- Marcus Evans Conferences (2/5): I will not be returning to this accommodation - There were several basic essentials missing, such as hand wash and even a simple kitchen towel (not even a linen one, let alone paper towels), which was disappointing. Furthermore they send you an instruction to 'wash, dry, and put away all the dishes' otherwise they charge extra cleaning fee. How are you supposed to dry those dishes with no kitchen towel is unclear.
Privacy was also a major issue. There are no curtains in the living room, and since there is an office directly opposite, people can see straight in. During my stay, work was being carried out in the office one evening, which made it very uncomfortable to sit in the living area. Additionally, the office lights remain on all night, making it difficult to relax or watch TV in the evening without feeling exposed.
The heating was also problematic, as it can't be adjusted, its either on full heat, which is too hot or if you adjust it down it switches off
As a result, it was often too hot, and I had to keep switching it on and off, which left me with a sore throat by the next morning.
Another issue was the list of rules sent after booking. It was quite long and, frankly, off-putting. For example, there are charges starting from £100 for losing a key which is completely unreasonable. £500 or even eviction if there is ''a reported noise disturbance.” Reading this after booking left a rather negative impression.
Customer service was particularly poor. I needed to adjust my booking by shortening my stay and reached out for assistance. The response I received was simply: “Cannot, sorry. We offer different policies, some more flexible for this reason.” After asking to speak with a manager, I received no further response. I understand non-refundable policies, but a complete lack of flexibility or willingness to communicate was disappointing.
I’ve never had an accommodation refuse any date changes, even on a non-refundable booking so this was a bit of a shock.

- Janice (6/5): Lovely apartment. Could be great but spoilt by a number of small issues - The lack of information on arrival regarding facilities i.e the WiFi code how to put rubbish out. A kitchen sink plug being readily available in the kitchen and not hidden in the bathroom. Toiletries available as advertised. Better equipped sauce pans. And the fob for the basement garage didn’t work.
- Catherine (10/5): Safe haven and home-from-home while attending High Court - Quiet, proximity to High Court, plenty of shops, restaurants, security, attentive property management, excellent kitchen, airy rooms, electric blanket, ironing equipment, good free WiFi, plenty of hooks, wardrobe space, fridge/freezer. Returned to this flat as it is such a great place. Nothing
- Vanessa (2/5): Repeated intruders - This property was accessed repeatedly by the owner which caused a huge amount of distress for the guest. Things were moved around and the tv was left on. It wasn't a cleaner as they had only arranged one for the end of the stay.
We had to move out of there ASAP as communication and response to this complaint fell flat. Trying to get a refund. Please avoid.
- Gerard (10/5): - Property was spacious and in a very new building. Was well appointed with all the necessary utensils for cooking. My only complaint was that Expedia did not inform me initially the property manager would contact ( phone) me via WhatsApp. Took awhile to check in . Marc, the agaent, was very helpful once we connected on WhatsApp...thanks. Will book this same apartment next time we visit London.
- Catherine (10/5): Well presented apartment with easy access to local amenities and courts. - Exceptionally clean, well presented, secure, comfortable with excellent facilities. Nothing.
