Imagen every time u want to use it, u have to lay down to get them. After informing the hotel, they said they can't do anything. I have back pain. Am looking for my money back.

• jill (10/5): Fabulous, great location, beautiful room and roof terrace. - Location, 10mins walk down the river into Florence, or less if you take the roads behind towards the Duomo. Its clean. modern, stylish, new decor with an enormous and very comfortable bed with excellent quality linens and towels. We loved our roof terrace in Apt 9 - we could have coffee there in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. This apt also had multiple rooms which felt spacious as we were there for 3 nights, so ideal for longer stays. Only downside was the temperature as we visited in Oct and Italian law dictates the heating could not yet be put on. They kindly gave us an extra quilt which was sufficient but wish we had done our research and brought some warmer lounge clothes in which to sit inside. Maybe providing a blanket on the coach, or towelling robes would have made it more comfortable. They change the very lovely towels every day to prevent you having damp towels ( as towel warmer also not on), which helped but if you shower more than once a day- which we tend to, may still be a problem.
• Karen (8/5): Good location, very helpful staff. - The location is excellent for walking to the main Florentine attractions and the hotel has its own parking (though it did add to the cost). The room was actually a suite (unexpected) and was very spacious. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. There were roadworks going on right under our window, which made it harder to sleep. Annoying, but not a deal breaker.

• Andrew (7/5): - The hotel is sort of on the "outskirts" of the city, but Florence is small so the main attractions are within walking distance. Alex was very helpful Parking was difficult... only 4 spots in the "lot". Spartan furnishings in some rooms.

Toute la chambre était rénovée à l’exception des fenêtres (vitrage simple) dont celle sur la rue ne fermait pas, avant d’être fermée par le staff. Mauvaise isolation phonique. Pas compatible avec 4 étoiles!

But what makes this hotel special are definitely the people work there. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs or just to make you feel comfortable! Купили более дорогой номер но на улице прям под окнами идет сейчас ремонт дорого и начали долбить асфальт в 7-50 утра, поэтому не смогли выспаться и пришлось менять номер на более маленький без вида.... хотя бы было тихо

• Carolina (10/5): The room and accommodation beyond expectation! - The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful, the accommodations were really good and included snacks and drinks. Small parking area but it was sufficient for our needs. Overall we were very satisfied. There was construction outside on the street and we had a hard time finding the way into the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault and out of their control. Just that may had been helpful to know or better signage during construction.

Location was very good and pretty close by walk to all the attractions in Florence. No problem with parking, I had a reserved spot in internal hotel parking (20 euro / night). My room was pretty dark with very small window.

• Sophie (9/5): - It was a really nice and spacious apartment, we liked it but I have to admit we didn't realise it was about 20-30 minutes walk from the city center with not much nearby. That is why the price is competitive for such a huge apartment. Other than that, we liked the apartment and the service staff were very friendly.

AC, coffee machine, fridge, hot iron, etc. Parking for small extra fee possible. All good. We would book again. No complaint at all — just for your information: We booked the cheaper room, which did have a window, but essentially no view. We kept the blinds closed, which made the room feel a bit dark, but that was perfectly fine since we were out exploring all day anyway.

The staff were very helpful, especially Alex who was very friendly and gave us a few places to eat. Everything was very clean and organised! Excellent location about 10 mins walk from the monuments! • Niko (8/5): Kurzer Stadttrip in einem ruhigen Hotel - Super Standort um Florenz zu erkunden. Parkmöglichkeiten neben dem Hotel und auch direkt beim Hotel(20 euro/Tag). Trotz Zentrum sehr ruhige Zimmer. Personal war sehe hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Preis Leistung war gut. Obwohl das Zimmer sehr neu sein muss, hat man es nicht gut gebaut. Leisten am Rand halten teilweise nicht. Wc neben dem Waschbecken, Dusche ohne Shampoo Halterung, Dichtungen bei der Dusche nicht dicht. Die Matratze leider sehr hart.

The layout in the bathroom was strange and you had to go over the toilet to get to the shower. It is a bot far off the town center, relative to the price paid.

• Khawla (8/5): good but needs improvement - the place is newly furnished its very beautiful and location is good. staff are friendly. the noises on the streets were very clear in the room couldn’t sleep well the whole stay. the shower room (in the family suite) has clear door which was weird honestly since its 1 shower and 2 rooms. the living room is very small and is more like a kitchen/wardrobe not to sit and chill.
