Guest Reviews
- Micaela (10/5): Exceptional - It’s cozy, excellent location, super respectful and helpful owners. Absolutely great experience. We’ll be back! 💛
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Great place. Clean. Close to attractions. Awesome place.
- Ayisha (3/5): Not a great deal - The location was nice, host was super accommodating and was very responsive with messages and flexible with checkin/checkout time. Plenty of towels and all linens were clean. It was on the 3rd floor, very small then how it looks in the pictures. The sofa bed area didnt had middle curtain, the chair had a broken leg, some plates/cups were broken and AC unit was leaking. Also the AC unit is very small and has to on the whole time to keep it cold, overall the apartment needs upgrade and deep cleaning. Corners and windows had dust and overall not great for the price we paid for. Would rather stay in a hotel than this.
- Abhishek (1/5): Bad - Doesn’t have elevator and Ac not working properly
- Tessa (9/5): This was a convenient location in the heart of NYC. Comfortable accomodations. - Perfect location and great communication from the host. Bathtub needs updated.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Norman (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ecem (5/5): Passable - Great location very clean The host was very rude ! There was a problem with electricity and he told me dont plug out anything from anywhere rude way ! Also I got electric shock and he want me to do it again ! My friends did but it wasn’t safe at all
- Michael (9/5): Would recommend to anyone to rent this property. Love it. - The property was really close to Times Square. No complaints about it
- Henricks (6/5): Overall with our circumstances that pushed us to have to book in the city this place was good and accessible and I felt - We liked the location to Times Square and other things that were of interest to our family. The bathroom. It needs to be payed some attention to not just bandaid (drywall tape not finished off) on the walls and painted over tile
- Isabel (10/5): Exceptional - It is a pleasant place, located in a good area. Location
- Heidi (9/5): Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, as advertised 2 bedroom apartment that meets all basic needs - Great location - convenient to subway, theatres and many of the typical tourist attractions, but just enough off the main path that it was quiet at night. Felt secure - two keyed doors to get into the main building and then a code to get into the apartment. Minor things that would move my 9 ratings to a 10 - no hair dryer available despite listing indicating hair dryer, no kitchen hand towels, deposit required before check-in.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Regan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meneguzzi (1/5): Great idea and advertising, however, substandard accommodation does not do well for a business name. - The location. We are very disappointed in the huge difference to what is advertised and to what we found.
As well as the broken closet and missing curtain/ rod, in the living room, which also should be used as another bedroom. The sofa bed should be discarded and replaced.
It was so dirty that we did not want to event sit on it without putting a sheet over it.
Once we tried to pull it out, not only the dirt inside it, no normal person would be able to sleep on, springs sticking out, and the mattress so thin every metal bar comes through.
It was so bad that we had to pull the cushions off and camp on the floor.
The bathroom was so dirty (apper to be mold) that we have not attempted to shower; maybe you need to talk to whoever cleans for you.
If it wasn't for the fact that we have children and a senior citizen with us, we would not have stayed once we saw the conditions. Would not recommend.
- Johan (7/5): Location great when visitng Time Square - Location Coach a bit old-removable cover will do the trick.
No elevator so a bit tricky when travelling with family(luggage)
- Devon (8/5): Phenomenal Location- budget friendly- clean and comfortable space- no bells and whistles. - Location was phenomenal. Space was great- having the extra space heaters was really nice because it was cold in December. The exposed brick walls were beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Budget was great for a 2 bedroom apartment right in the HEART of Times Square. Didn't use the kitchen but it was a nice space if you needed to cook in. Couch wasn't that comfortable and is well loved, but host did offer and leave a blow up mattress if we needed. We stayed with 5 adults (3 parents and 3 adult kids) and weren't together the entire time in NYC. Having only one key to get into the building was difficult. Getting buzzed into the building was hard with our host having a bad wifi connection, it worked eventually but we did have to spend time waiting in the cold while we waited for him to get service.
- Fredy (10/5): Wonderful stay will definitely be back!!! - Location was wonderful and the apartment was well taken care of. Only had one key, an extra key would have been nice.
- Nancy (9/5): Superb -
- Nurit (6/5): Basic Apartment in Great Location - The location is wonderful. The apartment is clean and good hot water available. Communication was a little slow and we were not able to bring forward the time for checking in or get a second key. One of the chairs in the living room is impossibly uncomfortable to sit in. Very expensive for a very basic apartment.
- Nancy (2/5): Convenient but not a pleasant place to stay - Close to theater district Very low quality of accommodation. About the level of a 2-star hotel.
- Noubia (8/5): Good one - We appreciated the host responsiveness, and the location, it was very convenient. We will rent it again. Thank you. Bathroom was not very clean. However overall, the place was clean.
- Quiñones (8/5): Very good -
- Ron (7/5): Good - Very central location with convenient subway access. AC is one of the two bedrooms. Good shower water pressure. Responsive host. Apartment was relatively quiet. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared well equipped. The apartment was more run down than it appeared in the photos; not dirty but it appeared neglected. The walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, the couch was torn and one blanket had a section cut out of it, on one set of drapes the curtain rod was coming off the wall. The common area (halls and stairwell) smelled and had trash in them during one day of our stay, which is the fault of the landlord and not the host, but detracted from the experience. The toilet paper in the bathroom was 1 ply.
- Ana (2/5): Very poor - location was ok the place was not the sofa bed was an old skeleton, in really bad condition, unable to use it. no air condition extremely hot, the two windows unit did not work appropriately, and the owner needed to update the appartment.
- Abraham (9/5): Cute, clean, convenient location, and safe. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect; we walked to our destination or jumped on the subway, which is on the same block. We felt very safe in the apartment and on the surrounding streets. Hot shower with nice water pressure. All the amenities we needed were provided.
Communication with host was pleasant. One of the bedrooms does not have an AC unit, therefore it didn’t cool down as much as the other one.
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - It is 2 blocks away from time square. Pay for Paking garge.
