• Nikolett (9/5): Great value for money in a good location - It is in a great location, in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The apartment was in a better condition than I expected. We found it very clean and check in was easy. Just be aware, hence the great busy location - it can be noisy at night. The roof window by the bed should have a blind, there is no way of blocking the light coming in in the morning.

• Maria (5/5): It was ok for the night because the location is great, but I wouldn't come back. - Location was great, but you will hear the street noises. The apartment wasn't very clean: sticky floors, some dust nests, one of the towels was stained. There was a rustling sound coming from the kitchen, sounded a lot like mice. I know it's an old building and there's a charm to that, but this could really have been better.

Just on the river’s edge of Trastavere, so easy to get out to explore… but also easily able to explore the streets of Trastavere itself. Although the apartment decor has been updated from the pictures, it was perfect. Hubby actually preferred the calmer look! N/A

• Collet (7/5): - L'emplacement était parfait: quartier cosy près du pont piéton vers le centre. Mais quartier très bruyant aussi. Difficultés pour allumer le chauffage: chaudière reliée à une prise éteinte , électricité complexe (bcp d'interrupteurs qui ne fonctionnent pas) Porte de douche cassée, évacuation lavabo qui coule,... Ce logement était-il aux normes?
• Castro (3/5): Não recomendo - A localização O apartamento precisa de uma renovação total . Ouve-se tudo do alojamento ao lado e também da rua . Acordámos várias vezes durante a noite. O autoclismo não funciona bem. Não existem produtos para cozinhar , não havia nem um chá de boas vindas . Alguma loiça guardada estava suja . O colchão do lado direito vai abaixo e a limpeza não era a melhor . Ficamos 5 noites e tivemos de pedir à senhora da limpeza para nos trocar as toalhas pois não é feito automaticamente. Só existe AC à beira da cama , os outros não funcionam (pelo menos não conseguimos). A tv não tinha sinal , os botões do exaustor estavam a cair e houve 1 dia que a casa de banho cheirava a esgoto . E nem um pano para limpar a banca ou limpar a loiça.

• Karin (9/5): Geräumige Unterkunft in super Lage für agile Menschen - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kann die Innenstadt zu Fuss erkunden und es gibt viele Gastbetriebe mit exzellentem Essen in der Umgebung. Das Bett ist gemütlich. In dieser Unterkunft hat man viel Platz. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war zu meinem Daten sehr fair. Die Vermieter sind megafreundlich und hilfsbereit, auch schnell im Antworten auf WhatsApp. Die Treppe zur Unterkunft im 3 Stock ist steil, man muss den Koffer hinauf tragen, und auch zum Bett führt eine Treppe. Das ist der Grund, warum ich nicht mit 10 bewertet habe.

• Hardik (8/5): Great place to stay due to location proximity, neat apartment and kind and helpful host - The best part about this property was the location. It was in the Trastevere area and perfect to walk to all the major locations. Also, despite it being no so big it had everything that we needed for our 3 nights stay in Rome. The only thing that i dint like was my apartment was on second floor and i had to carry my bags. But that was the problem only while checkin and checkout.

• June (3/5): Misleading Listing: Only Wi-Fi and Location Match the Description - the location was near most attractions. wifi works very well. Our stay was quite disappointing due to several issues that significantly impacted our experience. No Breakfast and Inadequate Amenities: no breakfast was provided which was fine to eat nearby Cafe. Additionally, basic supplies, such as bathroom essentials, were not available for 11 days until we demanded to provide suppliers, still leaving us unprepared for our stay. Inaccessible Entry and Layout Issues: Carrying our luggage to the apartment was a struggle since taxis couldn’t drop us off at the front door. We had to drag our bags up to the top floor, navigating narrow hallways and small stairs with tight turns. Broken Sofa Bed: For the first three days of our 11-day stay, we were forced to sleep on a small bed meant for children because the sofa bed was broken. It wasn’t replaced until I demanded a new one from the owner. Heating Problems: The heating system was insufficient. It wasn’t until I located a second heating source for the loft bed that the space became somewhat tolerable. Safety and Comfort Concerns: The layout posed safety risks. Guests taller than 5'4" could easily hit their heads on the low ceilings and beams while walking down the narrow stairs. Trash Services: No trash services were provided for the entire 11 days, which was unacceptable. Although others left their trash on the street, I refrained from doing so. Noise Disturbance: The street parties, complete with singing and yelling, went on until 3 AM most nights, making it difficult to rest. Poor Shower Conditions: The shower was incredibly small, and the showerhead needed replacement. Anyone over 150 lbs would find it nearly impossible to move around without knocking things over. Lack of Cleaning Services: There were no cleaning or linen-changing services throughout our stay, which felt unhygienic and unpleasant. My son got sick. Despite contacting Booking.
• Thornley (6/5): Pleasant - The heating worked. There were fresh towels upon arrival. Bed was made. There were no dish cloths for washing up. No t- towels either and no washing up liquid. We only had two rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. We could have liked a new set of towels halfway through our visit. The couch hurt our backs after sitting for half an hour, and it was not ideal for watching TV from. There was only one channel with English. Later, we discovered another that only had crime programmes on. It would have been helpful if we could have seen the owner for a few minutes of our stay so we could orientate ourselves better around Rome and ask where we could best go shopping. Even just for us all to say Happy Christmas to each other.

The surfaces are worn out. It feels as if you are in a house that has had thousands of people run through it with little to no maintenance

• Julia (10/5): Absolutely would stay here again! - The location is unbeatable! Right above all the bars and restaurants. Even with many people in the streets below, the room is quiet to sleep. Also very easy to walk to main attractions in the city. It was warm, spacious, the bed was very comfortable and shower had excellent water pressure. Host is very responsive and helpful for anything you need. Nothing! Everything was perfectly set up and accounted for.

Owner/agency obviously do not care to invest some money and time in upgrading the apartment.

• Lorrie (10/5): Ideal location in Trastevere to explore Rome - Wonderful location in the heart of Trastevere, steps away from dining and practical conveniences (laundry, pharmacy, etc). Easy walk to other areas of interest including Pantheon, Vatican, etc. Easy check-in process and communication; host was accommodating allowing us to leave our bags after checkout. Enough space to spread out, with the bed in an upstairs loft (with skylight that could be opened for ventilation). Although we did not use the kitchen, it was fully equipped for people who prefer to cook. Although it was on a lively street, we weren't bothered by street noise.

• Tracy (9/5): This is a magical place for a couple or a small family to stay for a week. - This apartment is in a perfect location in the center of Trastevere activity. There is a fabulous restaurant with incredible wine across the alley/street. The dining options are numerous and it is a fun and upbeat area. I would have liked to know that there were 4 flights of stairs to get into the apartment and another set of stairs to get to the bed. As lovely as it was, we were unprepared for the trek and it would be difficult for someone older.
