• jan (7/5): Charming and clean. The staff was very helpful. Not convenient to get into the apartment. - Very charming and clean. Unbelievable view of the city and ocean. Very confusing with gate keys, elevator coins and doors. Be prepared for several obstacles to go through before entering the apartment on the 6th floor. It was a lot to remember and we weren’t prepared for that before coming. Might have stayed elsewhere. Also there was an issue with the hot water.

• Lea (10/5): Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen - Die Lage war perfekt, die Aussicht war ein Hammer. Sowohl aus dem Zimmer aus als auch auf der Terrasse wo das Frühstück serviert wurde. Mein Mann hat lediglich Schinken und Eier beim Frühstück vermisst, aber wenn man in Betracht zieht, dass es sich um ein italienischer Frühstück handelte (nicht kontinental), war es völlig ok.

Denn die verderblicjen Produkte wurden jeden Tag wieder aufgetischt..Joghurt war angelaufen, Wassermelone war schon schlecht. Das Personal war aber sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Location is very quiet and yet central While it didn't bother my stay, I think cleaning could have improved. There was a tuft of hair from the previous guest in my shower thay stayed during my entire stay.

• Antonio (10/5): Naples best kept secret - Perfect location, breathtaking view, super comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and amenities. Great breakfast, super friendly staff. Has a secret elevator that leads into the heart of Chiaia, and most main attractions including the Santa Chiara Monastery and the Galleria d’Italia are only a 15 minute walk away. Many great restaurants 5-10 minute walk away.

The location was central and safe. Breakfast was served in the terrace, although there were not salty options, the food was tipically italian, very fresh and tasty.

Breakfast in the morning sun on the terrazza, even in December, is a fine way to start the day. The spacious, elegant common room and its views set this place apart. The private, coin operated elevator made accessing Chiaia easy and also eliminated the steep climb otherwise required. That climb up from Piazza Popolo, however, is worth the effort at least once. The challenge of the keys, codes and coins. It took us a full stressful day to get it all straight. Nevertheless, the staff was very helpful in addressing our difficulties. Once resolved, it was a breeze.

The room had an additional balcony with a view over the bay of Naples. Staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The breakfast was Italian style (lots of sweets) with homemade cakes, croissants, yoghurt & fruit. It will be our first choice when we travel to Naples again.

Apartment is poorly soundproofed (you hear all the other guests in their rooms and/or the hallway). Bed was too hard for our taste.

• David (10/5): WOW! Beautiful apartment with absolutely gorgeous views! - Upon initial arrival to our departure our stay was perfect! Communication with Marina was perfect. She met us when we arrived and gave us a full tour of the apartment. There are 4 separate apartments that share common rooms. Breakfast on the outside patio was wonderful. Our room was just amazing with a small balcony with a great view of the city and a larger patio with a great view of the sea! Having the elevator available to be able to get down to the areas to explore was perfect! Definitely would stay here again! Absolutely nothing!

• Brown (9/5): This hotel is quintessentially Italian and is located in the beautiful ornate building - Marina was most helpful during our stay, recommending restaurants through the interactive app Which was very useful. Plus this app offers loads more stuff about the local area. This hotel is in a private location with great access to ports and subway stations. The hotel offers 4 rooms on the same floor and breakfast is prepared by Miss Rita who is also very helpful. Miss Rita makes sure that the guest facilities in the kitchen are replenished frequently and kitchen is kept clean. Breakfast is offered indoors and on the large external terrace weather permitting.

• Lorraine (10/5): Wonderful stay in 4 bed apartment with lovely Views - Unique apartment that we would have loved to stay longer. If we were to come back to Naples we would have to stay here again. The rooms are large and airy with extra large patio windows that let you enjoy the views from your bed. Wonderful shower with powerful water pressure. The filling breakfast was served by Rita with a smile on the large terrace ...Rita deserves an extra mention she is kind and goes the extra mile to help you enjoy the time at the apartment (google translate helped me as I don't speak Italian, but it made me try and I enjoyed the interaction). Marina the host was available by WhatsApp and stayed in touch and gave us information from how to access the apt and how to get from the Airport. The building has two entrances one has a quirky lift that cost 20cents and brings you to a small tunnel and onto the main street. Unique experience and I wish them well with their new business. X Everything was perfect

• Matthias (10/5): Big recommendation - Stayed a total of 3 nights in that beautiful house/apartment with a spectacular view over Napoli. Landlord was super friendly and no issue at all with the check-in! Had a huge balcony. Maybe Breakfast could have been bigger, typical Italian. However a nice Cafe within short walking distances. So all good!
