She / he is totally not helpful. Refused to provide any help and advice. Her company only would take our luggage till 3pm, also with location far away. Because of her, it totally ruins the impression and feelings of our stay, not just the apartment, but the whole trip including GoldCoast. Very poor attitude.

Christine (8/5): Very good - Vicinity to Convention Centre, tram and shops. Spacious, good air conditioners and comfortable stay once we got in. Clean, light apartment. Easy to keep clean. Good kitchen and bathrooms. Couldn't get in through main door. Said a ground floor apartment but there were 2 flights of steps that we needed to use from the carpark.. which was our only access. Stairs also as our exit to footpath from front door. Light not working in second bedroom. No hair conditioner on the bathrooms. Luckily we are able bodied but our friend would not have managed the stairs had she decided to book with us. Bin 1 was impossible to find in carpark and lower doors wedged open with fire extinguishes makes it feel quite insecure to be honest. Bin 1 was put out by someone but we looked everywhere and couldn't locate it. These aren't huge concerns and we did enjoy our week there.
