• André (10/5): Bom custo benefício - Fica ao lado da estação de metro da linha A. Tem vários comércios em volta, inclusive um MC Donalds que fecha às 2h O que poderia melhorar um pouco é a limpeza, por conta da quantidade de poeira que tinha em baixo da cama e atrás dos móveis e o papel de parede e o chão da área do chuveiro estavam encardidos dando aspecto de sujo.

• Magdalena (10/5): Miejsce,do którego chciałoby się wrócić, bardzo polecam - Spędziłyśmy z córką super 3 dni w Rzymie. Apartament Jovialis mogę polecić z całego serca. Dużo jeżdżę i wynajmuję apartamenty na Booking, a ten był jeden z lepszych. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który był pomocny i bardzo miły, udzielił wielu dobrych rad, apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony, było nam bardzo wygodnie. Otoczenie też super, sklepy, restauracje blisko, stacja metra zaraz przy budynku. Dodatkowym plusem były dwa smart tv i dwa klimatyzatory, w lecie niezbędne. Fajny balkon. W prezencie czekało na mnie wino a dla córki słodycze. Będę chciała tu wrócić 🙂 Wszystko było ok

• Fotios (8/5): Value for money, έχει τα πάντα, θα ξαναέμενα - Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς 20 μέτρα από το μετρό, οπότε μεσα σε 10-15 λεπτά φτάνετε στο κέντρο! Η περιοχή μπορεί να μην έχει κάτι τρομερό να δείτε αλλά είναι πάρα πολύ καλή και ήσυχη. Υπάρχουν φαγάδικα πολύ κοντά καθώς και μεγάλο σουπερ μάρκετ για να ψωνίσετε τα πάντα. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο (καφετιέρα, σίδερο κλπ) μπορείτε να μαγειρέψετε ή να φτιάξετε πρωινό και να καθίστε στο μπαλκονι να φάτε! Μέσα το σπίτι είναι λιγο στριμωχτά αλλά έχει ότι χρειαστείτε. Τέλος παρατήρησα ότι έχει 2 air condition οπότε το κατάλυμα προτείνεται και για το καλοκαίρι που εχει αρκετή ζέστη. Το μόνο που θα ήθελα έξτρα είναι ένας ολόσωμος καθρέφτης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πάνω σε κεντρική λεωφόρο οπότε όσοι είστε περίεργοι με τους θορύβους μπορεί να έχετε ένα μικρό θέμα παρόλο που έχει διπλά τζάμια. Επίσης οι τοίχοι είναι λεπτοί οπότε υπάρχει περίπτωση να ακούτε τους δίπλα κανα βράδυ μέχρι αργά. Ο μέσος άνθρωπος δε θα έχει θέμα, θα κοιμηθεί άνετα. Πρόβλημα θα έχουν οι πολύ περίεργοι με τους θορύβους όπως εγώ!

• Myriam Bocklandt (10/5): Aangenaam appartement op toegankelijke ligging - Goede communicatie vooraf, waardoor de aankomst vlot verliep. De early check-in was een superleuke extra en alles was prima verzorgd in het appartement. De ligging vlak aan de metro is uiteraard heel erg handig om richting het stadscentrum te gaan. Aanrader! Eigenlijk niks. Ons verblijf was prima.

