• Patrycja (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam - świetny apartament prawie przy Duomo - Apartament jest w doskonałej lokalizacji - blisko Duomo. Stare kamienice mają swój niepowtarzalny urok i takie też jest to miejsce. Piękne wnętrza, świetny styl. Polecam zdecydowanie dla par/rodziny/grupy znajomych - jest naprawdę sporo miejsca, do tego dwie łazienki (nawet pralka!). Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, chociaż sam proces zameldowania nie był tak łatwy jak w innych miejscach (trzeba było uzyskać zdalny dostęp do budynku do drzwi frontowych, a dopiero później odebrać klucze ze skrzynki). Niemniej wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo i bezkontaktowo. Właściwie podobało nam się wszystko :) O schodach i konieczności wejścia na wyższe piętro wiedziałyśmy, nie miałyśmy z tym problemu.

• Caroline (10/5): Le logement a fait la partie fondamentale du succès de notre séjour milanais - Idéalement situé, proche du Duomo et de plusieurs sites incontournables de la ville, magasins et magasin alimentaire à 3 min, proche des métros… Hôte disponible, honnête et très agréable. Logement situé dans une résidence typique, logement superbe, très bien équipé, propre et bientôt climatisé, énorme coup de cœur!! Rien! Mais la clim qui sera prochainement installée sera vraiment la bienvenue :-)

• Leanne (7/5): The host was very responsive and answered questions immediately. Was not aware that we had to take our bags up 5 flights - The host was lovely and helpful and the vicinity was perfect, close to main centre and transport network. No lift in the building so had to take our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. Also no air conditioning but had 2 fans provided. Very hot at night.

• Gintare (9/5): Amazing flat next to Duomo - Flat is very spacious, bright and nicely equipped :) it is art deco style in very nice historical building. Very calm area and we had a great rest. Location was amazing and you can reach everything by foot :) there are great restaurants, shops near the house :) everyone mentioned stairs to the flat as bad thing, but we enjoyed it :) Host is very nice and helpful :) The only thing to mention that it was a bit warm, once we opened windows - mosquitos showed up :)

• Jennifer (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location, but beware of the stairs to reach the apartment. - The host was at the apartment cleaning when we arrived, so she handed us the keys. Otherwise she sent photos of exactly how to find the property and keys. The location was excellent, the apartment was clean, but it was a few steps up to get to the apartment. It wasn't unmanageable, but was a good little workout, but way less steps that it is to climb the Duomo :)
• Maria (10/5): I recommend it and for myself I am sure that I will stay here again - Charming apartment. We stayed 4 people and it was wonderful. Clean, cozy, pleasant, in the city center, but at the same time a quiet place where you can take a break from the emotions caused by beautiful Milan and its sights. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, as well as compliments from the hostess. She was at our disposal throughout our stay via WhatsApp and also sent us codes for discounts in nearby restaurants. The location of the apartment is great, close to sights, excellent restaurants, metro, shops and everything you might need. I recommend it for accommodation if you have decided to explore Milan, and for myself I am sure that I will stay here again, because three days in Milan were not enough for us...:) The staircase was low and narrow, but that had its charm, and entering the cozy apartment with the high ceiling, everything became great.
• Eleni (9/5): Superb - Communication was excellent. The apartment is very stylish, was everything you need and super clean. Beds are comfortable. Location amazing. The windows look at an inner courtyard and very early in the morning there was a lot of noise.
• Daniel (6/5): Great location, Apartment has access, electric and water pressure issues. - Location was great, beds were comfortable Not enough emphasis was made regarding access, we knew it was 3rd floor with no lift, but 75 quite narrow stone steps was a real effort with luggage. It wasn't made very clear that you had to go through one bedroom to get to the next, this was inconvenient. Toilet in ensuite would not flush properly, very poor, needs urgent attention, had to use bucket of water twice to adequately flush.. Very poor water pressure in second bathroom shower, needs attention. Difficult to sit and relax in the very narrow lounge, with only ugly looking doors straight in front of you. Kitchen could do with a few more basics such as Tea Towels etc. A welcome pack of at least a bottle of milk and some bread would have been nice, we arrived late with nothing. To top the above off, we had 3 separate Power cuts, which was a nightmare, each time involved going down the 75 steps through a multitude of doors down further steps into the laberynth of Cellars to find and reset the tripped consumer unit, and then return obviously up all the damned steps. We would add this was a stand alone problem with the apartment, none of the other apartments were effected! On the first morning, we also suffered the water supply being turned off without notice, apparently for maintenance! The owner as compensation allowed us not to pay the City Tax upon our departure, quite frankly this was not sufficient compensation. They need to action the points raised, in particular the electric and water pressure problems, before anyone else stays there.
• Claire (8/5): Lovely! - The room was unexpectedly huge and spacious. It's giving homey vibes. It's comfy and beautiful. The place is also near the metro station and just 10min walking distance from the Cathedral. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. What I didn't like is that the building doesn't have a lift. So it's quite tiring to bring the luggage all the way to 3rd floor by stairs
• Virginia (10/5): We had a fabulous stay at this property. The location is very central. It is also very clean and had 2 great bedrooms &a - Lots of space, very clean, great location and a fabulous host ! Nothing - property was excellent
• Katerina (2/5): Old, with no air con nor street view, and 4 flights of stairs up flat at excellent location. - perfect location, nice mattress and memory foam pillows. Very friendly host. no air conditioning, no mosquito nets on the windrows, only 2 fans for the bedrooms. Tiny space around the beds, very strange layout (you need to go via each room to reach one of the bathrooms and the kitchen as the layout is circular). Very old kitchen. No street view. 4 flights of stairs to get to the flat. Not sure it passes safety building regs. Really not good value for money and certainly not suitable for warm weather.

• Tascau (10/5): Comfortable from all points of view. - Very nice apartment situated in a great location very close to the Duomo and everything else you may need. Attention to details made the difference, so we had a very comfortable stay.
• Anita (10/5): Excellent - Beautiful flat in the centre with 2 showers and toilets in a beautiful House. Ideál for 4 persons. Important thing, that it is on the 3rd floor and no lift, but for us it was no problém. We had only handbag.

• Lucylofa (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the coffee/gelato shop just outside the building was a bonus!!! - "Everything except the stairs (73 of them) to reach the apartment but otherwise we loved our stay there and it was close to shops and restaurants as well as sight seeing things to do. Would recommend if you don't have issues with stairs. I totally missed that there was no elevator, entirely my fault. Property is totally worth the price. Just the 73 stairs
