Guest Reviews
- Matthias (5/5): Passable -
- Triantis (6/5): All in all, a decent apartment, whose strongest advantage is its proximity to the subway station. - The host was very polite and eager to assist us in all our needs and questions. They were responsive via the booking chat whenever we needed them. The distance from the Subway Station is another advantage of the property, since in a few minutes you can be at the city center. On the plus side, a mini market store, a bakery and a café-bar are in the proximity and have wide opening hours, from early in the morning, till late at night. The check-in/check-out procedure was unnecessarily complicated, since the customer has to communicate with an automated chat-bot (that only understands Italian, mama mia!) so as to receive/drop off the keys. The cleanliness is definitely another matter to be considered. The floors need to be better vacuumed and definitely mopped, the sheets could use some refreshing, the quilt must have a duvet-cover. The bathroom was not in the best shape either, although the toilet was completely clean. I would appreciate more towel racks, in order for the towels not to hang together only from 1 towel rack. A towel for the bathroom floor would also come in handy, although the shower door seals off completely and there is not much water on the floor after a shower. I also faced an issue with the hot water running low really quickly, but I came in contact with the owner, who was kind and apologetic, and let us know that it would be fixed, so I do not think it will be a problem in the future.
- Sam (7/5): Good, would stay again, but there is room for improvement - The apartment is located next to the metro so its súper easy to get anywhere in rome quickly. we rented a car and parking was no issue.
its newly renovated and looks tidy. staff on chat is very responsive.
bed was very comftable.
airconditioning worked well.
the lights are bright, there is no reading lights. the check in proccess was tedious. im all for contactless check-in but the required me to go to an online chat room, speak to a bot and give my details, then speak to a person and give my details again. it kept giving errors when uplaoding documents too.
Then i had to make a payment for city tax but their bank details weren't accepted by my bank so I had to do it through PayPal. all in all it took over 40 minutes the morning of travel. Im sure older travelers would struggle with the proccess.
Then they finally gave me the check in details - but said to message on the chat room again when I arrive, and they will open the door remotely.
that evening I got contacted repeatedly that I had been checked into the wrong room on accident and that I needed to come back to swap rooms. eventually I was able to stay in the wrong but better room after saying I would not be returning to the room early and finishing my meal.
the apartment was minimally stocked. no glasses only mugs, no kitchen towels, no hand towel. nothing to clean with, brush, mop etc. no bin. there were some dusty areas too.
we received a large list of things to do during check out too.
- Willie (9/5): Superb - The place was very clean and close to the Metro. There was no microwave to heat food
- Lama (10/5): Amazing 2 days in a great location - Everything about it was great
The staff is very nice and Friendly, they respond immediately
Excellent location
Privacy
Quite place everything is around
In total, very good experience
I really liked it Nothing
- Josip (9/5): Superb - Friendly host, tidy and comfortable. Close to metro and bus...500m from St. Paul's Basilica
- Jolita (6/5): Pleasant - The room was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable. I felt like I got scammed, because there is very little information and it is very confusing what kind of apartment you are getting. On the listing it said, that we are going to get an apartment, but when booking it is hard to notice, that they are offering a room. They said it was booking mistake, but I think otherwise. Everything seemed very sketchy, we waited for more than half an hour for them to answer out calls while waiting on the doorstep to get in. When they finally answered (about 15 calls later) they said, that they are not letting us in until we send them city tax money (I have to note, that we had already paid for the apartment beforehand). We planned to pay the city tax in cash, because it was said, that it is possible, but they insisted to send the money right now. So we did, while sitting outside and only after they got the money and screenshot of the payment they let us know how to get in. To sum up: I was disappointed for waiting so long for them to pickup and for getting the wrong apartment
- Ivan (7/5): Good - Big apartment and huge balcony. Check-in time was delayed.
Dirty bathroom and sticky floor.
I was charged 12 euro tourist tax, but I'm student and shouldn't pay this tax.
- Modar (9/5): Superb - very nice place
- Vincenza (8/5): Lovely accommodation. - Location was great near a metro station. Needed a bedside lamp in the bedroom as there was only the main light. Would have been nice to get a bottle of water in the fridge, as we have received in other properties.
