• Κατερίνα (8/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε μια όμορφη τουριστική γειτονιά που βολεύει όσους έχουν διάθεση να κινηθούν στα βασικά αξιοθέατα της πόλης με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο είναι προσεγμένο και καθαρίζεται τακτικά (εμείς μείναμε τρία βράδια και μετά τη δεύτερη διανυκτέρευση μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες, σεντόνια κλπ). Το πρωινό είναι σε ένα μαγαζί παραδίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο και είναι πολύ ικανοποιητικό. Στην τιμή περιλαμβάνεται μόνο το τσάι οπότε να έχετε υπόψιν ότι ο καφές χρεώνεται έξτρα. Το μοναδικό πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε ήταν ότι τις μέρες που πήγαμε (30/04 - 03/05) ο καιρός δεν ήταν καλός, οι θερμοκρασίες ήταν πρακτικά χειμωνιάτικες, και το κλιματιστικό ήταν αποσυνδεδεμένο. Επικοινωνήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο που υπήρχε αναρτημένο στο δωμάτιο αλλά δεν λάβαμε καμία απάντηση.

• Gorana Mihovilovic (9/5): Udoban smještaj u centru povijene jezgre Istanbula s mogućnošću transfera do/od zračnih luka - Izvrsna lokacija u centru povijesne jezgre Istanbula. Sve znamenitosti dostupne su pješice. Domaćini nude uslugu transfera od/do zračne luke po cijeni od 55,00 eura po smjeru što je praktično ako putujete s velikom prtljagom. Nije nam se svidjelo što je doručak u obližnjem restoranu u sklopu smještaja bio dostupan tek od 8 sati ujutro. To je prekasno ako imate dogovoren raspored aktivnosti. Kada smo zamolili da nam omoguće raniji doručak, ponudili su nam izradu sendviča koje možemo ponijeti sa sobom, međutim ti sendviči nisu opravdali cijenu, a ni kvalitetu doručka koji je inače uključen u cijenu.

• Francisco Jose (5/5): Si vuelvo a Estambul no volvería a este alojamiento. - Solo la ubicación aunque hay miles de hoteles igual o más cerca de las mezquitas. La habitación pequeña era muy incómodo poder moverte, con una ventana de una sola hoja que da un patio donde te ven todos los vecinos adyacentes. Para subir a la última planta dos o tres, escaleras estrechas o muy estrechas y de madera unas personas mayores no suben o como yo con problemas en un pie me costó muchísimo subir. Por último el desayuno turco está bien para probarlo pero para un europeo más bien a las 12.00 del mediodía….quien se come unas aceitunas a las 08.00 de la mañana?
• Natalia (10/5): Great place to stay! - Location is excellent: very close to main attractions but located on a very pleasant quiet street surrounded by two small parks. Many restaurants and stores around. Family Room was not too big but has two separate bedrooms and a sitting area which was perfect for our group. Everything like on photos. We had a great time there! Not much noise isolation between units, but luckily street is relatively quiet, so it was better than we expected.

• Andres (10/5): A nice, clean and well fitted hotel to be a tourist in the old town of Istanbul - Although we were sceptical at the beginning, the hotel definitely met our expectations. First, it was clean and fitted with a kitchen (we were not expecting it), which facilitated our lives with a child in our trip. The staff was very friendly and always open to help us with good recommendations. The location is perfect in the old town and within walking distances from main touristic places such as the mosques (Blue, Sophia, etc), bazaars, and many restaurants. Nothing to say about the hotel but the city, we were not expecting prices to be as high as London prices. So, better to budget a bit more to cover expenses in a nice but expensive city.

• Fatima (6/5): No nos dieron la habitación seleccionada y nos avisaron una vez allí. - La ubicación y la calle muy pintoresca. Desayuno completo en el restaurante frente al hotel. No nos dieron la habitación que habíamos seleccionado porque “habían tenido un problema con ese alojamiento”. Son propietarios de varios en la misma calle y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaba disponible la nuestra pero que nos daban una igual. Eso no es así ya que le elegida tenía dos habitaciones con puerta y baño separado. La que nos dieron estaba el baño dentro de la única habitación por lo que había que pasar por ahí todo el tiempo. Las dos camas individuales extras estaban en el medio del salón.

• Hasan Ahmed (8/5): - Exceptional Stay & Wonderful Experience! We stayed here for about 7 days, and everything about our stay was simply outstanding. The hotel’s ambience, cleanliness, and overall maintenance were all up to the mark. It was peaceful, comfortable, and truly relaxing throughout our stay. We had booked our stay with breakfast included, and the breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant and honestly, that restaurant was outstanding! You rarely find such an amazing combination of service, ambience, and taste. The breakfast they served was beyond words, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Another thing that truly touched our hearts was the kindness of the hotel staff. We had an early morning flight and had to check out around 3.45 a.m., and they generously arranged a breakfast package for us to take along. Such thoughtfulness made a big difference to our experience. The location of the hotel is also excellent everything is just a short walk away. Markets, food places, and heritage attractions are all within easy reach, with great tram and bus connections too. Overall, it was an amazing experience from the hotel stay to the breakfast and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Istanbul and would love to stay here again in the future!

