• Rozana (8/5): Kindly repair or replace the torn out furniture🙏 - Very helpful and Easy check in. The room was ok. This is my third time staying in Arte it does not disappoint me. Just tiny minor things need maintenance. The rest was good. There some cockroaches in the room. The dining table (not stable)and chair needs to be repaired or replaced.

• Ameenul Faris (8/5): Quite nice - Modern facilities and a comfortable and clean house, there are various equipments that have been provided, it makes it easy for our family to take care of ourselves. The location of the building is far from the food court, the building structure is quite messy and the parking lot is quite narrow.
• ZulPeli (3/5): - Only bed is comfortable Overall, Arte is not a travelers friendly, the arte in/out system is worse, bagi card pass pon satu je. For house particularly, towel not provide at all, alatan dapur semua kotor, cawan kotor, pinggan kotor, alatan dapur semua mcm dah lama tak tergamak nak guna, apa yg provided hanyalah tisu tandas dan plastik sampah yg banyak. Depan pintu masuk letak pulak tanda salib besar-besar, ruang tamu ade frame tanda salib, dalam setiap bilik pon ade utk benda utk Christian sembahyang.Dah satu hal pulak nak kena cover2 benda tu dengan kain. We're muslims, if you want to rent to christian only pls mentioned it clearly in the advertisement. I think this agent that take care for this house is very very bad

• Putri (8/5): I enjoyed staying here. Few misunderstandings but the host is very helpful and calming 😅 Looking forward to come again n - The house is very spacious with the nice view. Got private lift, nice area in the buildings. Easy checked in and checkout process. Host prepared few extra matresses. The aircond is cold tooo! I didnt like the area around the buildings cause its very narrow and crowded. Need to change lift and waited for the lift for quite long time. Small dustbin only 😅 very simple interior, maybe can change to something a bit aesthetic with few more decorations. The toilet door cannot lock from inside.

There are many restaurants around that area that is open till midnight so that was easy. The building was complicated but the host helped in every possible way to make it easier. The facilities were always crowded hence couldn’t enjoy it much.

• Mell (6/5): Pleasant - - prices are reasonable & affordable for family bookings - location easy access to most of the places - nice rooms and accommodation - security is also great - most important, great customer services & friendly that make guests consider to return in the future. some parts need to be upgraded and look into consistent maintenance like - smelly room - noisy neighbours and lift bell sounds (no soundproof wall) - television lagged - some furniture like a chair is a little bit aging and needs to be replaced before it breaks and causes injuries
