Les clefs sont à récupérer au restaurant La casona de pollo qui se trouve sur place. Parking privé et sécurisé. Pas de PDJ. Le restaurant n'est ouvert que le soir.

• Mitchell (8/5): Minor issues with check in/out but the place was comfortable and convenient for dinner and the airport, and worth th - Very close to the airport. Attached to a restaurant that had great food, and it was karaoke night when we visited. Check in instructions were a little unclear since we needed to go into the restaurant to find someone to help us. Check out instructions didn’t give the location of the lock box to leave the key so we had to search for it. Upon leaving, the gate button on the key fob did not open the gate so we were stuck until another guest left.

• Edwin (10/5): Excellent Stay! - Very safe, cozy and clean. Kitchen, washing machine and large refrigerator. Parking is secured. Restaurant next door has a great selection of dishes! It’s air conditioned, but just in one room, the primary bedroom. The other guests had fans but it was still warm.

• Julia (9/5): Ideal. - La ubicación es excelente para estar cerca del aeropuerto. El departamento es super amplio, bien equipado, cómodo. Ideal para pasar la noche tranquilo y más si venís de bastantes horas de vuelo o escalas. Tenes el restaurant al lado donde podes comer y tomar cosas ricas. Super recomendable.

• Catherine (7/5): Convenient location for airport - Very close to the airport (although traffic is terrible at rush hour) with safe parking. Everything you need for a quick stay before or after a flight. The attached bar restaurant is mediocre and only has beer (no other drinks). They had pretty bad karaoke when we were there. It might have been funny if we hadn’t had a horrible experience beforehand with the car hire company.

• Paula Monge (5/5): - El guardia fue muy amable y nos ayudó con las llaves que no estaban donde deberían y nos mostró donde estaba el apartamento. El apartamento esta bien equipado con lo necesario. Me indicaron que las llaves estaban en una caja donde colocaba un codigo y ahi estarian, pero cuando puse el codigo no había nada. Hable con el guarda y el me ayudo. Había cucarachas muertas en el baño y debajo de la cama.
• Liliana (9/5): Excelente opción para los viajeros - La ubicación fué excelente, super cerca del aeropuerto, además de que nos ofrecieron el servicio para dejarnos, nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano y la persona fué super puntual y amable. Es un departamento de 2 habitaciones con suficiente espacio para nuestro grupo. Además está a lado de un restaurante en el que cenamos riquisimo Todo excelente, solamente el detalle de la ventilación y el calor que se encerraba un poco.

The apartment was clean, secure, quiet, and very close to the airport, which was super convenient. We ended up needing to stay an extra night, and Claudia kindly made sure everything was sorted for us. Check-in and check-out were smooth and self-service, which made things really easy. We left the apartment just as we found it. Thank you again for a great stay in San José! Only minor feedback would be to check the shower head, but overall, everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

There's a restaurant which is very helpful after a long trip, the food is good and the waiter was very friendly with us. The room was very clean, the bed confortable. There is a closed parking which was amazing to park the car we rented in front of the room. I recommend 100%. the only thing I would tell would be the checkout. As nobody was there and there were 2 doors to open in the parking lot with they keys, we couldn't let the keys inside the room otherwise we wouldn't be able to open them and no one was in the parking. Hopefully a clean lady was there and was very helpful !

• Annelise (4/5): Disappointing - We were downgraded without compensation. As we were two couples travelling together, I had ordered two rooms and instead we were put in a smaller flat with one bedroom.

• Claudio (3/5): Would not recommend - It was available, extra pillows… that’s about it It is described as near the airport, but it is actually it’s 6km by car, so the car rental shuttle did not work. Uber cost was US$12 each way to the airport. The owners asked payment in cash, c29,000 or US$58, and they did not want to give me a receipt. The attendant said that if I wanted an official receipt they would have to add a 13% tax. After insisting they gave me a hand-written note (have photo). Note that the charge is not the $56.50 (inc. taxes) advertised. The bed sheets were folded as “short sheets” like a college prank. The walls or window glass are so thin that we could hear people talking and walking outside. A dog barked somewhere in the neighborhood for hours, I wondered if it was the same dog the other reviewer reported. The problem is not the dog, it’s the thin walls. Bathroom: the sink had no hot water, and the shower had only lukewarm trickle, coming out of an electric device. Kitchenette: well stocked but the microwave was dirty.

Great communication from the moment the booking was made and helpful in booking an early morning airport transfer. Would recommend. Not the most comfortable mattress on my bed but ok for a single night stay.
• Olivia (9/5): Greats east spot by the airpor, and great food - We felt super safe with the double gates. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property is hard to find putting in the name Of the hotel, but once you put the restaurant in it’s much easier. Would recommend if you need a place by the airport. The bed was a little short, we are pretty tall so our feet were hanging off a bit.
