Tanya (8/5): We had a fab stay; used Melb public transport and were very comfortable. - The position of the property and the host's ready assistance with information was great. Had trouble finding the code for check-in; would have been helpful if it was in bold. The kitchen was well stocked and lounge area very comfortable. Loved the showers. When we arrived the lights in the garage didn't come on which made finding the parking spot very difficult. Passenger needed to get out of the car and use a torch to find it. That said, on check-out the lights were working fine.
Brian (9/5): We had a very enjoyable stay at Hip pad, close to the beach, convenient to travel around, will surely visit again - Location was convenient, property was comfortable We were four and had just one entry key, preferred to have a drop box for the key before departure instead of dropping at the convenience store which was closed and we were getting late for airport, perhaps the 7/11 next door is a better choice for key pick up and drop off

Definitely took the excitement of arriving away.
