Convenient location to restaurants, a 7 Eleven, shopping and attractions. Very secure! Fairly modern. Two A/C units cool very well. Great beach with 2 chairs in the room to carry down. Exceptional views from the balcony. Frequent communication from the owner to ensure all was well. There is a club nearby that catered to the beach crowd with loud music at times. I believe the club appealed to Spring Breakers.
