Kathy (6/5): Great little unit. Great location but really needs some maintenance and updating for the price. - Fab location and great bed. Great view and very quiet 👍 Clean not great. Couldn’t go out on the balcony, very dirty. No full length mirror anywhere. No tissues provided. Maintenance needed, vanity sink needs to be looked at and toilet seat needs fixing. No one to report this to.

The bed was comfortable, towels large, kitchen well resourced and the outlook was beautiful. A great selection of restaurants underneath and along the waterfront for breakfast, lunch and dinner if needed. There is a very busy pub/ bar underneath but the noise was fine on both Friday and Saturday nights. Nothing

Balcony and outside table hadn’t been cleaned. Found picking up key and getting into car park not easy as hadn’t read 3rd page of instructions. Would have preferred a king size bed. Also only 1 bed side table and reading lamp. No broom or dust pan. Kitchen tap made a screeching sound when turned on.

Gary (5/5): Good location ! And that’s about it. - It needs new carpet and a paint job! Very dated. They could have better instructions on how to actually find the place you pick the keys up from. Good location . Needs a lot of updating as furniture is torn and old.

We didn't realise there were 3 A4 pages of written instructions in the envelope with the keys. It would be helpful if there were clear instructions to access the parking via number 25 (apartment was 31-35)

Lonmin (9/5): Great Location - The location was perfect for our needs. Enjoyed being able to walk to breakfast. Walking tracks along the foreshore. Friday nights the bars below are quite busy. The noise did not make it to our room though.
Lena (6/5): It was an enjoyable visit because of the location but the apartment was overpriced for what it was. - Location, view, ease of parking and garbage disposal. The hot water tap in the kitchen made a horrendous noise every time it was used and it took a long time to heat up. The fridge was noisy, all day and night. The appliances (toaster and kettle), crockery, pans etc all dirty, needed to be cleaned before use. The patio/balcony was uninviting as the plant boxes were untended and full of dead plants. Insufficient supply of soap in the bathroom. Also the carpet needed a good steam clean.

Vicki (8/5): Great location - Great location, near good restaurants, cafes and bars. Well set out apartment for 2 people. Secure on-site parking. Quite, there was no noise from the dining venues at street level of the apartment block or any of the adjoining apartments. While the apartment wasn't dirty, it could do with a deep clean particularly the balcony. I was not impressed that the property required a digital copy of my licence and credit card the day before check-in. I have never had to do this with any other accomodation before.

This included the table and chairs we full of cobwebs as was the rest of the balcony.

Arrived to a full bin, quite dusty and carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed..hand held vacuum supplied the main head didn't work. Machine stank! Needs a good clean. Wasn't filthy but lots missed. Bed needs a new mattress. Big dip in middle. Kept rolling in. Shame as beautiful apartment.
