• Μαρία (10/5): - Όλα ήταν μια χαρά!! Η διαμονή πολύ καλή! Το σπίτι καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο. Δυστυχώς το μπάνιο ανέδυε μια πόλη έντονη μυρωδιά και χρειαζόταν να κλείνουμε την πόρτα για να μην μυρίζει όλο το σπίτι. Μπορεί όμως αυτό να ήταν παροδικό.

• 8260571f15a570cf8fc73d475dda2823 (10/5): Comfortable and clean - The location was great to get to all the must do things in Athens! The bed was comfortable which we appreciated after over 24 hours of flying. It was perfect size for two people, clean, and quiet. The host was great with communication as well. If we stay in Athens again I would book this! The blue cleaning solution in the toilet didn’t smell the best. Easy fix we just shut the bathroom door!

The tram is around 2 minutes away on foot, it is easy to get around in the city. The host is super nice, we had a little power problem in the apartment, she immediately reacted, and solved the problem very very quickly. I cannot recommend this place enough, thank you for the hospitality!:)

• Anastasia (5/5): - Κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία Υπόγειο παλιό διαμέρισμα γεμάτο γάτες απ έξω οι οποίες ούρλιαζαν , καμία ηχομόνωση παλιά ξύλινα παράθυρα τα οποία χτύπαγαν από τον αέρα ,στο μπάνιο ένα παράθυρο το οποίο δεν έκλεινε με αποτελέσμα να μπαίνει πολύ Κρύο ,κλιματιστικά τουλάχιστον 20ετων τα οποία δεν έβγαζαν ζέστη … το στρώμα κακό βούλιαζε υπερβολικά… από καθαρότητα ήταν οκ αν εξαιρέσεις ότι στην παγοθήκη μαζί τον πάγο είχε και τρίχα από μαλλιά, το πολύ παλιό ψυγείο δεν δούλευε ,μόνο η κατάψυξη …οι οικοδεσπότες θα μπορούσαν και καλύτερα στην συννενόηση !
• Nataliia (8/5): Wszystko było super dla krótkiego pobytu. - Blisko do linii tramwajowej, ale cicho i spokojnie. KOTY i jedzenie dla kotów w szafce. Brakowało nam jeszcze jednego krzesła, bo było nas 3 osoby. Przydała by się nakrywka na garnek, no i trochę większy garnek. Jednorazowe szampony też by się przydały.

• Katsiaryna (9/5): - The neighborhood is lovely, clean and quiet. There is very convenient tram not far away, that goes to the beach and to the center. The host was very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to communicate.

• Danyil (8/5): Decent long vacation - The apartment is pretty spacious with a big wardrobe, so even if you have two suitcases per person you will still have empty space. There is a bath, which in my opinion is much better than a shower. There is hot water, and even with some difficulties with the heater (which works temporary so you are responsible for it being enabled) it is a great plus. There was an electric oven, which was not included anywhere (if I am not mistaken) and was very helpful. Also, a lot of stuff left from previous tenants - baking paper, tape, spices etc. There is likely no to little household items you will need to buy to live there comfortably. There is a TV box, and you are granted access to Netflix, so you can watch pretty much everything you want. You are given some towels which was helpful for me as I forgot mine. By the looks they were clean. There is enough dishware to eat and cook, however I would ask to add a pot, as using a small saucepan was not convenient. Also a bigger knife would be a nice addition. Proactive host, she's very friendly and is answering very quickly, she was helpful. Cockroaches. First days were fine, until we saw a huge (4-5 cm) cockroach in the bathroom. They appeared during our stay, only in the bathroom one by one and I caught 3 of them. The spray given by the host (with other cleaning liquids) was not helpful and I had to rely on empty boxes to catch those. She later bought a stronger spray, but we didn't use it as it would most probably bring them all outside running erratically which would ruin our vacation. So we just left it as it is. The location of their nest probably is under the sink. The host said that they did cockroach control before, but in this case they seem to get there through the vent which is asked to be open at all times. We closed it and opened the bathroom doors instead to let the steam and moist out, so mold doesn't appear (this is the reason the vent was open in the first place I guess). There is a hole in the vent net, so it should be fixed. If you are a very clean and tidy person like me, you will wash all the dishes, with cupboards, utensils. It is clean, but not that clean. Cleaning liquids are provided so you are good on that side. The bed mattress has yellow stains all over it so we had to use our own bedding on top of the original one there. The one they had looked clean but the mattress needs replacing/cleaning in my opinion. There are two AC's in the apartment, however the one in bedroom is the only one working. On the second day, after 15 minutes of it working it started leaking on the floor. I had similar issues at home, so I just put a basin under it, so the water goes there. But then it started leaking on the bed backside which on impact sprayed the whole bed, and I had to come up with a hole in the bottle attached there so it doesn't splash that much. 1/3 of the bed was unusable when the AC was working. Nothing was mentioned by the host after I asked about it.

• Mirkovic (10/5): 💙✨️🤍 - We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. 💙🤍 The hospitality was truly outstanding, and the location is perfect — in a quiet neighborhood, well connected to the center of Athens and close to the sea. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the presence of many friendly stray cats resting in the streets. Watching them was a joy, and during the hot summer days, we occasionally left out small bowls of water and food, which they truly appreciated.🙏🐈🐈‍⬛ All in all, we were extremely satisfied with the apartment, the warm hospitality, and the area. Highly recommended!👌🇬🇷

• Anusch (8/5): Comfortable and near the city center - Location is excellent, just a 20 minute tram trip to the city center. The apartment is spacious. The host was really kind. It was really clean. For the price, I think it was good. We would book again. The apartment is big enough to have a good equipped kitchen, but it hasn't. There is only one stove. It wasn't comfortable to cook for a couple of days. It could have a microwave and more stoves and cooking utensils. The apartment is pretty dark. The mattress is not very comfortable, you can feel the springs.

The kitchen had a portable hot plate and kettle, so you can cook for yourself. The host was helpful and friendly. Overall it was a very nice apartment in a great location.
