• Carrie (8/5): Great location with all of the facilities you need. - Stayed here as a couple and our 2 adult children and found the flat to have plenty space for us. Great location, really helpful contactable host with simple check in and out process. Facilities were perfect for being able to cook - microwave, hob, pans, fridge etc. We really appreciated the addition of the 2 fans during the heat! Our flat was up a few flights of stairs which was fine for us. The damages deposit that was held pending during our stay, was released back after a few days. Overall great stay that had everything we needed. It is quite noisy at night and some members of the family were woke up with the noise but I had earplugs and slept fine. Just take some earplugs if you wake up easily.

• Kevin Stephan (7/5): Sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage - Check-in / Zugangsdaten lief einwandfrei, Wohnung ist entsprechend groß genug gewesen für drei Erwachsene, Bad war für London auch relativ groß, hatten wir schon wesentlich kleinere. Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. U-Bahn Station Nagel ist ca. 5min zu Fuss, Kings Cross ca. 15min. Der Teppich im Wohn/Schlafraum hat schon seine beste Zeit hinter sich. In der Küche waren keine Geschirrtücher. Im Bad hätten wir eine Badematte für die Dusche schön gefunden und eine Ablage im Bad wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen.

Le sofa convertible : a notre arrivé il était mal déplié. Après plusieurs essais impossible de le déplier correctement malgré les instructions de la plateforme. Nous avons dû poser le matelas a même le sol pour pouvoir dormir. Plus présence de mythes dans l appartement.

The team who manage the flat were really responsive, checking in beforehand, helping me when I couldn't get access, and responding to queries afterwards. It was great value for money. The traffic noise is loud at night, bring ear plugs! It was surface level clean but could do with a deep clean.

• KM (5/5): Have stayed in better. - Close location to the attractions we had booked Was clean & tidy Separate bathroom & kitchen The small sofa bed was hard & a gap in the middle where it folded flat therefore it uncomfortable & hard to sleep in despite having 2 mattress protectors, which were soiled from previous usage. Noise from flat above despite wearing ear plugs! No black out curtains. No net curtains as the room looked directly out of the street, so the curtains had to be drawn in the morning for privacy The remote control did not work, so we could not turn the tv on. Not all microwave buttons worked. The kitchen tap was wobbly! No hand towel, bath mat or tea towel. £300 retainer which has not been refunded. Getting fobbed off when asking to get a refund for the 2nd night as the 1st night stay was not comfortable.

Kerrossänky huoneessa positiivinen yllätys vuodesohvan sijaan ja meitä mahtui hyvin viisi nukkumaan hyvissä sängyissä. Hyvä, selkeä viestintä. Keittiössä olisi voinut olla tiskirätti ja keittiöpyyhe. Pari leikkuuveistä olisi ollut hyvä lisä, mutta pärjättiin toki ilmankin.
• nieves (10/5): - Un apartamento a 5 minutos de la estación de king cross st pancras (Línea de metro con muchos enlaces ) y todos los servicios. El apartamento estaba perfecto, amplio y moderno. Buena calefacción y si tienes alguna duda enseguida se ponen en contacto contigo para solucionarlo. Busque muchas opciones de apartamentos económicos y no muy lejos del centro y LO ENCONTRE!!!!! Os lo recomiendo!! No me gustó tener que irme. Jajaja
• Bakir (10/5): Wish we could stay longer - Cosy little flat, exceptional value for the money. The location is great, with convenient public transport and full of great pubs and shops. Impeccably clean and with comfortable beds. Swift and efficient communication with landlord (thanks for solving the heating issue, which was our bad, really). No complaints, just one suggestion - list all things the flat has, like the iron and ironing board, the hairdryer with diffuser etc. People will like that.

• Julian (4/5): good location but lack of basic facilities such as effective curtains/blinds - disappointing - good location and personal phone call for check in large single glazed windows onto Pentonville = very noisy but what was unacceptable was there were no curtains. There were roller blinds buut they were far too small for the windows so the street lights meant it was not possible to darken the room. The pop up plug was old and covered in scale so it failed to pop up - its clearly been relreased with a screwdriver previously. I request compensation please

• Benedetta (8/5): Comfortable stay - Ci è piaciuto molto la sistemazione dei letti nella stanza e l’intero appartamento. C’era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Anche la zona è ben collegata con tutte le altre zone di Londra spostandosi facilmente in bus. Soddisfacente anche la pulizia. Unica pecca la mancanza di un tappetino da bagno per la doccia.

• Glenys (6/5): Ok value for money but could be so much better. - The location was good. The extra beds were a pleasant surprise and the beds were comfortable and the linen clean. The door code for the apartment did not work and took 20 minutes by phone to get sorted with the guest services due to poor connection on their side. Staff were helpful though. The floors and carpets were not particularly clean. The whole place felt a bit grubby. The kitchen cutlery was missing- only 1 knife. No tea towels or cloths to wipe up. Ground coffee but no plunger or cafetière. It is also a noisy area so would recommend ear plugs!