• Susie (7/5): The apartment was very lovely, but disappointing response from staff to issues in the room - The breakfast is in a restaurant just up the street and it is delicious. They also offer you 10% off at that restaurant for lunch and dinner etc. It has a good range of food and is actually very good food compared to most restaurants in Istanbul. The breakfast is huge and is what seems to be a continental breakfast but with a Turkish twist. The apartment itself was gorgeous and very comfortable - the bathroom was nice with a lovely shower. The location is amazing, its just a 10/15 min walk from the blue mosque and the hagia Sofia. The apartment also has a balcony which is really nice and it was very clean too. The TV in our room did not work because it couldn't connect to the wifi. One of the reasons we had chosen the room was for the fact that there was a TV in the bedroom for when we wanted to relax. However, when we raised this issue with the staff via whatsapp (which is on a notice in the room which says 'Please do no hesitate to contact us for anything you need on -their number- WhatsApp available') we got no response, despite knowing the number works because they had previously contacted about the room on this and seeing they were often 'online'. The other TV was also very slow connecting to the wifi, which was also disappointing. The lack of response from the staff tells us they knew about this (it was also sneakily unplugged at the wall behind the TV) but they just didn't want to fix it, which is very poor. The cleaners also came in at very random times in the day and were rude when we asked them to come back another time of the day (this was at 9/10am so we were getting ready).

• Andrea (9/5): - Fast Check-in. Excellent breakfast. Cleaning room service daily. The room was spacious. Was excellent to have privacy in the building, they gave you your own keys so you can come at any time. Check-out at mid-day. Really noisy, there isn't acoustic asolation therefore you can listen the other guests on the stairs or outside the rooms, also the noise from the street late at night, but it's bearable.
• Riccardo (10/5): Comodità e relax - Staff eccezionale ed attento alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Le camere corrispondevano pienamente a quanto descritto in fase di prenotazione. La posizione è davvero fantastica! La struttura si trova proprio a pochi passi dalla Moschea blu e Ayasophia. Questo ci ha consentito di poterci spostare liberamente a piedi. La via in cui si trova l’appartamento é ben illuminata ed è tranquillissima! In zona si possono trovare molti ristoranti. La colazione é stata davvero eccezionale, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo le uova sbattute fatte al momento e la possibilità di poter scegliere tra dolce e salato. Altro aspetto da sottolineare è la vicinanza alle fermate degli shuttle Havaist (da/per l’aeroporto), facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

It's close to the tram station as well, but be aware of the hills (which are everywhere in Istanbul 😂) staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good and served in a restaurant nearby. Hajnali 1 kor is már vártak kinn az ajtó előtt. • Ha előbb szólok, hogy korán reggel indulok, mikor az étterem még nincs nyitva, készítettek volna nekem össze reggelit. • A reggeli pazar volt, tipikus török reggeli, mindenből is egy kevés, de pont elegendő volt hogy kitartson délutánra. [A tea benne van az árban, viszont a kávéért külön kell fizetni]. • Minden nap kaptam takarítást, új törülközőt, ágyneműt. Pedig ki se raktam a kis táblát a kilincsre. • Csendes utcának gondoltam, de szinte csak turista lakta övezet volt, amivel nem is lenne baj, csak hajnali 1-2 között érkeztek vissza a szállásra, és folyamatosan csapkodták/rángatták az ajtót. [Ez nem a szállásadó hibája] • A szobámban nagyon gyengén működött a hűtő, szinte 0 volt. De a recepción mondták hogy a recepciós hűtőbe nyugodtan pakolhatok.

Camera a avut o fereastra foarte mica,aproape de nivelul tavanului,greu accesibila ,se simțea mereu miros de mucegai si umiditate. Baia foarte mica, cu ușa la dus defecta. Pereții erau reparați pe ici pe colo,nu erau uniformi.

• Elizaveta (8/5): Very good - It is a very good room for this price. They could organise in the small room all facilities such as: iron, hairdryer, kettle, fridge, conditioner and so on. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area. The walls have not sufficient sound-isolation, for this reason, you can hear everything what happens outside and inside.
• Anna (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located in distance 20 minutes on foot from the main historic places. Breakfest is served in restaurant nearby. It is delicious but the same each day. However you can try to ask for something different for examle omlette insteed of sunny-side up eggs 😊The room is clean. There is available tea, iron and safe. No public transport stop nearby.

It had AC in all bedrooms, the blinds were working that well that we almost slept through out check out time. We slept very well, the beds were comfy. Therefore, we didn't manage to eat breakfast. 😅 We really enjoyed the stay.

• Willi (8/5): Great place to stay - Everything looked as shown in the pictures, the location is just great. Breakfast was good, if coffee was included would be perfect. The lower-part, main window of the 202 room, is missing, therefore you can hear everything outside. Repair it for a better noise cancel.
