• Harry (9/5): - Location. Clean. Very accomodating host. Better blockout blinds & bed side lights in bedroom would be beneficial. The sofa was not comfortable. I could feel the support beams because of lack of cushioning.

• Leigh (7/5): - Excellent location, tram stop just outside which goes straight into the CBD. A large supermarket right next door. Extremely quiet. The couch was extremely low to the ground and so uncomfortable that I couldn't sit on it which meant I spent the evening sitting on a kitchen chair which was not very comfortable. The returning of the key when leaving. I had to use the key to get into the carpark, get my car out, find somewhere to park the car and then take the key back up to the apartment (which is on the 8th floor).

• Kathryn (8/5): - The owner met me there, gave a detailed tour. The Location was ideal. Supermarket close by. Great Pub on the corner. Uncomfortable couch Pillows uncomfortable Fridge concealed in a cupboard, brackets flew off nearly removing an eye. When leaving accommodation carpark, you had to then find a park outside, go back into the building, up the lift, leave the key in the room, back down the lift, to your car. Not easy to find a car park outside.
• Linda (8/5): - The apartment was lovely and bright (though could get quite warm in the mornings if the blinds were up) it's in an excellent location with an IGA next door, a tram stop right outside the building and a strain station not too far away. The host was absolutely lovely and showed us around the building when checking us in. She was flexible and accommodated out times for check in/out and was easy to contact. The apartment was near the Yarra Bend which was a lovely place to walk. We were able to drive in as there was parking included in the reservation. The couch was uncomfortable. Some people may find the bed too hard for their liking.

The furniture was cheap and the lounge was uncomfortable. The towels were also very low quality and the fridge door was hard to navigate. Small first world problems, so nothing bad really.

Apartment was nice and clean and spacious. Check in and out was super easy. The couch wasn't the most comfortable (but looks great in the space) and a little table on the balcony would be nice to be able to place a cup of tea on when sitting on the balcony. Besides that no complaints at all!

• Sharon (7/5): Suited my neds but comfort and a little extra luxury would’ve been nice. - I loved the location and the space Furniture was uncomfortable. Shared toiletries like body wash and shampoo from cheap brands. Towels were so small and thin.

We were advised by the host that she had asked for this to be removed from booking.com but it was still showing (and came up as a having pool facilities when we booked it).

Small TV for a big room. Internet below average. However small issues along side a lovely, very clean apartment. Love of love and attention has been put into this place.

Apartment is a bit tired and has the most uncomfortable sofa bed I've ever experienced! Not enough info supplied (wifi password, how to work things) Dishwasher looked great, but no tablets / powder, so couldn't use it. Something kept beeping all night (smoke detector?)
