• Hristina (8/5): Great value for money, easy to reach and comfortable - We had a great stay. The room was in the basement level, but I was still nice and very quiet, which is rare for London. Very easy to find with navigation and great self check-in. No hidden additional payments or taxes. The area is great - a quiet Northern neighbourhood. The flat is around 5-6 mins on foot from the West Hampstead(Jubilee line) tube station and there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and stores. We found it very easy to move around. The city centre is about 30 mins by tube and the nearest "bigger" stations with more connecting lines(Baker street, Bond street, Westminster) are about 10 mins by tube. The Jubilee line is 27/4 on Fridays and Saturdays so it was very easy to get back home even after a late night out in the city. The room was more like a small apartment - spacious and well equipped. There are 2 sets of washer/dryer for common use and toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided. I must say that having a dryer in the UK is a lifesaver as with the humidity, nothing really dries :) The little kitchenette had everything needed for a short stay. The bed was comfy with enough pillows (which is also rare to find :) ) The host was communicative and easy to reach by text. I have two suggestions: - install curtains or blinds as even in the basement, it is very light in the morning and we found it a bit bothering if you wanted to sleep longer :) - provide a throw blanket for the sofa as it got quite cold there even with the heating on. Other than that, everything was just fine!

• Karen (9/5): Easy access and clean spacious accommodation - Flat a lot bigger than expected. Had living and bedroom, with sofa bed and wardrobe in living room. Couldn't get TV in bedroom to work. TV in living room was awkward to watch due to position on wall. Took a little while to find the kitchen, as in a cupboard in the corridor.

Would definitely stay here again. Some mould down the wall in the far corner of the lounge. - Great kitchenette facilities but a tea towel or kitchen towel would be useful, as well as a small dustpan/brush or floor swiffer!

• Anika (6/5): Good for 2 people - The location was good, we felt safe in this area and there are quite some shops around. Also there's buses, tube stations etc close by which was very convenient. The price was definitely below London's average, which was good. We'd book again, but a proper 3rd bed and some better cleaning would be lovely. We heard everything from the hallway at night which was a bit annoying. The apartment wasn't very clean. We are a group of 3, we had one "large" bed (which was actually quite small but comfortable) and the 3rd bed is not worthy of being called a bed, it was extremely uncomfortable! We didn't see staff.
• Hana (4/5): Okish - Completely self check in, instructions are well written. The apartment is exactly at the bus stop, which goes to the city center and close to underground and overground, close to abbey road studios - so location is good for the money. But house overall is kind of dirty, right behind the door to the apartment is a washing machine a dryier which is kind of loud so if you are a light sleeper that might be an issue. The tub drain was clogged. There were just two toilet rolls for 4 days and kitchen soap was just for one or two uses, no tea towel. Terace is actually two square meters of the inner block below the pavement level, smells bad. The bed is comfy but 140 Cm wide which is for two normal people kinda small. The whole apartment is below the pavement level, so its quite dark. And also bit wet. When we came there was strong smell of house mistr, but it was too much. There is no space to leave bags after check out and they dont provide any. We could do earlier check in at midday. Over all - if you dont plan to stay there much and dont mind small bed its ok. Otherwise look for something else.
• Cheryl (8/5): Spacious unit with double bed and sleeper couch. - Two bedrooms, very quiet accommodation. Despite being just off the main road, no traffic noise at all. Washer and drier outside the unit an added bonus. Good communication and ease of check in. Close to public transport options (train and bus). Kitchenette is tiny. Toaster and kettle on lower shelf inside the cupboard.
