нас было 4 взрослых и 2 взрослых детей) Мы останавливались на 5 ночей, за все это время уборки не было, мусор забрали только после долгой переписки с уточнением количества накопленных пакетов. Самим выбросить мусор некуда. Самая большая проблема жилья - это лестница. Апартаменты на втором этаже, на который ведёт очень узкая и очень крутая лестница.. Стены на лестнице требуют обновления и выглядят неопрятно. Впечатление, что это запасной пожарный выход - попадать во внутрь жилья не комфортно. .
• Susi (9/5): Excellent facilities in a great area, spacious comfortable and great instructions and friendly support! Loved it! - Very spacious for our family of four, with separate bedroom for children. Huge couch and generous table meant a highly comfortable stay for everyone. The washer dryer was so convenient, all appliances were handy and the instructions sent were excellent. Great prompt responses, Can’t recommend enough! This is a second floor property so you will need to be able to get large luggage upstairs yourself.
