• Giacomo (8/5): Napoli da vivere - The room is in a very central area of beautiful Naples, close to the Municipio metro station and within easy walking distance of the historic centre. Massimiliano who manages the place is efficient and quick to respond, and he resolves any issues promptly. I would also list the location as a downside, because the room is on a very busy and noisy street even at night. For me, this really affected my stay. The bed is not very comfortable (probably a bit old); I would definitely invest in a better mattress.
• Jie (8/5): Great Location and Spacious Apartment in Naples - We stayed in this apartment for two nights during our time in Naples. The location is excellent — only a few minutes’ walk from both the port and the metro station, which made getting around very easy and convenient. The apartment itself is also very spacious, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the apartment had a slight musty smell, and because it is close to the main street, the sound insulation was not very good. We could hear traffic noise at night and did not sleep very well because of it.

• ANGELO (10/5): Bellissimo mini appartamento, validissimo per riposare, vicinissimo a tutto. Zona tranquilla! - l'ubicazione vicino al Maschio Angioino e praticamente vicino a tutto...: piazza del Plebiscito, a pochi passi dai quartieri spagnoli, con qualche passo in più SPACCA NAPOLI (Duomo, Cristo velato ecc...). Vorrei segnalare la presenza di un comodo ascensore, di un finestrone nella camera con una panoramica sulla strada principale con una tenda coprente che ti permette dormire anche fino alle 9:00 del mattino. (ho letto qualche recensione che indicava una tenda non coprente in stanza). Comodissimo con la Metropolitana a 2 passi (2 per davvero) zona piena zeppa di ristoranti e bar. Per chi viene con la macchina, e forse lo farò la prossima volta, la zona è piena di parcheggi. Zona calma ma un pochino rumorosa, probabilmente per gli amanti del silenzio assoluto forse non va bene... sicuramente per qualche giorno di svago con il temperamento della popolazione napoletana che è realmente esplosiva, quella sensazione di essere vivi è un'esperienza da provare e vivere. il Maschio Angioino era chiuso... nient'altro! ma non è dipeso dall'host... ho il motivo per tornare.

• Jerzy (5/5): Mimo, że nie zawsze trafię z mieszkaniem, to i tak moje pobyty są bardzo udane! - Śniadań nie było, no bo sam sobie je organizowałem na mieście nie mam problemu. Lokalizacja super, choć nie tak komfortowa jak pisano w ogłoszeniu, że wyciszone okna itd. Ogólnie wszystko zgadzało się z opisem, ale niestety nie było tak. Świetna restauracja na dole, parterze, w której codziennie jadłem kolacje lub inne posiłki. Kontakt z właścicielem na bieżąco, miły i pomocny! Część wspólna o której nie było mowy w ogłoszeniu! Prawie codziennie, ktoś wchodził do tej części wspólnej i nie czułem się komfortowo! Niby wyciszone mieszkanie, a słychać było wszystko za oknem, jedynym zresztą, które było zasrane gównami gołębi. Widoku z okna zero, na mur i obsraną klimatyzację i okno. Dobrze, że był klimatyzacja można było się dogrzać, bo pierwszego dnia było mega zimno! Łazienka bezsensu urządzona z dużą wanną której chyba nikt nie korzysta, bo bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody, a nawet jednego dnia w ogóle przez 2 godziny nie było wody. Lepiej zamiast wanny wstawić pralkę i suszarkę bo jest miejsce, a nie udawać że jest prestiże! To rozumiem! Łazienka brudna w zwłaszcza prysznic w rogach! Oświetlenie w pokoju kiepskie, może żeby nie widzieć szczegółów brudu lub taki klimacik, a na pościeli zauważyłem długi czarny włos po kilku dniach.

• Philipp (8/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen im dritten Stock eines Büro- und Wohngebäudes. Die Umgebung hat sich sehr sicher angefühlt. Mehrere U-Bahnstationen, Supermärkte sowie der Flughafenbus (Alibus) befinden sich nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben Neapel im Februar (10-15°C) besucht. Die Heizung brachte das Zimmer nicht wirklich warm und sie war recht laut.

Un bruit infernal 24h/24, les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout isolées et c'est comme si on dormait dans la rue. Il faut être bien conscient que le trafic de Naples est très très bruyant ( claxons des voitures toute la journée et toute la nuit). Très difficile de dormir ou de se reposer. Le même soucis d'isolation provoque un courant d'air dans tout l'appartement, ce qui n'est pas du tout agréable.

• Kurt (9/5): Tolles Apartment, tolle Lage, und trotz des Straßenlärms würde ich es wieder buchen! - Von beginn an gab es eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber! Der Check-In bzw die Übermittlung der Check-In-Codes war verlässlich und problemlos! Das Apartment hatte eine tolle Größe für zwei Personen, die Lage zum Hafen und zum Zentrum war perfekt für uns, es war sauber und für unserer Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet! Einziges kleines Manko (deshalb auch nur 9 Punkte), ist der Straßenlärm, zwischen offen und geschlossenen Fenster ist kaum ein Unterschied. Aber das ist eben auch eine Charakteristik von Neapel, es ist lauter als anderswo. Das schlafen hat es dennoch schwer gemacht, gg. • Ling (9/5): Very good. - Great location with a fantastic view of the castle right from the window. The subway is very convenient, and the contactless check-in was smooth. The host promptly sorted out small issues for us. Luggage storage was very useful. The single-pane windows do little to block noise from the main road, which is busy from early morning to late at night. Earplugs are essential for sleeping.

Easy check in system but not 100% easy to find if checking in late hours. Cool restaurant downstairs outside. Great location next to sea port, cultural landmarks and central areas. Metro on doorstep with connections to central train station. Location felt safer atmosphere here than compared when stayed in other parts of Naples such as the Garibaldi square near the station. Not so easy to locate when checking in but responsive host on WhatsApp.

Non è sicuramente una colpa della struttura; è solo una considerazione. • Angela (8/5): Bellissima vacanza in Campania - Del b&b mi è piaciuta la posizione vicina alla metro e al porto (che a noi interessava), l’arredamento e la grandezza della stanza. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata buona, ho trovato gentilezza e disponibilità. Avremmo gradito gli asciugamani per il bidet visto che comunque era un b&b provvisto di esso. Ho chiesto ma mi è stato risposto solo che non c’erano. Consiglio di metterli. Per il resto tutto ok
• Valentina (7/5): Ottima posizione - La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare Napoli ed è a 5 min a piedi dall’alibus per andare in aeroporto. Il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno dato modo di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out con una stanza adibita e con lucchetti. Sebbene la stanza sia stata confortevole devo dire che c’è un bel problema di infissi,ovvero sono molto molto sottili e si sente pressoché tutto perché la stanza è virata verso una via molto trafficata. Nella città del caffè trovare un bollitore con il caffè solubile e’ stato un po’ strano,sarebbe bastato poco per fare la differenza. La doccia aveva il doccino che si sganciava continuamente con il flusso dell’acqua.
• Lia (8/5): Definitely recommend! - Location! For potential, many restaurants bars museums are closed by. Nice and helpful host in case of need! It is absolutely fine for the money! One can’t complain!
• Ciro (4/5): average - Great location No change of towels for 4 days and the room has never been cleaned.
• Madalina (8/5): Good - It’s very close to the port: like 2-3 minutes on foot. A clean bathroom. Air conditioner, iron. Th shower was broken, it needs to be fixed. It is pretty dark in the room. The walls are too thin.. you can hear everything from the street, it’s like the wall doesn’t even exist. And it’s a lot of noise and chaos on the street:(
