Andreas (10/5): Empfehlenswert! - Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Das Apartment war groß, sehr sauber und die Betten super bequem. Besonders praktisch waren die vier Schlafzimmer – perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt: Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und das WLAN schnell. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nils (3/5): It was bad. - The location was not too far away from Essen city centre and from the Essen Messe. The wi-fi signal was good throughout the whole property. The water from the shower was nice and warm. Not clean at all! Holes in the walls, bugs in the bedding, the floor was sticky and dirty, the place smelled of cigarettes, there was trash underneath the furniture, … There wasn’t a lot of cutlery or plates and most of it that was there was dirty upon arrival. The host only responded to my initial request to share an email for me to share pictures of the damages that were already there before we arrived, and didn’t respond to any of my complaints afterwards. There were no fire alarms. And the front door of the apartment building could not be locked.

I sent to the property manager but i got weird responses from them saying that everything is fine and they don’t want to do anything about it. Nothing.
