• Cynthia (9/5): We had a really good stay! Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Excellent host and good location. - Excellent location. Very central and just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza di Spagna. Perfect base for exploring the city! The only minor issue is that the windows aren’t double-glazed. Also, the bedrooms are separated by a wooden beam and not fully closed at the top, so sound travels easily between rooms.

• Albert (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Great price (saved a lot of money vs. a hotel). Spacious enough for a family of 5. Host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning was easy to manage. Food market (Carrefour express) right across the way makes it easy to stock up on water and food. Close to great cafes and restaurants nearby.

• Lyda (10/5): An exceptionally comfortable and conveniently located apartment in the heart of Rome! - Luca was top notch! He was so accommodating and pleasant whenever we reached out to him. Luca went above and beyond for us. He helped us with our luggage on both ends of our trip, we had a lot of heavy luggage. His nickname is batman, and after staying at his place I know why, he always helped and was minutes away when we called. The apartment was simply amazing! It was very clean and spacious. We did not cook while there but we could have because the kitchen had everything we would need. There was tons of space to tuck away our luggage after we unpacked. The location was the best, central to so much (shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, etc.). Despite it being centrally located it was quiet inside. We had our three kiddos with us and they enjoyed the location and setup of the unit as well! There’s a great little market across the street (super small walking street), so we could stop by and grab water, snacks, etc. very quickly. I highly recommend this apartment, it made our stay in Rome extra special! Honestly, nothing! It was perfect!

• Benjamin (9/5): Great location / good value - Great location Nice bathroom and bedrooms There was a gap between the wall and ceiling in between the bedrooms so you could hear everything happening in the next room. We told the owner who said they would be fixing that. It was a little dark in the kitchen / sofa room. Again, the owner said they would be refurbishing that.
• Dmitrii (10/5): Great place, great location! - The apartment is amazing. It is very big and spacious. There is everything you need, including the dishwashing machine. The beds are very big and comfy, the living room is big enough for a big family. The location is veeery convenient. You can go on foot to visit everything you need. Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, Pantheon... I don't think there is a better location. The host is extremely kind and hospitable. Highly recommend. Everything was just great! There is a conservatory nearby, some people don't want to hear singing, but I loved it.

• Kaye (10/5): Great base in Rome. Lovely host. - Location fantastic! Communication was excellent. Host was fabulous. Getting into the apartment and leaving was very easy with Paola and/or Luca being there in person to help. Luca arranged taxi for us on departure. Coffee machine. Place was simple but comfortable and as presented in pictures. Just something that couples traveling together should be aware of. The 2 bedrooms are back to back with a gap between wall and ceiling. You can hear Everything between rooms.

Check in was flexible and the apartment is in a great location near shops and restaurants, with the metro and the Spanish Steps only a short walk away. Everything was clean and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Rome.

• Juan (9/5): Superb - The appartment is lovely an Luca the hoster is so nice! Everithing was perfect! Very recomendable to stay in Rome for a weekend or even more days! There is only one shower for all the appartment. Maybe it is needed an extra bathroom. But the shower works very well.
• Pj (9/5): Spacious, well equipped and centrally located. - Great location just off the main road with acces to the best of the old city. Bonus was the music school close by where we could hear operatic and musical sounds drifting through the open windows. Aircon throughout was very well received. Entrance seems a little dodgy at first and our room wasn't ready on time. Taxi access is problematic due to the main road being closed during the day, so you have to walk to the taxi pick-up spot nearby.

The lighting especially in the kitchen is a bit dark. But that's a minor thing and that does not affect our enjoyment of the facilities.

FANTASTIC LOCATION close to all main attractions. we were there for a short stay 3 days and just wanted to check out the main attractions and for that it was perfect. showers ,bathroom , kitchen and rooms all perfect. there was nothing we didn’t like.

They met us early to keep our luggage and give us the keys. They were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice, and on a quiet side street just steps away from the main streets, and so much historical beauty.

Right in the center, very convenient for walking or transport links. There is a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, the rooms are spacious, beds - comfortable. There is even a small balcony next to the kitchen if you want to smoke. The host is the best you could ask for - responsive, helpful, polite and a very nice person. Besides everything else, he arranged a taxi to pick us up from the door apartment to the airport at.the fixed price , no extra charges. Great value for money.