• Gatti (10/5): - La ubicación, cercana al metro. Las comodidades del departamento, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para una estadía, completísimo. Nada.
• Simon (9/5): Comfortable stay in a great location, on the Metro A line - Perfect location, directly above Metro stop line A. Supermarkets, shopping centre, bars and restaurants right outside. The hosts provided lots of practical information and local recommendations, and were very helpful, and easily contactable via Whatsapp at any time. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Some mould in the shower, prevented us giving a perfect 10 score, however overall the property is excellent.
• Maryse (9/5): Charmant appartement - Charmant appartement très confortable et très bien isolé, pour 2 personnes. Très bien agencé et décoré, avec un balcon/véranda faisant office de 2ème salon. Très bonne literie. Très bon accueil de Flavio et sa femme qui ont été très attentionnés à notre égard. Tardivement dans la soirée (23h), ils nous ont contactés pour vérifier si tout allait bien. Ils nous ont communiqué d'excellentes adresses de restaurant. Très bon emplacement : métro A en pied d'immeuble, divers commerces, restaurants. Il manquait une cafetière Sinon tout était parfait !
• F. (10/5): Prima appartement op een prima locatie. - Prettige locatie, niet te ver van Termini maar toch even weg van alle toeristische drukte. Prima ruimte om te verblijven; van alle gemakken voorzien. Een koffieapparaat zou wel prettig zijn geweest.

Foi o melhor local que me hospedei durant - De todos os detalhes, organização, funcionamento de tudo, utensílios de cozinha, não faltou absolutamente nada, me senti em casa. Quando chegamos tinha um vinho a nossa espera. Comercio e metro só atravessar a rua. Eu so tenho a agradecer . Obrigada !!! Eu e meu marido amamos tudo! Estava tudo perfeito!!!!
• Marina (8/5): Overall it was a good place to stay - Great location right above the metro station, out of tourist crowds. Big balcony is the great bonus to rest after long day walking around Rome. Very comfortable mattress. Nice bottle of wine on arrival. The owners are very responsive and caring! Thank you so much Taps in the kitchen and bathroom need to be taken care of. Old sponge in the kitchen for dishes not really pleasant thing to have.
• GARY (10/5): 10star accommodation.Would recommend to everyone - The flat was very modern and had everything we needed. Also the Metro is right next to the flat so easy access to everything in Rome. Flávio was excellent and provided us with all the info needed and was very flexible to help us with check-in and checkout. Nothing it was perfect. Maybe a couple more ice trays.
• Nurdan (10/5): Everything u need - The host was really welcoming. He helped us with our questions. When we told him we where traveling with our car he helped us finding a cheap way to park our car. We could park at a garage for 6 euros a day. Thats a really good price for us. The house is clean, everything works well. We stayed here for a whole week. The location is good. Metro just around the corner. Since we are Turkish we love to have breakfast. We went shopping at local shops and buy cheeses and food to try different flavours in the morning. Since the house has a lovely balcony we could enjoy our breakfast. The only thing that we had issues with was the electronic key code. We sometimes had to repeat the key before the door opened. We will be choosing the same place if we return to Rome again.
• Patricia (10/5): Lovely stay, would come back - Flavio was a great host- he made sure the apartment was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. He also left us a lot of leaflets on things to do in Rome and came up with recommendations of food places. The apartment is located a 2 minute walk from the Furio Camillo metro station so it's very easy to get into central Rome. It's also close to Roma Tuscolana train station for day trips.

• Wakabayashi (10/5): Great location, equipped home appliances and kind host - The location is great. It is convenient to go to the airport, Termini station and the center of the city. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars near the apartment. The inside of the apartment was perfect. It was clean and the design was so cool. The kitchen, microwave and washing/drying machine saved us a lot. The host gave us every instruction and responded to us quickly and kindly. This is not a bad point but the attention for the future guests.The check in time needs to be agreed with the host beforehand because it usually needs check-in in person.

• Mateusz (10/5): Perfect apartment to explore the city! - Rome was absolutely fantastic and this apartment was a big part of our good experience. It is located very well, 1min away from metro station. Metro took us to all major attractions (10mins to di Trevi, 20 mins to the Vatican) and the train runs every three minutes. Area was safe and very quiet at night. Supermarket, pastry shop, coffee shop, nice restaurants could all be found in the neighborhood. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, from bathroom accessories to basic cooking ingredients. Big plus was a nice terrace where we ate breakfasts in the morning. The Host is very helpful and attentive, he greeted us with a bottle of fine wine and sent me a lot of helpful tips on commute, nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall I can recommend this place to anyone who visits Rome! None

