• christophe (8/5): - Grandeur de l'appartement proximité avec les bus et commerce La porte de l'entrée de l'immeuble ne s'ouvrait besoin de réveiller la voisine car pas d'interlocuteur pour nous ouvrir nous avons attendu 30 min a minuit pas très cool
• Teedy (10/5): - Un emplacement idéal , un arrêt de bus à 200 mètres la station de métro Tiburtina est à peu plus d'un kilomètre . A faire à pied donc ou en bus . L'appartement est super propre bien agencé tout équipé . Climatisation , le wifi ( fibre optique ) machine à laver cuisine tout équipé , un grand lit deux places et un lit une place . Une très grande armoire où vous pourrez mettre toutes vos affaires . Un accueil vraiment agréable avec des petits présents sur la table . Vraiment rien à dire si ce n'est , n'hésitez pas vous serez très très bien . Des magasins pour faire vos courses aux alentours des restaurants , des fast foods un secteur de Rome plein de mouvement mais assez calme . RIEN

• Jovanov (5/5): The apartment had no internet; unplanned expenses and a bunch of hassles. - Given that my family has no problem walking, it was a good thing that we could walk from the apartment to the train station/subway (15 min. walk). 1) From the first day there was no wifi in the apartment! The owner was informed immediately. Unfortunately, he did not react quickly and did nothing to help. For 4 whole days (that is, half of the stay) we were forced to manage on our own, as we know: we caught wifi in public places, in front of shops and in restaurants. From the owner's phone number we realized that he was in America!!!!?? Given the difference in time zones (America/Europe), his reactions were always the next day, i.e. too late. Because of this omission, our vacation in Rome started disorganized, with problems, frustrations and nervousness. On the fifth day we paid for the internet ourselves with our own money, even though there was supposed to be free wifi in the apartment! I don't know how the owner of this apartment will compensate us for all the nervousness, inconvenience and spoiled vacation?! He reacted only at the end, before we left Rome. Too late! That is not exactly the mark of a good and conscientious host to whom we honestly paid for everything. 2) No liquid soap in the bathroom (see photo below). 3) There was no detergent for washing the dishes (see photo below). 4) The shower head sprayed water in all directions, so showering wasn't very pleasant. As tourists, we come with just a backpack: do we need to buy sugar, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, a new shower head, internet costs?! This is absolutely not okay. and not what we paid for.

Near to bus stop Check in is too late, 4pm doesn't help, they tried to let me in earlier but at the end I had to wait until 4pm.. 5th floor, careful with the luggage, there is no elevator