• CALZADILLA (9/5): APARTAMENTO CONVENIENTE PARA CONOCER LONDRES - La ubicacion esta muy bien, tambien la conexion con Bus, Metro y Tren y el apartamento tiene un area de cocina separada de la recamara, lo que esta muy bien si vas alli por dias y debes cocinar. Baño separado de la recamara es tambien muy comodo. No tienen cortinas BlackOut y al dormir la habitacion entran demasiada luz de las farolas; ademas, esta en una zona muy bulliciosa, con coches y sirenas toda la noche

Unclean apartment, not worth the money - Becareful, I got an email saying they needed a £300 deposit before check-in and when I set it up they took £600! I reported them to booking.com which did nothing and they called me and said they would refund £300 immediately but its nearly 5 days later and still no refund and we have stayed and checked put! I thought this was extremely bad as its the week before Christmas and they held onto £600 unauthorised amount of my money!!!!! BECAREFUL BOOKING THIS APARTMENT! Black mould in the bathroom on tiles dripping down towards the bath tub! Noisy as upstairs movements are very loud! Smells at the entrance. Trash at the entrance! Heating wasn't working on our first night. No hot water in the morning had to call host! Boiler not working which was why no heating on our first night. Had to keep pumping up boiler to get heating and hot water! Behind the radiators are really disgusting. Apartment is noisy and entrance is filthy and stinks! This Apartments is too expensive for what they offer especially taking an extreme amount of deposit for 2 night stay!

• gonzález luque (8/5): Cómodo, tranquilo y con buena ubicación para pasar un fin de semana en Londres - Tiene muy buena ubicación, con paradas de bus a 2/3 minutos, paradas de metro cercanas y supermercados pequeños alrededor. En cuanto al interior, no pasamos frío en ningún momento, las camas muy cómodas y los anfitriones siempre atentos vía telefónica para cualquier duda. Éramos 5 personas y nos vino un poco pequeño el espacio, pero para nada incómodo.

• David (8/5): Amazing price at short notice - The location was great, and the facilities were amazing. Having a separate kitchen and bathroom was a real benefit having just left another booking that fell completely below expectations. It was great that this apartment was available at very short notice at a really good price (the same as the other place that was literally two single beds in a room with no windows). The noise was bad- this is nothing to do with the property itself and more to do with the fact there are a lot of short term lets around it. It’s also on a busy road with a lot of traffic so the traffic noise is quite heavy.

• Jamie (7/5): Great location and nice place but... - Good location, decent size with good facilities. The main bed was comfy I arrived about 9pm. The apartment was very cold. I tried to get the heating on but only one of the radiators worked, so never managed to get the heating to work before checking out the day after. The front windows didn't seem to offer much protection from the cold and the noise. Fortunately I had brought ear plugs with me as there were frequent emergency vehicles passing. The shower head seemed to be in two minds as to what mode it was in and didn't achieve any of them brilliantly

Nedostatecne uklizeno, vsude prach, moje alergie byla v rozpuku. Maly pocet priboru na pocet ubytovanych, byli jsme 4 a meli jsme 2 talire, dva noze a dve čajové lžičky. Dost prolezele postele.

• Matija (1/5): Runned down apartment, which on top of that is not cleaned at all! - Nothing The property didn’t match the photos. Apartment is on the upper floor in one of the houses. To get to it, one has to pass through narrow corridor, which was clogged with boxes with clean bed linen and piles of dirty one, although the check in time has already started, so everything should have been clean by then. The apartment was very dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned at all. Bed linen was dirty and full of hair. Carpet in the bedroom was very dirty and full of stains. There was mold in the bathroom and bathroom shower leaked, so the whole bathroom floor was wet after the first showering. There were no toiletries provided at all, and it says that there are. Faucets were moving and falling off the sink. Definitely false advertisement and misrepresentation.

• Rastislav (8/5): - We had hot water for showering the entire time. The room had clean bedding and towels. The Wi-Fi was fast and didn’t lag. I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and we didn’t miss anything in the bedroom except for the two issues mentioned. I also liked the location — close to the city center and grocery stores. Overall, we were satisfied considering the price. The windows did not isolate sound well. When an ambulance or police car passed by, it was very disturbing, especially when I was sleeping. Earplugs helped me fall asleep. The radiators were not working throughout the stay; there was a dedicated radiator in the room, but it wasn’t enough to heat the whole room. And the last one point is the carpet could really use a deep cleaning.

Varken att visa lokala kanaler eller Netflix, vilket var synd eftersom vi sett fram emot att titta på film på kvällarna med våra tre barn. Vi hade kontakt med personalen via whats app men de kunde inte erbjuda någon hjälp de första två dagarna, tredje dagen var de villiga att skicka någon som skulle titta på tv:n, men vi avböjde eftersom vi hade så lite tid kvar i London och inte ville slösa mer tid på att invänta deras hjälp. Personalen ville också låta ett team gå in under en dag när vi inte var hemma och kolla värmeberedaren. De skrev att det görs en gång i halvåret eller om året, men vi vågade inte låta dem släppa in okända i lägenheten, där vi hade alla värdesaker och kläder etc. Det tog många meddelanden fram och tillbaka innan vi lyckades med vårt ”nej”. All konversation med personalen via whatsapp var störande och tog en massa onödig tid, vilket vi är missnöjda med.

