- Rixa (7/5): Unklare Buchungsdarstellung, mangelnde Unterstützung, keine faire Lösung trotz sofortiger Reklamatio - Das Ferienhaus selbst war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch entsprach die Einrichtung eher einfachem Standard; einige Esszimmerstühle mussten von uns während des Aufenthalts nachgebessert werden. Zudem fiel eine erhöhte Anzahl an Silberfischchen im Haus auf. Besonders negativ in Erinnerung bleibt jedoch der Umgang im Zusammenhang mit der Buchung. Nachdem ich unmittelbar nach der vermeintlichen Buchung auf ein Missverständnis hingewiesen und um Rücknahme gebeten hatte, wurde keinerlei Entgegenkommen gezeigt. Stattdessen wurde trotz sofortiger Mitteilung auf der vollständigen Stornogebühr bestanden. Die Kommunikation empfand ich dabei als wenig kundenorientiert und teilweise unfreundlich. Bedauerlicherweise bestand auch seitens der Unterkunft keine Bereitschaft, zu einer fairen und pragmatischen Lösung beizutragen. Insgesamt hinterlässt dies trotz grundsätzlich akzeptabler Unterkunft einen enttäuschenden Gesamteindruck.
