• Abbasov (1/5): Абсолютно не рекомендую - Ничего , начиная от отвратительного и хамского поведения представителя / хозяина апартаментов , который заставляет ждать по 20 минут ответа и хамит и угрожает , и игнорирует в моменте заезда , до местоположения самих апартаментов , которые отличаются от того что указано , категорически не рекомендую к проживанию . In tanti anni di viaggi non mi è mai capitato di essere trattata così. - Posizione vicina all'ospedale IEO, arredamento carino Il mio compagno ha prenotato questo appartamento per me, appartamento che ho trovato non pulito dall'ultimo ospite al mio arrivo accompagnato dal comportamento aggressivo e maleducato del responsabile che invece di scusarsi ha scaricato la responsabilità su di me. Preciso che avevo più volte comunicato l'orario del mio arrivo (orario in linea con quanto indicato su Booking) senza mai ricevere risposta. Successivamente mi ha pure minacciata urlando di non far pulire l'appartamento se non avessi riportato subito indietro le chiavi che avevo portato con me all'appuntamento medico allo IEO perché vista la poca affidabilità dimostrata avevo paura di restare fuori la notte se i cancelli automatici esterni avessero smesso di funzionare. Sapevo che comunque la donna delle pulizie poteva entrare con i codici come avevo fatto io. Urlava "subito, subito" mentre mi stavo recando in ospedale e mentre dicevo non posso ho una visita continuava ad urlare "non mi interessa, non le faccio pulire l'appartamento". Ciliegina sulla torta: pur sapendo che ero in città per motivi medici e dopo un comportamento simile hanno comunque cercato di spillarmi la tassa di soggiorno che in questi casi non si deve pagare- e lo sanno. L'appartamento è stato poi pulito ma il comportamento resta inaccettabile.

• Fabio (9/5): Buona posizione posto bello e tranquillo - Struttura moderna e di recente ristrutturazione, molto accogliente e ben arredato con il letto molto comodo Appartamentino molto bello. Per un mio eventuale nuovo soggiorno a Milano lo prenderei sicurante in considerazione Pulizia non al top migliorabile, comunque non male ,il microonde invece sporchissimo …forse chi lo ha usato per ultimo poteva almeno dargli una pulita dopo l’utilizzo
