• Keiji (1/5): 詐欺です。 - 鍵が所定の場所になかったため、部屋に入れなかった。急遽別のホテルを探すはめになった。宿泊費の返金を要求します。 入館方法を問合せしても入室方法しか連絡をくれず、電話にも出なかった。マンションの住人に会えて、入館は何とか出来たが、鍵が案内通りに置かれておらず、詐欺としか思えなかった。このような悪質な業者を紹介され、強い怒りを覚えます。二度と御社のサービスは受けたくないです。騙し取られた宿泊費はどうしていただけるのでしょうか。

• Jessica (9/5): Great location in the heart of Shinjuku - PROS: My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights in November and we really enjoyed its central location in Shinjuku - walking distance to subway lines & the Shinjuku Station, lots of cool restaurants & places to see such as the Godzilla head & hidden temples. Our hotel/pad was clean & has a small functional kitchen space with the basics: small sink, small refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle & basic dish wares. I liked that there was a full length mirror & free wifi. CONS: It’s like a tiny home, very compact & the bathroom feels like a bathroom for RVs. But for the price, I think the space is typical for Tokyo! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here!

• Diana (8/5): Spacious room - Being Tokyo, the room is pretty big. It has an entrance area where shoes must be kept, a small "kitchen" with sink, fridge, microwave, electric stove, kettle, bowls, etc. Also enough space near the bed to keep your suitcases open. It's a great location, with so many restaurants, drug stores, convenience stores, etc. Even though it is Shinjuku, the building is calm and quiet. The host is really kind and will always respond your messages, making sure you have no doubts about your stay. The bathroom smells like plumbing, and the spring mattress is quite noisy. The Wi-fi was not very stable.

• Maciej (5/5): For a short stay it's ok. - Apartment 301 is good for a short stay. Good localization. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bath, a hairdryer, a fridge, a kitchenette, towels and cosmetics. The advantage is the balcony. Fungus on the shower curtain. No washlet. Poor ventilation in the bathroom. A squeaky bed that feels like it will fall apart while you sleep. The lack of a table makes it difficult to eat and work at the computer. The apartment was gloomy, even on a sunny day it was dark inside.

• János (10/5): Exceptional - It is located in the heart if Kabukicho,you will find a 7/11 in a literal 2 minutes walking close (Great for ATM withdrawals ),many bars,clubs and so on available by foot in 5 minutes. Great location. The accomodation has everything you need for a short term stay,it was clean and the check in is super easy. Highly recommended!

Upsetting experience &at phone.The Host didn't reason for friendly Solution. - Nothing, perhaps that it was situated at an maybe quite attractive area/but then the circumstances for a good living atmosphere also have to be ok. For me it's as important or more, i rather travel from a nice -& friendly home to go to the City. Everything about the apartment. There was a smell of smoke, i'm allergic so i could not stay in the apartment at all, i left the place. It was dirty, not fresh, _ it was nothing like the. Picture: no kitchen, no bathroom as in the pictures,much much smaller space, the Balcony was not pleasant and was as well dirty. A Bad Smell was in the whole apartment, no Welcoming feeling, solky cloth for the Bed, etc, .. On top i called the host who said i lied when we told about the smell of smoke, i had a whitness (that accompanied me) and the host was rude and even with a threatening attitude.I asked for an agreement as i was to leave the Building, which he, the Host refused at all levels. I said i councelled out of special reason and the host refused to put a settlement so he will demand the whole sum./The experience was very depressing and sad. Finally I have to pay for this miserable situation - which made me think that the standards is not up to Booking .com./ I' m truly Sorry for this experience and wish there had been a chance for a friendly way for a solution or an agreement. • Tertia (6/5): Shinjuku is great location, and this room may be o.k. if only staying 1-2 nights. - Great location! Bath products (shampoo, etc) were very nice. Pocket wifi worked great! No blockout blind, noisy neighbours late at night, smelly kitchen drain (had to block it with waterfilled plastic bag), ineffective aircon, lack cleanness, very dusty under bed (only noticed when checking for any forgotten items before leaving)

• Juan (8/5): Almost perfect! - Almost everything was perfect! Nice location, good AC, clean room, access to public transport is very proximal, laundry is superb! Getting the key to the room because we had a problem getting intouch with the owner, it took us around 30 mins to get the lock box code. But the owner said that he already sent us the info about the keys ahead of time but we never got one. Luckily the lady from the reception was so very helpful and very very kind and helped us until we got the code. Also the pocketwifi works poorly inside the building, but outdoors, it works fine.
