• Clare (10/5): Perfect. Don’t hesitate to book - This property has everything you need for your stay in Florence.. location, value, comfort. The hosts were on hand via WhatsApp too for anything you need.
• Helmut (9/5): Schönes Apartment mitten in der Altstadt - Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Zu den Uffizien sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso zum Galilei-Museum und zur Ponte vecchio. Die Wohnung hat einen Landhauscharakter. Einzige Challenge sind die 25 steilen Stufen bis zur Wohnungstüre.

• Letteri (9/5): - The property was very comfortable. While on a busy street, it was very quiet. Note that the walk to the apartment from the train is about 20 minutes. That said, it is difficult to find (Google does not direct you correctly to the address) which made us late for our appointed time to meet to obtain the key. It does have a clothes washer but do wish it had a dryer.

• Richard (9/5): Bien - Daniela, nous a remis les clés et nous a donné de très bonnes informations sur les installations et les lieux. Les salles de bain, la salle de bain principale n’avait pas de douche, mais avait un bain tourbillon, passé date, ce n’est plus pratique de nos jours et peu hygiénique. La salle de bain secondaire, la douche vraiment trop petite.
• Chris (9/5): Great location and well equipped apartment. Killer stairs. - Central location was great. Apartment was large and well equipped. Lots of restaurants nearby. 2 minutes walk to the Uffizzi. The stairs are a killer especially if you’re older. Also the butchers shop next door start work early and can be heard some mornings.
• Nyree (9/5): Excellent location and very comfortable! - Location and spacious! Balcony to watch the world go by, spacious lounge and bedrooms. comfortable. Recommend for sure! Easy to walk to everything, even across the river to explore. Second bathroom great to have- note it’s a compact shower. Stairs a little stepper than the Aussie ones but that’s Europe 😆and at times smelly - doesn’t impact the accom tho.

• Annie (10/5): 5 star luxury in a rock star location - Location - 1 minute walk to the Uffizi and the square, walking distance to all the top sites. Surrounded by good restaurants, spoilt for choice for dining. Very comfortable apartment. Excellent beds, beautiful linen, perfect aircon, excellent triple glazing, good shutters, so very quiet and cool. Lovely balcony. We watched a street procession go by 😍. Spacious living room to stretch out and relax. Excellent wifi. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction stove. Easy to do a little cooking. Nice coffee machine with good coffee. Great washing machine in the cubby with a drying rack. Jacuzzi shower and bath for a luxury water massage after a day out. - bliss 🥰 Great communication by our hosts who managed expectations well in advance and met my friend at the property to give the run down and info on check out. Thank you so much. I would give you 11/10 if I could and we would definitely stay again. Minor inconveniences - which we knew about when I booked. No luggage storage on checkout if you are checking out on a Sunday. We went to a local luggage storage place in the square for a few euros. Flight of stairs to get to the apartment a challenge with a heavy suitcase! We managed with teamwork.

• Raquel (8/5): Very good - Location, books, jacuzzi tub, terrace overlooking busy street, airtight windows keeping place quiet! Entry stairway was pretty smelly especially on rainy day, but that may just be part of ancient living quarters.
• Vonnie (9/5): Great apartment in middle of old town - This apartment is in an amazing location in the centre of the tourist area in the old town. It is very spacious and had comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. I just point out though that there is an internal staircase of 20 stairs to get into the apartment. This didnt bother us but it isn't clear from the description. It is one of the few places with a balcony in the neighbourhood and we enjoyed sitting out there watching the world go by. Also, good value for money. Highly recommended Could do with a microwave

• John (9/5): Superb - Superb location, close to most of the key sights (in the southeast corner of the old town). Spacious and warm apartment with good facilities including washing machine (but no dryer or microwave) and great jacuzzi. Given its upmarket location and pricing the attention to detail for guests could be greater eg there are few instructions (eg it took a day to realise that the jacuzzi switch is unmarked on an opposite wall), only one dishwasher tablet and one spare rubbish bag. Host contacting was poor but blamed on the booking, com system. Some noise from floor above but not really from outside. However the stay overall in Firenze was great, a lot due to the apartment's convenience.

