A dona do local foi prestativa e tentou fazer contato com o Booking para que ele fizesse nosso reembolso mas até agora não houve o retorno. Alugamos a cabana pelo booking no Alto Caará para casal. No anúncio dizia que era uma cabana romântica com hidro, perto da natureza em Osório. Na verdade não é em Osório, é em Caraá, bem longe da cidade e da praia. O acesso é bem difícil, a estrada é para carro utilitário, nosso golzinho 1.0 quase não aguentou. É há uma hora de distância de Osório, numa estrada de chão sinuosa, foi quase toda nossa gasolina. Tudo isso seria superável se houvesse como usufruir das cabanas. Ocorre que, em que pese o lugar seja de fato bonito, as cabanas deveriam haver gerador próprio já que a queda de luz é constante no local e é literalmente no meio do nada. As cabanas tem de fato hidro, netflix, ar etc.. mas não conseguimos usufruir, porque das três diárias que pagamos dois dias ficaram sem luz! Quando chegamos na sexta de noite só conseguimos fazer uso de fato nesse dia, sábado inteiro ficamos se luz, sem internet e sem sinal de internet no meio do nada! Meu companheiro estava de sobreaviso do trabalho e ficou incomunicável, só seguimos nos sábado porque falaram que havia a perspectiva da luz voltar! No domingo fizemos chekout de manhã cedo pois não havia qualquer previsão da luz voltar e não há gerador no lugar. Solicitei o reembolso mas o booking ainda não nos respondeu. Importante ressaltar que a carne que compramos para fazer churrasco começou a estragar porque não havia luz no local. O lugar é lindo, mas deveria ter gerador próprio par acomodar os hospedes, pois ficamos isolados no meio do nada sem luz e sem sinal de 4G. Enfim, pagamos por uma experiência que não conseguimos usufruir.

Guilherme (9/5): Atendeu expectativas, lugar muito bonito e cabana muito bem cuidada. Único revés foi com o trajeto. - Tudo muito bom, bem limpo, bem organizado. Todos itens funcionando, não tivemos problemas e conseguimos usufruir de todos elementos da cabana. Atendeu as expectativas. O trajeto foi um pouco difícil, pelo caminho que o maps nos sugeriu acabamos enfrentando 1 hora de chão batido, meu carro não é baixo e mesmo assim tive alguns problemas no trajeto. O que foi um pouco ruim em relação ao que tínhamos pesquisado. No retorno pegamos dicas com a recepcionista e foi bem melhor. Em relação a cabana, não tivemos problemas, somente a temperatura da banheira que chegava no máximo a 30°C, mas não atrapalhou a experiência.