- Tamara (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment, comfortable, clean… realy close to metro, that was really important. Only there is not iron, or hairdryer, that is only thing missing… other all ok.
- Ljubisa (10/5): Overall, a great stay with all amenities you need for a comfortable and convenient visit. - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It’s incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, providing everything needed for both short and long stays. The internet speed was impressive at 300Mbit/s, which made working remotely or streaming hassle-free. The apartment also has two large TVs, which added to the comfort and convenience. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The bathroom is spacious and immaculately clean, which I really appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The only downside is that, being on the first floor and facing the street, there is some noise from passing cars in the early morning hours.
- Taha (10/5): Exceptional - Everything insane staff
- Decor (8/5): Good - we liked the apartment, it was quite clean, beautiful, there was everything we needed. Very close direct metro to the center and also direct to the sea. Also very close is the beautiful Basilica of St. Paul.
The administrator quickly responded to questions and calls.
In terms of price/quality ratio we are satisfied. The only thing was that it was a little noisy at night and also the area itself was not very clean.
- Roberto (3/5): Extremely noisy flat and very complicated check-in (agency) - The size of the apartment is decent, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location with respect to the university of Roma Tre is also very convenient and there is a metro station and supermarket nearby. The flat is extremely noisy and you can hear all the noise from the street, as the windows are very poorly isolated. I had trouble sleeping even with earplugs, as the garbage trucks, drunk people, and traffic made a lot of noise during the night.
On top of that, the hosts (an agency) have a very poor system for check-in. They do not care about their guests as they handle the flat in a very business-like and impersonal way. They made me wait for a long time before giving me the instructions to obtain the keys from a key box. It was a very unpleasant experience for the high price!
- Peiyun (5/5): let me down - After staying in the room for one night, I was impressed with the apartment. The location of the apartment is very, very good, very close to the metro station, there are many good restaurants and Gelato around, and I also love the park near the apartment. The apartment is very new and well decorated. Overall, this is a very new apartment with a good location and a comfortable bed.
But I had a bad experience: the water in the toilet. First of all, when I was taking a bath yesterday, I found that there was something wrong with the floor drain. The water could not be discharged. I opened the floor drain and found that there was a lot of garbage in it, which caused the blockage. (I took a video of the process) Secondly, I had no hot water after using it for less than 5 minutes, so I had to take a shower with cold water, and in the low temperature at night, I had a little cold. Finally, I guess one of the toilets wasn't properly waterproofed, and water kept seeping out during the shower and we had to mop the floor after the shower. In addition, the quilt in my friend's bedroom seems to be missing a duvet cover, but there are two sheets. These problems diminish our sense of good experience. - Sofia (10/5): Great location - brand new apart - The apartment is super modern, cozy and has everything you need for short or long stay, the furniture is brand new, the kitchen has all the necessary stuff for cooking. Nothing to declare
- Darko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karolis (9/5): Good location and new apartment - The location is very good. Only 3 minutes to metro station which goes directly to city center or train station. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished. The host was very helpful and helped on all matters. kitchen equipment was minimal. There was no sharp knife, and the wine openner was broken, but everything else was brand new and functional.
- Orkhan (10/5): Super - everything was very good, I liked everything. large spacious apartment near the center of Rome. metro station is nearby —-
- Paul (3/5): Great location, but but overall disappointing with leaks etc - The location was great, access into the property needed an app. Shower leaked, beds were not made up, kettle would not plug into a socket, cockroach in bathroom last morning!!
- Rabea (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious and clean with a lovely and well equipped kitchen.Shower was nice, too:hot and with good pressure.A big balcony, good windows,so you barely could hear street noise when they were shut.
- Patil (7/5): Good -
- Tamara (9/5): Superb - The apartment appears new and equipped with everything necessary except for outlets for example, a hairdryer or laptop, which proved to be inconvenient. A few hangers in the hallway and wardrobe would be welcome. The location is very convenient, with the metro literally 100m from the apartment and several bus lines nearby. Parking is free around the building if you arrive by car. The host is friendly and approachable. Check-in and check-out are easy and simple.
- Антонушкина (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, the metro station is nearby so that you can get to all places quick and convenient!
