• Aniek (7/5): - Very nice location and nice neighbourhood. The room itself was very nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable. It was not mentioned that we had to climb up stairs to get to the place. It was a long climb with all the luggage. Wouldn't recommend if you are in a wheelchair/less mobile or if you have a baby. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. Washing your hair is almost impossible. The bedsheets were not clean and had blood stains on them.

• Maciej (10/5): Just excellent - Everything was great about our stay at Spazio CMM. The location couldn’t have been better, as it was both very central and very quiet which is probably unusual for Naples. The apartment is super convenient with attention to detail and lots of comfort, including the massive bath which takes a while to fill up but rewards guests with great relaxation after a long day of exploring the town. Conctact with Barbara was very smooth and all check-in and check-out procedures were as easy as it gets. Would really love to come back there one day! Niente!

• Nikola (9/5): Perfect stay at one of the best areas in Napoli - We had an amazing stay at the apartment. It was spotless, modern, and recently renovated, with a beautifully designed interior — something Italians truly excel at. The location is excellent, close to everything you might need, including cafés, restaurants, and markets. The area feels very safe, and we were comfortable walking around even late at night. The host was also very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. The only minor issue we experienced was with the water pressure — after 22:00, the shower pressure was lower, and it took a bit longer for the warm water to come through.

• NIKOLAOS (6/5): - Locations was very good. Also the decoration of the room was very nice. Also, the lady who helped me in the check-in/check-out was vary kind. There was no notice in presentation of the room that in order to get to the building you need to go up 36 old stone-paved stairs, quite high and wide. Carrying a luggage of 28 kilos up these stairs was quite difficult and tiring, especially if you have a back pain issue, like me. Also, I send an email to the owner about this matter and about the fact that there were 2 burn-out lamps in the room, but never replied or changed them.

• Natasha (9/5): Beautiful apartment. Lovely location. - A beautiful, recently renovated, modern apartment perfect for the first few nights of our honeymoon. It was out of the hustle and bustle of Naples city centre a little, and close to the beach. Barbara was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. The bath tub was more of a novelty than practical as it took too long to fill up so we could not use it properly. We left the tap on for two hours and it was still not full enough for us to use.

• Iliyana (7/5): It's a shared flat with two rooms but very clean and great location - Great location and very clean flat, we stopped there for two nights on our honeymoon. However, we had a bit of a surprise when all of our stuff was moved from the main flat area to our room without any notice. We thought we were robbed! No communication from host that our stuff had been moved. It's not clear from the booking that this is actually a flat with two rooms and a shared main area. I thought I'd booked the flat with a private bath but we were given the other room, which has no natural light as the window faces the inner courtyard. It was fine for us because we only went back to our room to sleep but it might get claustrophobic for some. Bear in mind that check-out is at 11:00 am sharp, we were late by 7 mins and the cleaning lady arrived then and started cleaning straight away. Also, bear in mind that there are steep steps leading to entrance of the flat and it's a bit hard walking up and down with large suitcases. No communication from host to warn us our stuff has been moved. It really stressed us out.

You should advise that there are significant number of stairs to haul luggage up to the entrance of the property. Had we been advised we would have chosen another property. Fine if you have only small bag but not with a suitcase. No assistance at all from the host. Would also be able to give instructions on where to be dropped in taxi. Other accommodations we had used on this trip had been very helpful in how to access property this one we had no info at all. Disappointed with this property and lack of response from Booking.com customer service.
• R. (10/5): Charming Stay in the Heart of Chiaia. Stylish, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Equipped - The location is amazing, in a really beautiful little street in the center of Chiaia. The decoration is very well thought out, with a lovely mix of modern and antique elements. The bathtub lighting, and overall bathroom design make the space feel like a completely different, relaxing area. The beds are also extremely comfortable. The host made sure we had plenty of recommendations and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Every little detail was considered, and having access to the kitchen, and inside the room to a coffee machine, and a small fridge made the stay especially convenient. I would totally recommend it and would definitely come back! Nothing

The location couldn’t have been better—set in a safe, upscale neighborhood surrounded by high-end shopping, elegant cafes, and excellent restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The accommodation itself felt luxurious, with tasteful decor, a spacious layout, and a very comfortable bed that made for restful, uninterrupted sleep. One standout detail was the daily cleaning service, which kept everything spotless throughout our stay—a lovely touch that added to the overall comfort. Our host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. A highlight was Diego Vitagliano Pizzeria—thanks to the host’s suggestion, we had the best pizza we’ve ever tasted there. Truly unforgettable. There was a kitchen in the apartment, but it wasn’t available for guest use, which was good to know in advance. The bathroom had a large bathtub which took quite a while to fill due to low water pressure, though the shower pressure was perfectly fine. All in all, this was a top-notch stay in a fantastic part of Naples. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a truly local experience

• Lilia (10/5): Comfortable luxury apartment located on the posh side of the city - The room was spacious. It was cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable. It had a safe box. Most of all, it was close to all of the main roads and historical places. In the near future the metro Chiaia will be finished and this station is just 2min away from the accommodation. The hostess organised a taxi for us so we were collected promptly from the airport and brought directly to the apartment. It was very relaxing arrival. She gave me all kind of tips of where to go and eat. By no time, we were enjoying the first day of our trip. Although the building of the apartment has a lift, the building is situated on a little hill with easy short steps but it won’t be very good accesible for someone with mobility issues.

The apartment was located on top of some stairs and it was very quiet, we could even leave the window open at night. The apartment was newly renovated in a beautiful Italian way with lots of taste. A nice detail was the TV that looked like a painting that was changing all the time. The bed is one of the best beds we have ever slept in! Barbara was very attentive. She replied immediately to our WhatsApp messages and gave us excellent food and restaurant tips. We loved Naples and Spazio CMM and hope to come back soon. Having to leave