• Graham Bedford (2/5): Room not ready on-time, people let into room while we were out, not very clean. - We eventually gained access to the room. The beds were reasonably comfortable and fresh sheets and towels were provided. We booked check-in from 4PM, however they told us to come back later (when we arrived at 5PM) then reluctantly let us in. We then had to wait an (awkward) 15 minutes while they finished the room. They also had to let a heating engineer into the room in the evening while we were out watching a show. We didn't confirm this to the host they just went ahead and did it via automated locks. This wasn't great at all and we expected our room to be for our exclusive use during our stay. The fittings in the kitchen were loose and the rooms were cleaned to a minimal standard.. (dirt pushed into the corners). Also it's very loud on an evening and for some strange reason the window blinds are about 2 inches smaller than the windows on either side and threadbare. Pretty much hands down the worst place i've stayed in london so far.. I'm just really glad I didn't leave any valuables in the room as they were letting people in while we weren't there.

W pobliżu dużo restauracji. Jest Tesco oraz targ 10 minut drogi od domu. Dobry kontakt z personelem. Depozyt mniejszy niż w ogłoszeniu, zwrócony 3 dni po opuszczeniu apartamentu. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Łóżko podwójne na prawdę duże, bez ogranicznika, nadaje się dla bardzo wysokich osób. TV z Netflixem. Nie zadbano o szczegóły - brakowało wyposażenia kuchennego (na 4 osoby była tylko 1 łyżeczka, 2 noże, brakowało ostrego noża, deski do krojenia, ręcznika kuchennego), garnek z odpadającą rączką, brudna mokra szmatka wrzucona do zamkniętej szafki, niedokręcony kran, niezbyt czyste naczynia w szafce, resztki ciastek po poprzednich gościach zostawione w szafce. Jeśli ktoś nastawia się na samodzielne gotowanie to byłby mocno zawiedziony. W łazience dyspensery do kosmetyków puste chociaż w kuchni w szafce jest baniak z mydłem. Krzesła w salonie są brzydko odrapane, wręcz psują efekt wnętrza. W apartamencie są nieszczelne okna, było dość głośno (chociaż rozumiem, że to z powodu lokalizacji) i nie można było dobrze domknąć okien, bo od razu osadzała się wilgoć. Przez to też było bardzo zimno. Duży plus za to, że był dostępny grzejnik na prąd.

• Laura (6/5): Estancia positiva con excepciones - La ubicación es buena, a unos 10 minutos andando de la Estación King Cross, supermercados, tiene luz exterior con vistas a un parque donde se ve alguna ardilla y en general es un buen alojamiento, el precio es bueno pero con algunas deficiencias subsanables. En cuanto al ruido de ambulancias es normal al ser una calle transitable, el problema es de los decibelios que tienen las ambulancias como la policía, creo que este problema es en todo Londres. Es una lástima que no controlen algunos aspectos importantes como es la limpieza, las camas son confortables pero un desastre en la ropa de las mismas. Los edredones no coinciden con las medidas de las camas, la sabana de la cama grande era pequeña para el tamaño de la cama, incluso daba la sensación de no haber cambiado la sábana y el edredón tirado por encima, la cama individual parecía tronchada y era por el edredón super grande metido bajo el colchón, las literas igual, las medidas de la ropa no coinciden lo que hace incómodo dormir en ellas. La limpieza muy mal, restos entre las camas de otros huéspedes y polvo acumulado en la parte superior de los cabeceros, la moqueta..... Como he dicho es una lástima que no controlen la limpieza porque el apartamento está bien.

• Ivana (8/5): Det var trevligt boende, relativt centralt med bra kopplingar till centrala staden. - Läget var mycket bra och fin lägenhet. Smidigt med incheckning. Det var inte påfyllt med toalettartiklar. Täcken var inte förberedda och vi fick inga påslakan för dem. TVen var inte i funktion.

• tom (3/5): Disappointing, but cheap - It was cheap The floor was dirty, it obviously had not been hoovered. You can hear everything from the apartment above, the road noise is very loud from inside the apartment.

• Harald (1/5): Avoid - It was grim, they didn’t clean the property since the previous people stayed there which is completely unacceptable. The beds had used sheets with hairs and blood stains on the pillows. The bins were full of rubbish. On top of it the bed was small and uncomfortable and the street was very noisy due to traffic. Had a terrible night sleep there but we arrived late so couldn’t seek an alternative. The only positive was the appreciation you gain for your own bed when you get back home.

• Elena (5/5): Buen precio pero con carencias - Zona tranquila, bien conectada con transporte público (metro, tren, autobús cercanos). La limpieza deja mucho que desear, ducha con manchas de humedad, fregadero sucio, en general sucio. Tercer piso sin ascensor. Almacén de limpieza en la puerta del apartamento. Congelador lleno de hielo que no se podía usar.

No estaba limpio había bolsad de basura acumuladas en el rellano al lado de la puerta y telarañas. debajo de las camas sucio y el grifo del baño roto