• Darklordsith (10/5): A relaxing city break in Rome! - The apartment is very nice and cozy, absolutely clean, and has a great balcony where you can relax in the evenings! The metro is right around the corner of the building, which is a huge plus! We had a great experience with the host, he was communicative and gave us some suggestions for dinner nearby! The bedroom is great and the bathroom also. The owner is very nice and he gave us plenty of recommendations with the places around the apartment. • Kirchner (9/5): Comfortable, value for monet apartment - A well equipped and comfortable apartment only meters away from the Metro A line which makes it very easy to get anywhere by train. The area is out of the tourist rush which adds to the experience. The host was always available on line, very communicative and helpful. The shower suffers from the same affliction of showers the world over: It can't decide whether it wants to be hot or cold with the result that it changes between hot and lukewarm while showering. Yet even so, it is a comfortable and value for money apartment

• Anna (9/5): Superb - The apartment is really close to the metro station (1 min) on line with all the tourist attractions. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarket near the apartment. The apartment is well equipped with a great kitchen where you can easily cook a dinner for youself if you want to. Our host was really nice, providing all the info regarding the apartment before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again! The apartment's walls were a bit thin so we could hear the neighbours in the evening.
• Stefanie (8/5): Pros/cons: Great location, fantastic terrace, nice owners. No removable shower head. - Private appartment used for rental. Really great terrace (lots of sunlight, completely protected from the weather, but glass windows can also be opened any time). Great environment (lots of really good placed to eat and super markets very, very close, true Roman way of living in Rome, helpful tips/suggestions from the owners, who are very available and friendly, Metro station super-close). Wallpaper in the shower and no removable shower head (I hope the owners will change that in near the future), which means your hair gets wet automatically whenever you want to take a shower and you can not direct the water jet. Entrance to the appartment with pin number (no key), which might not feel safe for everybody (it also means you necessarily need to have access to the internet prior to the arrival to the appartment, in order to receive the pin number). Prior to leaving the appartment you are expected to throw away the garbage, so you need to figure out where to go to do so outside of the apparment. Since that's nothing you want to think about when leaving the appartment with your luggage I suggest to include that in the service in the future.

Gentle hosts that keep providing advice and suggestions. Yummy food in the neighbourhood. We are a bit meticulous as far as cleanliness is concerned and we were happy it had a washing machine in case we needed to clean the bed sheets.

The air conditioners worked fine and washing machine also worked fine. Opening and closing the apartment was super easy, through an app. The owner will walk you though it all with ease. Location is great too, 30 seconds walk to a metro station which gets you to the attractions in 10-15 minutes. Could not fault the hosts, great communication throughout. 100% recommend this place, very good value for money
• Tara (10/5): Perfect spot for Rome - This is a perfect spot to get to the main sights in Rome. You are literally right around the corner from the metro that will get you to just about anything within walking distance, or a quick bus. The balcony/terrace is so lovely and i really enjoyed my morning coffee there every day. The hosts are very kind and communicative and there for any help you might need, they even gave us a welcome bottle of wine! The couch folds out into a bed if you need it and the bed and couch bed are both very comfortable! There's a kitchenette as well if you want to do any cooking in. Overall, it was a great spot that i definitely recommend and would easily book again! The only thing i could suggest is a corner shelf for the shower to hold things like soap and shampoo, everything else was perfect!

• Ieva (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a good location - The apartment was clean and very beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped - it had everything we needed to prepare dinner at home. There was air-conditioning which was very pleasant during the hot days. The location is especially great because the apartment is located right next to a metro station, and metro is the fastest and most efficient means of public transport in Rome. Also there are many grocery shops and cafes nearby. Finally, the owners of the apartment were very friendly and helpful. They met us at check-in and explained everything, as well as gave us some tips on nearby shops and restaurants.