• Jeffrey (9/5): I would definitely stay here again. - A little bit of a walk to get from their office to the apartment, but overall it was a great personal experience and introduction. A little noisy in the streets at night. Quieter would have been better, but the overall location was exceptional!
• Manik (9/5): Excellent stay with an efficient team looking after the property. - The location is simply fantastic with restaurant, historic centre , shops etc all within 1 min walk. It is right in the centre of everything. Nothing as such. The sofas just need a new cover to spruce up the pace. The TV should have international news channel etc.

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. 2 nice bedrooms with very good size beds. 2 bathrooms with jacuzzis . 🛁 Good size kitchen with a big table. The decoration of the apartment is magnific.
• Amanda (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment felt like staying in someone's home. Very spacious. Fantastic location. Wonderful watching life go back from the balcony . Very noisy from front street, even though great windows, especially the Friday & Saturday nights. The outside shutters were difficult to use, in need of some repair and shame all the flowers were dead in the window boxes. The main bathroom shower had no screen and the bathroom floor flooded everytime we used it. Be aware the stairs up are very steep!

• Mimma (8/5): Excellent for those keen to be conveniently near Uffizi and other main tourist sights. - Fantastic location to Uffizi ( you can literally see the exit winding ramp from Uffizi from the apartment balcony., very welcome after an entire day spent at Uffizi. Well located, walkable to many other attractions, many food options within minutes, a few doors from the insta famed - All’antico Vinaio Excellent air conditioning in the heat of July. Very good sound proofing windows as it is a busy street Appreciated the excellent contact & access info from property staff, pristinely clean excellent linens and towels comfortable beds, very spacious comfortable furnishings, lovely book collection. Appreciated basic provisions of oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. Sufficient kitchen ware for a short stay. The fact the key has to be found at another location not exactly easy when you have been on long delayed flights, arrive exhausted having to taxi via another location. 6 mins away possibly when you are on foot but who would do that at midnight with luggage in July heat - reality - in a car much longer. Not happy: - that the kettle was faulty and leaked all over the bench, wetting the entire roll of paper towel that was not Replaced - appreciated new replacement kettle provided on the Monday -Found dirty dishes in the dish washer - the jacuzzi (one of the reasons I had rented this place) could not be used as the shower over it leaked from the base all over the bathroom floor, more towels were provided to mop up water but paying full price for accom plumbing problems of this size should not occur and the services offered should all function. If they don’t work fix them before the next paying guest arrives. - cupboards with glassware not reachable unless you are 6 foot tall, no step ladder provided. ( I am 5’ 1) - found the musty smell a bit off putting but that could simply be the age of the building and the wood.
• Christopher (10/5): This stay was a highlight of our trip through Italy. Five stars…would recommend! - The location could not have been better. Ample seating in the family room was excellent. Drying rack available for laundry was much appreciated. An automatic light in the hallway after leaving the apartment or some kind of warning about the steps would have been nice. The first time leaving was almost a disaster. Once you are familiar with the step, it is fine..but in darkness, it is a hazard.

• Ian (10/5): Florence Made Easy - Everything, we were right in the heart of Florence, ( it's a huge heart ). We had all of the major attractions within less than twenty minutes walking distance, including to the train station, which is where many of the outside of Florence tours depart from, ( coaches included ). Bars and restaurants abounded right outside our door. The apartment was 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen, all beautifully decorated. Any concerns we had, ( basically none ) were answered promptly, Diana is a wonderful and knowledgeable hostess. Don't hesitate to book if Florence is in your plans, if it's not, it should be. That we didn't stay longer.

The location is perfect, just a few steps to Uffici, Ponte Vechio, Duomo, nice restaurants and shopping streets. In the heart of Firenze, but when you close the door of balcony … the noise of the street dissapears and you can relax:) The host was very welcoming and helpfull! Thanks for everything!
