Très pratique et propre Des voisins qui parlaient sur un balcon qui donnait sur notre chambre. Mais ils se sont arrêté de parler à notre demande 👌🏻

• Piotr (10/5): - Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas du Vatican et entouré de commerces et restaurants. Logement charmant, bien équipé et confortable. L’hôte a été très serviable et attentionné, il nous a même laissé quelque chose à grignoter. Nous recommandons vivement !
• Lana (10/5): Perfect! - The location is good! The faccilities are great we used the the kitchen to cook almost every night. Our host Felipe was very helpfull our flight arrived early and we could store our luggage. Also with check-out we were able to leave our luggage at the propperty. During our stay Felipe checked with us if everything was to our liking and helped with questions aswell. -

• Raul (10/5): Cute getaway close to Vatican. - Super location, very nice and cozy apartment! Super easy check in process. Owner is very nice and friendly. Not flexible check in time if you want to check in before 15:00. Just some trouble with cold water. But that was minor and did not affect the stay.

• Marco (9/5): Superb - Great location. Good communication from host. The place was simple and clean and met our needs. It was generally great, just small things like not knowing which hotplate was on as the markings had rubbed off .

The conditions inside the apartment were bad definitely not worth $166 - It was close to the Vatican and it had restaurants right out front up and down the street a great location. Everything in the apartment is 50-60 years old. The bed is old and stained 5 inch mattress. The frame was an old spring frame legs folded up underneath it like a military style bed. only had one set of towels one for five days. They didn’t empty the trash didn’t clean it and they didn’t bring new Towels, no soap and two rolls of toilet paper ran out fast used it up. €60 City tax to be left on the table with key in cash. Bad AC unit. Washer is very old and nasty don’t use.

• Laura (1/5): Bad - I should have paid closer attention to the reviews about the property being damaged or in a state that required instant repairs and when the owner was contacted various excuses were provided. We had to leave the property before even staying for one night (we had booked four) as the toilet could not be used. I won't go into the various excuses made of when a plumber 'might' be able to be found but we were promised a full refund shortly after this as we had to book another property in Rome last minute. We were promised this refund in a 'couple of days' and we were beyond patient. Far beyond a "couple of days" for the sake of perhaps the owner didn't have the funds to refund instantly. Which if you own a property is beyond me. the owner then began to pretend he wasn't the owner and is now completely ignoring us. It has been over two weeks and excessive amounts of messages to say we're getting a refund at all sorts of times, in all sorts of ways, but mostly we were ignored, lied to and now completely ignored or lied to. Being nice and being patient was just as horrendous as the property itself and I can only hope that I might get my money back.
• Michael (10/5): Perfect for Roman Trip - Fantastic location, 10/10, and Elena was really helpful. Highly recommend this property. We couldn't get hot water for the first two days. We did the same thing every day to turn it on but only on the third day was it hot. Other than that, no complaints.

It's conveniently close to local sights and easy to reach the city center by b - Very close to the Vatican sights, easy enough to walk or take public transportation to get to city center. Host was friendly and responsive. Didn’t have a problem finding the place. Can get noisy at night because of the restaurants downstairs, but not a deal breaker. Also appreciated the convenience of being close to food and market options.

• Gabriel (9/5): Superb - Verry good position, you have maximum 25 minutes to most of the interesting points. The host is very friendly and responds fast. A little bit noisy from the terraces from the street. The hot water for shower is getting started only if you press the button situated in the bathroom. One of the chairs have to be fixed.
